Partner With Paul Affiliate Gaming Yahoo

I'm not sure what Partner With Paul is these days (it used to promote an Herbalife Lead generation kit).

However, whatever it is now, there's an affiliate for Partner With Paul gaming Yahoo running multiple ads at the same time using non-existing domain names. Instead, when a person clicks on an ad they go to a blogspot site set up to redirect to Partner With Paul with the person's affiliate ID.

Who is the affiliate?

Based on the fact that 40692 appears in both links that go to Partner With Paul - e.g. www. partnerwithpaul .com/go/40692/ismy/ -
I assume that 40692 is the affiliate id of whoever is running these Yahoo ads.
