F5Millionaires Club. An Adlandpro Exclusive Scam?

This rubbish has been promoted on Adlandpro for months. The founder/owner Maurice Bernier along with his sidekick Katrina Oakley have been given the "Scammer of The Week" aka Person of The WeekAwards at Adlandpro so that new members will trust them and sign up for the cons.

Can anybody find any evidence to say that that this is being promoted anywhere else or are the cons announced by Maurice Bernier at Adlandpro Adland exclusives? F5M Millionaires-Club Forum ! | View Forum | AdlandPro Community

F5M Millionaires Club Review - Legit or Scam?

    F5m-millionaires Club - F5m-millionairesclub.com amongst others

And according to these articles, F5M is owned and run by John Kielec who has been lurking at AdlandPro since 2006

    LinkedIn

    MySpace

    Twitter

    Free Press Release

Looks like he has them all covered but has made a NEST at Adland. Comes on as 'Mr. Nice Guy'. His forum got put in the top ones because he asked. Not a good reason but there is another one there that got there for the same reason. Not how I would run a business but I am not the owner.

Thanks for that information about Maurice Bernier WT and HM. The man has a very good foot in at Adlandpro but it looks as if he is known elsewhere. I saw that he has a link and a following at Apsense (another board of which I am not a member.) When this man and Katrina Oakley are shown up as nothing but scamming scum in public, a lot of Adlanders will have a very hard pill to swallow.

I found another link for the millionaires club since I could not find it through MB.
    FaceBook

Yes, WT, John Kielec is (what) the founder/owner of F5Millionaires and it looks like LawnChairMillionaire also. It was reported in their group at Adland that John was dying and it seems it has been a while since anyone heard from him. Have not seen any updates on that. It was kinda fishy because it was reported he was dying, then reappeared all well and happy, then disappeared again. It is a long forum and takes a lot of reading.

    P2P has posted the link.

I have assumed that John Kielec is another name for Maurice Bernier. Is that correct?

I have just discovered that they are not the same people. I do not know how I missed this. 8-F5M-MC Gold Booster Has Paid Me ! | View Thread | AdlandPro Community

    Greetings to all F5M-MC/AdlandPro members,

This is a temporary thread I have chosen to post because of
it's grave importance. You could be losing money here as an
AdlandPro member and not even know it!

Did you know that when you joined AdlanPro and this forum
you were also given a great second income source?

Did you know that there are over a dozen products here in
AdlandPro that you could be selling simply by having your
F5M-MC sponsored members follow you into this forum?

Did you know that as an affiliate of AdlandPro, you can earn
huge commissions over time simply by telling your sponsored
F5M-MC members to join this forum and, Post replies in the
"Gold Booster Has Paid Me" thread to gain free advertising
from F5M-MC when they get paid by the GB?

Did you know you could be getting a commission every time one
of your sponsored members purchases advertising here in AdlandPro?

Besides what's mentioned above, did you know this?:

Just because you are a member of AdlandPro now, it doesn't
mean you will receive commissions from them?
This is where you could be losing big dollars over time!

When John Kielec owner of F5M-MC asked me to start this
forum, there was a big reason I picked AdlandPro. Besides the
awesome protection of privacy and great advertising you get,
there is good money to be made here.

But, you won't make one single red cent if you don't become a
verified affiliate. I have been one since I think 2005 and, am getting
a regular payment to my Paypal from AdlandPro almost every month.

If your not taking advantage of this forum and AdlandPro like you
should be simply because you don't know how, then now is the time
to act, change this and, claim your extra cash payments!

This coming Monday October 4'th at 10:00am Eastern (New York Time)
you will have the chance to learn how to use this forum and, AdlandPro
to create the extra revenue which you've been missing out on since you've
    been here.

    Don't pass up this chance!
Please and for your own sake, attend the meeting.
During these hard economic times, every penny helps and, you now have
the opportunity to claim an unlimited amount of them!

The meeting will be held in our F5M-MC conference room and, here is
where you need to go and sign up for the meeting. Don't worry it's totally
    free!

    The GrandRetirementPlan

F5M-MC is a quality proven business and we give you quality tools.
You just have to learn to use them. This forum and AdlandPro are 2
of the most valuable tools we have provided you with.

Isn't it time you took advantage of them the way they were meant to
    be used?

Thanks For Your Valuable Time & I Hope to See You All There,

LOL "Happy Place", I believe someone said that before I repeated it! You are right, they have a large number of members in that forum. I think I posted maybe once and it was in concern for the news about John being very sick. Then I sent a friend's request which I don't believe was ever accepted, will have to check on that.

Here is one of the reasons I like the place, it is the only social network where I have the freedom to do this.

    Adland Art Gallery

The scum/scam is everywhere on the internet, it is very hard to avoid being touched in some way by it but I try to not promote it.

Judy, glad you found the answer to your question. There is so much hype with that group and Paybox - people just buy into it too quick. Just what they want though. The thing is, I don't see anything being done about proving it to be what it is a real SCAM and ripoff, both of them.

I hope those of you who know how are reporting it to the right places.

