First of all I have no idea who you are. Second, I don't respond to threats. Third, I don't cater to scammers. Fourth, we do not have any advertisements here, so who in the heck were you planning to screen? Have you read this thread? Bella has been shut down. There was a very good thread on Scam.com about that that was removed in order to advertise for that obvious scam. A birdy sent it to me and it is archived here. Bella did not have any reasonable guys in it. They are bunch of well dressed thugs that were defrauding desperate homeowners.

If you are a new owner then congratulations. There are still many threads about me and this site there and I don't expect that will change. There are threads on other forums such as Quatloos and JREF that discuss Scam.com and Mr. Dranichak as well. They don't remove threads without good cause either. If you in fact purchased Scam.com you did so with all this controversy already swirling around that dump of a site. You should have checked it out carefully and determined if you were willing to own such a site. How much more bad publicity do you want to generate? Are you really crazy enough to complain because you got caught advertising this Bella mortgage scam that was deemed fraudulent and shut down?

When you have calmed down you can send me a message and quote exactly any false information you find in a thread on here with documentation to refute it and I will retract, apologize and /or remove it as prudent. I make that offer to any party that complains. Otherwise we will carry on here with exposing scams, frauds and having pleasant exchanges.

As I said on the other thread where you had your first meltdown, if there is anything that is a false statement of fact on here send us the documentation to substantiate your claim and we will edit, retract, apologize or remove things as necessary and prudent. Threats and nasty meltdowns will not get the response you desire. If you are in fact a new owner, you bought Scam with all its colorful history. That history is archived on Quatloos and JREF as well. It is a little late to decide you don't like the controversy. Remember that old saying about staying out of the kitchen if you can't take the heat?

We are nothing like Scam. We do not advertise at this time. We do not cater to scammers. We do not remove truthful threads that are necessary to warn and inform the public. We do not have staff like Sojustask that are dishonest and unappreciative of those that volunteer. Don't ever compare us to that site. The people here truly work to serve others and advocate for scam victims. We are not making a penny for our work here.

Now, would you care to tell us what sent you into this rage? What brought this on today?

I'd appreciate it very much as I don't get the messages from the 'report' buttons. You don't HAVE to do anything, mind you, but I don't want to miss any spambot activity that might clutter up your threads. That would be a relevant comment for someone who:

1) Wasn't running a website with the purpose of exposing fraud and fraudsters.
2) Hadn't removed threads containing warnings from members of said forum about said fraud and fraudsters.
3) If said fraudsters were not the subject of legal action:

The individual running this Facebook page is using the same e-mail as our very hostile new member. Someone should point out to this chap that public meltdowns are not in the least attractive and no legitimate outfit does business that way. If scam is going down the toilet and generating very little income that should be no surprise. It has always been overrun with spambots, scammers and mindless idiots posting. A few good souls still brave that cesspool in an effort to continue to warn and inform the public but they are few and far between, and there is little real traffic there. The forum software is old and the settings are such that it shows readers for hours and hours after they have dropped off so the numbers are exponentially and artificially inflated. And, one can read the who's online list and see many of the names are bots and not legitimate users. George's lack of involvement and disinterest in the site has left it a hopeless mess. The tens of thousands of bogus registrations over the years would be nearly impossible to clean up now and unpaid volunteers certainly aren't going to do it. He would never give anyone who wanted to help admin privileges so they could do anything to rectify the disaster. That dump just needs to be shut down!

Starting a MLM or Pyramid On Scam.com I started a thread before about this. What if I started a Pyramid program or MLM and guaranteed everyone would make money? MLM is like UFOS and Spaceships......sooo many people believe, so many people say that it works, yet its a never ending debate and fight. There HAS to be a legit way to make MLM work. I'll set it up and guarantee the whole thing. Obviously I have the most to lose because scam.com has a huge target on her back. If scam.com cuts out all the scams and everyone makes money...what's wrong with it? Amway's making millions maybe billions legally...... Who is on board!?

MLM is a math game that requires that one has passed elementary school level math to comprehend it. In MLM is mathematically impossible for everyone to make money. By design 97%+ must lose to pay the representatives higher on the pyramid. MLMs expand exponentially. Scam.com does have a huge target on its back and that cesspool needs to be shut down. The biggest scammer on there is the fruitcake owner. Better make sure he has millions in a special fund to reimburse the mathematically guaranteed losers in his scam before getting involved.

Amway the company makes money off of the clueless legions of reps that pay in. But, the company making money is in no way related to the success of the representatives. 97% are losing money and far more than that are losing if we include the forced purchases necessary to participate in the payplan. Sheesh!

  I just bought the site in October. If you want to be friends, I'm offering a one time olive branch. Delete all scam.com posts asscoiating with porn and George, delete posts on him, and me Vlad. This can be so easy or so painful, and these aren't threats they are promises. George and his father are going after you especially since he neevr legally owned the website, he was hired as a consultant and his contract ended in January. You have 24 hrs to delete all posts. I would be happy to discuss futiure business or friendship ventures after that. I PROMISE if you don't I will or George will own your website and you will have 200,000+ in legal fees with 3 consecutive lawsuits.

  That's a good question, Vladamir, and one that deserves an answer.
  I participate on scam.com as well as here, however, Scam.com changed their rules some time ago prohibiting posting full addresses and similar details about the scammers being reported upon. This site does not prohibit that, and as my preferred method of warning about cash gifters is the "name, shame, and get them shunned" method, being able to post full details helps greatly.
  
  Secondly, there was an incident back 2008 when someone threatened to shoot both me, and a third party deputy sheriff, on scam.com. The thread was clearly marked as being evidence for the then-ongoing FBI investigation. Someone deleted it. I'm still annoyed about that.

Vlad or whoever you are. I am giving you your very own thread. Now, there is some prep work you need to do. You are engaged in a very public controversy. You will need to find, quote and refute statements of fact if you are going to get anywhere. As I have already explained to you, any false statement of fact on here that you can refute we will take care of in a businesslike manner. You look quite silly melting about George Dranichak's adventures in porn. Quoting George would of course be factual and if he didn't want his life as a pimp, porn producer and porn promoter exposed he shouldn't have exposed it very publicly himself.

This site is not set up for the purpose of making money so there is no need to discuss any future business. I also have no desire to be friends with anyone associated with George. One is known by the company they keep and that is not company I would keep to be sure!

In relevant part, it reads: "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." In other words, the "scam site owner" is not liable for what others post. Moreover, since this is a federal statute, it preempts any state law to the contrary.
