Online Salary Solution - Scam Or Legit?

I keep seeing the keywords "Online Salary Solution" and "Online Salary Solution Romania" showing up in my analytics, but I don't have anything posted about it. Of course most of these sites sound the same, but I did find a site on a domain called Online Salary Solution that might be the one people are searching for here:

The regional traffic shown on Alexa for this Online Salary Solution site make sense based on the search terms on getting in analytics:

Alexa rating is unverified, but based on what I'm seeing in my own analytics the traffic does seem to be increasing on regular basis:

Online Salary Solution??....Sure is a "salary solution" if your goal is to be separated from your salary....
