    Design Furniture and Homeware Scam

Beware of this new scam Design Furniture and Homeware (Designer Furniture and Homeware).

Whois registration shows address in China and company name as Chengdu West Dimension Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Contact Name: Shuai Wu, Organization: Wu Shuai, Address: HengNanXianYunJiZhenXinQiaoJiWeiHui, City: Hengyang, State: Hunan, Country: China. Yet on their website they claim they are an UK company with regional warehouses in London, United Kingdom, Berlin, Germany and Barcelona, Spain. With 24 localized websites delivering to over 220 countries, our 2,50 employees work together every day to meet your needs.

All the products on the website are power tools: chainsaws, leaf blowers, power tool combos, power washers, snow blowers and tool sets. The name has nothing to do with Design Furniture and Homeware. Deceptive name, deceptive company. Add in that there is no street address provided, contact is via email (a gmail email address) is a recipe for disaster.

Re: Design Furniture and Homeware Scam

I don't see this lasting very much longer. Already there are chargebacks against credit cards for non-delivery of the products, complaints about zero response from customer service inquiries, damaged products when they are delivered, sending the wrong product ordered, and multiple charges against credit cards for products not ordered or duplicate orders. This has to be a quick-hit grab at money and then disappear, then wait 6 months and then try it again type of scam.
