Actually that is not true.
First of all people are assumed innocent of a CRIME until found guilty. Thish does not mean they are innocent it just means we treat them as if they are until a court finds then guilty OF A CRIME
Second as you can see from my first point this "onus of proof" does not apply in CIVIL cases. It applies only in CRIMINAL law. Company registration and the like comes under civil law although many things a corporate does may also be a crime they have additional CIVIL regulatory requirements.
Third following from second is the "balance of probability". Thus for example some entity ( a corporate or a real person) could be found for example 40% liable for damages and costs of say 10 million which means they owe 4 million.
Take OJ simpson for example. He was found not guilty ( note he was not found innocent just that he was not guilty) of murder in a CRIMINAL case. But in the CIVIL case OJ was effectively financially ruined.

The later is where I believe the site really shines for those that are willing to put in the reading and thinking time. ALL these scams are some variation of the same tale. Send your money, get your friends to do the same, kick back and relax since you have found the one real program in a cesspool of trickery.
I'm always glad when people like Steve show up to defend their story. Not only does the potty talk get my loins tingly, the absence of verifiable hard data is a constant in all these threads.

Re: mybinaryprofits.com / Steve Lawson ...Ken Russo says this is real.....
Hi Littleroundman, I hope all is well. Being that we both like great tasting coffee, we have common ground, so you made my good list, along with eagle, ribshaw and the few others, the rest of the clowns here have yet to make the list.
Just wanted to comment on what you posted. From within the usa looking out, over the past 5 years or so, binary option trading platform sites have popped up all over the world. 99% of these binary option trading sites are scams, you put money in to trade and you never get it back as most sites give these bonuses where you need to trade 50x the bonus in order to be able to make a withdrawal. You can see, it is a nearly impossible feat to accomplish. Most online casinos ( which are banned in the usa ) have those same deposit bonuses, that is where I guess they took that idea from.
Most binary option sites are banned from the usa, or prevent usa members from joining. However, there some binary option trading platforms that are not blocked and are scams.
Ive been in the binary options niche for the past 5 years or so, give or take. Ive lost money at those scam sites ( prior to knowing that they were scams )
After having doing lots of research, There are less then a handful of real NON-SCAM binary trading platform sites that are regulated. binaryoptionschannel.com, this guy who owns that site knows everything binary. His site displays the ONLY regulated binary options trading platforms in the USA, the only ones to be trusted. That guy has tried every site under the sun and talks about all of his experiences in binary and even offers his own signals to his followers. Another one that I like is Nadax.com, which is also CFTC regulated.
There are regulated non scam sites out there, you just have got to look for them.
A part of branding, or "naming" sites, is one would like to tap into a popular trend... the term binary is all the rage... Raises eyebrows, if you will...
Naming the site, what it is named was done so with a purpose, it attracts attention.
[side note] vemma seems to be trying to prove otherwise... why not copy other MLM Network marketing companies that have been around for years and years and are not pyramid schemes. Xango is still going strong.

What is you sample size? What I mean is list the total number of sites and show the 1% which are not scams.
So you have to begin by showing 99 scam sites and one which isnt a scam. Even then you havent shown ALL sites from the last five years. Im happy for you to show 99 that are scams though. Im even happy in the meantime for you to show ONE which isn't. Where is it?
Most online casinos ( which are banned in the usa )
What federal law bans online casinos in all US states?
Most binary option sites are banned from the usa,
Again care to please list the ones that are banned and the ones that arent and the law under which they are banned?
or prevent usa members from joining. However, there some binary option trading platforms that are not blocked and are scams.
And could you please list these?

Steve's problems have just compounded because Payza and Obopay are under criminal investigation, and MBP uses Payza. When there is a criminal investigation into these payment processors, they also take a real hard look at their clients to determine their legality as well.

LoL... you're hilarious little. I saw this post and commented on it. I also checked his profile. This "lifetime supporter" chimed in out of no where... apparently his last post was 2 years ago on the forum. So... I wouldn'd say "lifetime supporter" by no means. This seems like e2014... or whatever who said they had an account but have not logged in on so long that they forgot the means of which they even signed up with.
That post has no bearing at all.

Whip, you are hilarious... There are no more cell phone thieves, I broke all of their fingers. First, for the past few months, payza has not been able to do withddrawals to bank accounts here in the USA. I have wrote to them several times, several support tickets. After waiting their 5 business day turn around time. The only replies are, " yea... we don't know when we'll be doing bank transfers again.. blah blah.."
I hate payza/alertpay. Ever since I have been using them since 2009, it is one problem after the next. When that obo thing first went down, froze 6 figures in my account. ( still frozen, btw... ) Then a few months later, they come out and say "oh look we are processing merchant accounts again in the USA" so... when going for launch of the site, I had many members yipe yipe yipe and moan, please add payza.. please add payza... I said time and time again I hate payza with a passion, a deep 6 figure passion to be more precise. So, I caved, I said what the Flog, maybe they are getting their acts together and everything will be straightened out.
Apparently, not.
When I spoke to my paypal account manager, he was all upset and asking why I added payza on the site, I said the members wanted that too. He was all upset, then asked me for all of the statements on that account. I told him there is barely any activity, like 20times divided what the paypal account does. He was all sorts of upset, then I said I was thinking about adding STP to the site, he advised me not to, just stick with paypal.
I'm pulling payza off the site. I will not use any other online merchant processor, I am only going to use just the one for now on.
If certain members don't like that, all well. paypal did over 65 billion in transactions just last quarter, with the Holiday months coming up, they will do a ton more. I'm sticking with Elon Musk, I'm located in the us, no need for all of those weird online money processors and exchanges, just paypal, maybe even authorize too, but nothing else.