Don't forget Roger Macdavitt. Roger has broken UK laws by not removing his Fortune2x2 web site which had to comply to British Advertising Authority Standards from March 1st 2011. The site below which belongs to Roger Macdavitt is unlikely to comply with their standards.

    Fortune2x2

This flagrant breach of British law should be reported to ASA by all RealScam members. If Roger has to pay a large fine, it will teach other British advertisers that they can not deliberately break our laws and go unpunished. How to complain - Advertising Standards Authority

This scam is hyped on Adland because Bogdan Fiedur has not run into any trouble with Canadian authorities for allowing this sort of advertising on his board SO FAR.

There are British people advertising this on Adland and I am going to write to them all to tell them that they need to check and find out if this program is acceptable to the British Advertising Standards Authority before posting any more comments about the merits of the program on Adlandpro.

    ASA - Advertising Standards Authority

These people are unknown to me. They could be complete newbies who have no idea that this sort of advertising is no longer acceptable in the UK.

People who need to check if they can advertise f5Milllionaires club on Adland are.

The Power of One Income 4 Life
    Maurice Bernier
Owner: ThePowerOfOneIncome4Life.com - found this in an advertisement for the company.

They are still advertising big time in Adland and growing in numbers. Not sure at this point how to alert other members.

Re: F5Millionaires Club. An Adlandpro Exclusive Scam?

I wrote to all the British members of Adlandpro who were advertising F5Millionaires Club and told them that they had until March 1st 2011 to remove all advertisements which did not comply with Advertising Standards Authority. See post 14.

I have put in one complaint about a British person who has broken the code and I am waiting to hear if the complaint has been upheld. You do not have to be British to make a complaint so any member of RealScam or Adlandpro can report the people who are mentioned on post 14 in the thread. News that UK was cracking down on people who broke the code has been all over the media and I have warned each one of the people whom I mentioned.

I hope that members of other countries will help report Btitish people who deliberately break this code.

Re: F5Millionaires Club. An Adlandpro Exclusive Scam?

It appears that there are some who will rush to the defence of this obvious scam.

Quote from one of the the main promoters at Adlandpro.

    Hi Judy,

First of all, I want to ask for 7 volunteers free of charge (I will pay the one time $5 fee for each of the seven volunteers), to prove the credibility and effectiveness of this programme.

Please, allow me to make the following points.

    1. Is not "F5Millionaires Club", is F5M-MC (FORTUNE 5 MINUTES-MILLIONARES CLUB).
    2. Maurice Bernier is not the founder, is one of the club's role models and the forum's moderator in Adlandpro. The owner is John Kielec.
    3. The dying John mentioned by Honestme11, is Jonathan Hopkins, one the club's most succcessful members. This member owns a number of traffic exchanges, has referred many others to the club and helped them to succeed. Sadly, Mr. Hopkins is suffering from terminal cancer, and beacause of that his receiving support from other members.

    ABOUT F5M-MC

F5M-Millionaires Club is a one of a kind "Legal, Canadian Registered Financial Club" Where Club Members Help And Support Each Other On Their Journey To Prosperity Through The Club's Proven Wealth System That Has Been Paying Out Daily For Over 16 Years To Members From Over 150 Countries!

This is a club that allows its members to make money from home, through the Internet and has three levels of membership: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can start out with a Bronze membership level for a one time fee of only $5 (no monthly fee or any other payment) and work your way up to the Top (Gold level), where fortunes are made. Gold level is just MLM. The best way to explain it is to watch this video. Gold is called Wealth Team International Association or WTIA. So watch the video at:

YouTube - Get paid TODAY with WTIA!

Gold is $99 per year but everybody pays it because they are making too much money not to and you even make $50 of that renewal on all your Gold referrals each year. There is also a booster program for the Gold (WTIA) Level and this one guarantees you referrals!
There is no monthly cost required for anything. I invite you all to come to our free conference calls/meetings and learn more about that at:

    F5M-Millionaires Club!

F5M-MC is the most stable, legally registered, reliable and, proven wealth system that generates cash for thousands of members while paying out to them on a daily basis.

F5M-MC provides all kinds of necessary marketing tools and advertising packages to make sure that you will succeed and become a satisfied member for life without any monthly costs. The 30 Day Auto Advertising Program (30 DAAP) that guarantees 3 paid signed ups plus at least 10 more prospects to help any member out, is just an example.

I’ve seen and tried it all on internet. This is the only programme I’ve ever made money on. It was confusing to me at first, then I found out how easy it is.

WHY F5M-MC? - Considering F5M-MC has been around for 17 years, I'm really kind of new to this program. But I've been in it long enough to understand a few key points. It may be the most legitimate online business I've ever seen. It's even tax registered. And third, it has got to be the easiest program I've ever seen to get people involved in.

Re: F5Millionaires Club. An Adlandpro Exclusive Scam?

I guess since F5M-MC is such a scam and Maurice Bernier has them all conned in Adlandpro,
all those 900 plus posts of members being paid are phony as well and non of those members
    actually exist in adlandpro!
I also assume that Bogdan Fiedur owner of Adlandpro, doesn't have a mind of his own and
simply does what all members ask of him. It would probably be highly impossible for a forum
to be placed as most interesting simply because it's so active with members posting "Payments
Received." I might add that it would be highly impossible for someone to reap the rewards of
the 3 years hard work it took to create such a forum!

