    So your point is?
Or are you just making a bad attempt at a ad-hominem too.

Besides, I was posting here 3 years before that ban. Still trying to figure out why that account was unbanned for a few months earlier this year.

Oh, and meet the owner of Scam.com

Justice, however, must be served for both the victim Ross Hammond and the convicted, Nicole Kish. Was Nicole Kish wrongfully convicted of second degree murder? What role did George Dranichak play in the tragic events that transpired and ended with his friend and employee Ross Hammond losing his life?

    Free Nyki - Trial Summary
On the stand, George Dranichak admits that he and Ross Hammond had responded with vile and sexually degrading comments, such as demanding oral sex for the money and numerous other names that were equally obscene and demeaning. As well Dranichak acknowledges that it was the comments made by him and friend Ross Hammond that fueled the ensuing confrontation that was to take place.....

In addition, George Dranichak was caught lying about his past criminal record during cross-examination. While attending college in the state of Kentucky, George Dranichak was arrested for breaking into another person’s dorm and severely beating the individual, of which to resolve the issue, George Dranichak paid a fairly large monetary sum to the person he had assaulted. As he was on the stand however, George Dranichak tried to allege that his criminal record belonged to his father of the same name, until at last abandoning the idea after the notion was proven absurd by the defense.
Nicole Kish: Convicted by the Media, Sentenced by the Courts | Mostly Water
“One of the ways they [the media] shaped the case [is that] Nicole was always referred to as the panhandler despite the fact there was absolutely no testimony that she was a panhandler,” said Bivens. “Contrast this with the portrayal of George Dranichak, purveyor of porn, and his business associate Ross Hammond, whom the media referred to as internet marketers.”

George Dranichak is an owner of a multi-level marketing porn company, which manages such sites as Uncaged Marketing and Guerrilla Traffic. Also, it came to light during the trial that while attending school in Kentucky, Dranichak settled out of court after violently assaulting an individual after forcing his way into the person's dorm. Being someone who runs a pornography marketing company and has a history of violence carries entirely different implications than being an “internet marketer,” and might have provided a very different narrative to the public discourse. However, these elements of Dranichak’s character were left out of media coverage.

Here's the website mentioned in SBM's post:
    https://www.guerillatraffic.com/;
And here's a thread on the Bella Homes incident.
Don't remember all the details and its getting late.
    Basically, there was a muti-page thread at Scam.com about this company that eventually received a cease and desist order from a court in Georgia. The thread disappeared and after a time the Admin at Scam.com put up this;
Listen to this announcement; it may change your financial future. Have you stopped making mortgage payments that you cant afford on a home that is upside down? Or are you considering a short sale or loan modification? Think again, Bella Homes has a better option for you to consider to resolve your real estate challenge.

Bella Homes is a national real estate investment company that has helped hundred’s of homeowners. They proudly stand out as an ethical and legitimate alternative to those less credible companies whose predatory tactics do nothing but exploit the homeowner’s financial predicament.

If your home qualifies, Bella Homes will buy your home for the amount of your mortgage even if your home is upside down. Don’t pack, stay put, Bella Homes will lease your home back to you for 40 to 60% of your current payments and grant you an exclusive option to buy your home back at 90% of the appraised value and give you a new payment that is 40-60% below your current mortgage payment with a new mortgage balance that is also 40-60% less than your current mortgage balance.

What’s the catch? There is no catch! That’s correct. A new payment and mortgage balance 40-60% lower than your current mortgage.

Bella Homes believes people not banks should own homes.

Visit http://www.bellahomesllc.net to see if your home qualifies for the Bella Homes program today!

This is an approved message by scam.com. scam.com accepts no responsibility or liability for the actions of its advertisers
It 'appears' that the Admin deleted the thread in return for advertising money. The company did eventually plead guilty to charges in court.
This is all documented in the posted thread, including a .pdf back-up of the deleted thread.

This is only some of what goes on at Scam.com and you think George Xu is a bad guy? LoL

Oh and Scam.com makes money through advertising.
So I would recommend not clicking on any ads over there or you'll be making this guy money.

    Edit
    Just thought of this.
You may want to be careful what links you may post over there also. Many of the posted topics of some members in this thread have to do with teachers and underage children, so I don't think you really want to be linked, even inadvertently, with pornography.

You are a hopeless hair-splitter No-Maxim and no doubt why Scam.com banned you. George Xu has posted multiple paid ads for the worst scam operators in China that have fleeced hundreds of expat teachers for years - according to his own employees and according to the ads we can see with out own two eyes on his website. For example, he regularly runs ads for Rebecca Tang the owner of China ESL and Total ESL and only god know what other names she is using now. Here is just some of Rebecca unethical and criminal conduct revealed:

Despite all of this known blacklisting going back years, AND complaints from his own users at ECC about China ESL and a simple check at the below blacklists will prove this woman/coman has been cheating people since 2007 in China, he STILL takes her money and helps her cheat even more foreign teachers! You are in denial No Maxim. How are things in Stow Ohio? How many classes did you say you taught in China again? Oh yeah, I forgot, you never once stepped foot in China but you pretend to be an expert on the subject of foreign teacher scams in China. Keep scratching your balls, and have another Budweiser while you watch All in the Family reruns on cable.

China ESL is just one scammer that advertises at Echinacities and since it was calculated that China ESL spends $50,000+ a year on her ECC ads, can't you understand that MONEY TRUMPS ETHICS IN CHINA?

Thanks for stating what is obvious to most of us with your post. I think we have ridden this horse as far as we can without some more input from ECC or CSP insiders or some victims. I guess it doesn't matter why nomaxim was banned at scam.com or that he has no experience in China. He has opinions like the rest of us and I thank him for sharing his. If not for his comments maybe we never would had discovered the stuff about the poachers buying ads on ECC to sell body part of endangered species. Anyway, I think it time to move on since everyone has been warned about sending resumes to Echinacities.com.

That China has one of the most corrupt governments in the industrial world. That's hardly news.

Correct, neither of those points really matter.

Exactly, so why engage in a number of logical fallacies instead of addressing the actual points?

I never made any such comments. In fact, I'm not even the one that brought that up. I pointed out that the source implies that nothing illegal actually took place.
Ie. that the rhino horn was fake and that bear bile is not illegal in many areas of China.
One of the points that was never countered.

You should never post a resume to any social media type website. Echinacities, FaceBook, etc... Any of these carry a high risk of having the information stolen and/or misused.
Even professional websites such as Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com are a risk.
