Finance Reports Online is one of the more heavily promoted fake news sites used to promote various types of work at home scams. Trying to go to it immediately set of my antivirus program:

The site does have a prominently placed Advertorial disclaimer (unlike many of the fake news sites):

However, that doesn't mean it can use fake income testimonials that violate the FTC's No Safe Harbor rule:

Obviously, you should avoid anything promoted by Finance Reports Online. However, I must admit that I find it somewhat impressive that an entire fake news story was written by a Binary Options Software scam:
