Can we purchase higher lines right away or must we start with the $5 line?

Answer - Everyone must start at the $5 line and then move in order
to the higher lines. I have decided to fund with $100 so I can enter
the $5 line with 6 spots ($30) and one spot in each of the $10, $20
and $40 lines ($70).

It is also worth mentioning that there is a 25% repurchase policy on all lines. See the FAQ for more info.