As for John Kielecs' supposed demise, I think you are actually speaking of Mr. Jonathan Hopkins!
John Kielec is not the owner of LawnChairMillionaire and never has been.
Mrs. Katrina Oakley, is someone who mentors and teaches Blog techniques so people can brand
themselves. This must be something very evil according to your standards!

It really sounds to me like you are inviting a lawsuit with your slanderous lies and attacks. Perhaps
you should start saving for your court costs when the time arises as it probably may be very soon.

It's funny what people with no lives to speak of are willing to do in order to draw attention to
themselves. You are living proof of it!

Re: F5Millionaires Club. An Adlandpro Exclusive Scam?

Well, Ms. Hortin, first I would like to thank you for giving me so much credit! You really made my day!
I have nothing but respect for John and Maurice!

    Next, the facts:

    1. Maurice's F5M-MC group has been on Adland for years, not months.

    2. F5M-MC has products. (unlike the other scams included in the reply's here) We sell advertising. We also offer training.

    3. The "I got paid" threads in adland, are real. Maurice checks every reply with Mr. Kielek, to be sure they were.
If someone comments that they were paid, when they were not, they are deleted.

    4. F5M-MC is a legitimate, registered business.

    5. F5M-MC never claims over night success. You get to daily payouts by working your business.
That won't come overnight since we are definitely not
    a get rich quick scheme.

Anyone looking for quick riches in F5M-MC is in the
wrong place. Only the HYIPs promise that and we
aren't one of those foolish programs either.

True success in any online business depends on the work a member does.

    6. F5M-MC and the entire system, always plays by the internet marketing rules.

To achieve great success with your F5M-Millionaires Club business, you must put
some effort on a daily basis to market your business and keep promoting without quitting.
This is the most vital ingredient to success!

Achievement is connected with action. Successful men and women keep promoting their business.
Even if they do not get results, they keep on trying and they never quit. They just find other sources
to promote their business until they do get results!

You can have the best product on the planet that every one would love to buy, but if you don't use
some form of advertisement, no one will ever find out what you have and no one would ever make a purchase.
Same thing goes with your F5M-Millionaires Club opportunity. In order to grow, expand and earn money with
    F5M-Millionaires Club, you must advertise.

So ma'am, unless you are a part of F5M-MC, you have no right to insinuate we are some sort of scam.
On the contrary.. we go out of our way to help our members through training, and mentoring them to
market their business in a legal and ethical manner.

In closing, Ms.Hortin, I would like to personally invite you to come and be a part of our team. I have
visited your website and we do share a lot of the same opinion of all the spamming and scamming going
on with Internet Marketing these days!! We could really use you as one of our mentors to help show some
of these new internet marketers the correct way to market their business!

I would suggest your analysis is entirely correct.

In fact, rather than merely "inviting" a lawsuit, I would think "hoping like mad one eventuated" would be closer to the mark.

You see, IF, and I do mean a great big "IF" you ever had the intestinal fortitude to take the situation in hand, convert your hollow threats into action and actually bring your complaint before a court, there's this little thing called "disclosure" which is required by the court to take place.

You know what "disclosure" means, don't you Mr "Bernier" ????

It's the bit where the complainant (that would be you, in this case) gets to "put his or her cards on the table", so to speak, and "disclose" exactly why it is he/she considers what he/she is doing is unworthy of the "slanderous" attack and why he/she considers what has been said as being "lies"

Now, considering the definition of "slander" goes something along the lines of "Slander and libel are false or malicious claims which may harm someone's reputation" one could reasonably assume a/the complainant would want to have reasonably strong evidence at hand which could prove any/all of the alleged statements were false and/or malicious.

    So,

can we assume then you are sufficiently confident of:

    a) The legality of what you are doing
    b) Your ability to provide "one income for life"
    c) Your 'net history withstanding close scrutiny under oath.
    d) The said complaint and resulting court appearance/s making it into the mainstream media.

Otherwise, one could almost be tempted to dismiss your bleatings as nothing more than the "normal" faux bullying reaction of an internet fraudster facing public exposure.

    IOW, Maurie,

    put up or shut up.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

I will put up anything I need and am more than capable of doing so!
Your mentallity however shows that this forum is just totally full of
idiots and busy bodies who need a cause which aren't worth my time
    or bother.

I challenge you all to use actual facts when proving me a fraudster
and not some off the wall claims like people who have said what was
never said or having done what was never done.

Do you actually expect honest mentors like John and Myself to put up
with your bullshit accusations. I DON'T THINK SO!

We are in fact providing real income for our members and our forum proves
it. Try to discredit all those members. Are you saying they aren't real either?
There exists all the proof I need for any court I would like you to BRING IT
    ON BABY!

Oh and if you have the cahoonas, why not use your real name?

While I'm at it, thanks for all the attention! It's really helping my Google
    Rankings.