Among them hopefully Brad Kamanski, who switched many of his mini-site and money club schemes to Payza after he was reported to Paypal and Google for running chain letter pyramid schemes.

I have already posted about this on the other forum just today, it's a few posts up from the bottom. I have already been through everything possible with paypal and a complete business assessment, evaluation and model overview. I have been with paypal for 8 years now. I was already given the green light on the new site before it was launched, they already checked everything and was not happy that I added payza on the site. They questioned me about it and then asked for the monthly statements. The paypal business account does 20X+ more then the payza account. Been there, done that, I'm not a new merchant and have been checked already a few times, every couple of years or when I launch a new site. Prior to launching a site i call my account manager and let them know this way they know to expect an influx of transactions. Prior to launching the site, they did a full complete check of everything including a full business assessment, evaluation and went over the business model with a fine tooth comb. Took them 2 weeks to do all of that before I got the green light from them that I can use my paypal business account on the site. This ain't nothing new to me, as paypal does and will limit accounts or freeze them. Having been with them for 8 years and have transacted over 7 figures through the account, I have been through all of the major checks already.

even though the maintenance is completed now, I'm still done with payza. I have always hated alertpay/payza, as I stated in my previous post, 2 years ago because of obo, I have 6 figures sitting there frozen. Just this year, I worked it out with my tax attorney and cpa and wrote the whole sha-bang off as a business loss. It was income from digital product sales anyway, so I really didn't lose anything, except the big tax expense on that income, but I worked all of that out and will be getting a credit back on it. If it unfreezes one day, that's fine, but I'm not betting on it.

I don't have any problems over this, the payza account has had barely any activity, I'm pulling it from the site as far as for purchases, the few members who did make purchases through it will receive their withdrawals through it. That is basically it.

PayPal gave you green light to use them for mybinaryprofits? Have you got proof of it? It's doubtful they want to go down together with you for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

I hadn't realized that Edward & Brian Krassenstein were behind MMG, although I'd known about their control over Talkgold and several lesser funny money forums.

Re: mybinaryprofits.com / Steve Lawson ...Ken Russo says this is real.....
It looks as if this guy was the creator of TalkGold
Interview with Brian Krassenstein TalkGold Forum Manager
Perhaps somebody here can filter enough BS to find out what is really going on at TG
Quote
Brian's Background
Brian Krassenstein is a Web Entreprereneur, a Domain investor, and an advertising consultant for TE Advertising Inc. Brian launched his online business's at the age of 15, in 1997 with a small sports card website hosted at AOL's free pages. From there, Brian with his Brother Edward Krassenstein went into affiliate marketing with the sales of video games and posters for Gamestop and Allposters.com respectedly. Some of their past websites from the late 1990's included:
Gamers Advantage
TotalPosters
Perhaps somebody here can filter the BS and unearth a few grains of truth.
CardLots
From Here Brian Krassenstein created Talkgold. This is a website dedicated to the open discussion of various ways to earn a living online. This includes, affiliate marketing, Stock Investing, HYIP's, Paid to surf programs, etc. In November of 2007 Talkgold was Sold By the Krassenstein brothers Trust for an undisclosed amount, and Brian benefiting the most from the sale.
Currently Brian Krassenstein has focused his attention on the Domain marketplace. It is said that Brian's Corporation owns over 1900 domains names which include several valuable 3 letter .com domains as well as a good deal of generic termed .com domain names. Brian seemingly continues to buy up as many generic and short .com domains as he possibly can.
Slander and Libel online Again Brian Krassenstein
Brian Krassenstein's name continue to be slandered online with claims about all sorts of things. We have concluded that these comments are from random internet users looking to get back at Brian by bashing his Business and his name.
- Idetrorce spam bot link:
Brian simply registered a domain name with the same name that someone used to distribute a virus. The domain was dropped as soon as he found out the connection, and Mr. Krassenstein had nothing to do with the spam bot. Despite this there is a blog post claiming that he was connected to this spam bot attack, and clearly was NOT. There is a pretty large write up about the slander that took place here: Slander of Brian's name
- Ponzi Scheme association.
When Brian ran Talkgold.com he was forced to ban dozens of scammers from his site. As revenge some of these scammers such as PIP's Bryan Marsden , and his followers, lashed out and tried slandering his name. Due to the fact that some investment programs who purchased ads on Talkgold ended as schemes, these people tried linking his name to the very programs that also advertised on sites like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.com. As far as we are aware, Brian Krassenstein has never been involved in any sort of ponzi scheme, and in fact has been credited several times online for steering people clear of scams.
Conclusion
Brian Krassenstein continues to consult some of the largest web business's online about advertising techniques, web design, and Search engine optimization methods. He also provides free hostign to Green-Tech related sites such as ApteraForum.com. Brian Has also won several web awards included the Green Blog Webmaster of the month.

Re: mybinaryprofits.com / Steve Lawson ...Ken Russo says this is real.....
MMG and TG are third parties in the industry. While they do sell ads to scammers and allow an open discussion of the investment fraud, their role is marginal and can be actually helpful to LE to monitor the events as they are being discussed.
Back on topic: Steve can purchase the ads with Payza, but it's not worth the purchase unless he is after experienced HYIP players. If he wants fresh blood, he needs to find other venues of advertisement.
Just telling it like it is.

I believe Brian and Edward own both TG and MMG. I remember them banning a lot of naysayers, but damn few ponzi operators or pimps.
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!
