Drunk? Maybe! However anybody in "the lead generation business" is a nut case. No salesman in his or her right mind shares leads. They are a closely guarded secret and anybody who buys leads is buying a list of useless leads which have already been sold to a squillion others.

Check this out:
See how the logo has been superimposed OVER the whiteboard and appears lower on the right hand side i.e. it's not parallel with the ceiling, even from straight on.
Now notice what happens when the camera moves.
Yep, you're right, the logo is between the camera and the whiteboard, so it appears to move as well, and covers more of the whiteboard.

Call centre? Looks more like a battery hen farm to be honest, with the employees in tiny boxes sat and on crappy plastic garden chairs.
If you're lucky you could have two chairs stacked on top of each other
The (clearly) superimposed Traffic Monsoon logos aren't being tracked properly with the background,
and as LRM pointed out it's over the whiteboard.
See at 1:18 and 1:33
Also watching full screen with speed set to 0.25 on YouTube settings,
at 1:18 as a call centre employee stands up near the back of the room,
you can see her head disapears behind the logo.
Charles is insulting his his victims with this garbage, treating them like idiots.

Operators of John Ernest Connecting Continents (JECC), a business processing and outsourcing (BPO) company, will face multiple charges after a surprise inspection from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) yielded $400,000 or P16 million worth of pirated software.

Armed with a search warrant granted by the Regional Trial Court of Manila, the NBI conducted an inspection in the JECC offices located at Units 5 and 6, Connecticut Building, Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan City.
The raid, which was a result of a piracy report, led to NBI’s seizure of 140 computers containing 96 infringing copies of Microsoft Windows XP and 48 infringing copies of Microsoft Office 2007.
According to its website, JECC was formed in order to address the marketing needs of businesses across the United States. The company catered to SME projects that were mostly outbound telemarketing from health products, pharmaceutical, real estate, loans, and among others.
“Business operators such as JECC should know that use of unauthorized software or misappropriate information technology in its business operations is already a crime, especially in the BPO industry where they handle a lot of sensitive data for their clients. They are exposing users to serious malware and virus attacks that can compromise privacy and security,” said Dante Jacinto, chief of intellectual property rights division of the NBI.

The Pilipinas Anti-piracy Team (PAPT) said JECC officers will face criminal prosecution and the likelihood of having a hold departure order issued against them which prevents IP violators from travelling overseas.
Based on a recent study conducted by Microsoft, it was revealed that 40 percent or two out of every five computer hard drives and DVD software in the Philippines are infected with malware due to software piracy.
The NBI is a member of the PAPT together with the IPOPHL, OMB and the PNP. The team was formed in 2005 to establish an integrated and coordinated effort by the government to counteract the negative effects of software piracy on the local IT industry and the economy.

He's not using these "leads" to sell Buster Brown shoes or Easy Bake Ovens so far as I can see. Feels more like the "results not typical" or "if I don't say investment I'm safe" attempts to shield himself from liability.

I know the video of the Tm "customer service centre" is funny, but it's also sad and pathetic.
Look at the conditions in which those people are working. They are sitting on plastic chairs from the garden, for goodness sake! Do they have air conditioning? Rest periods? Facilities for a break and a cold or hot drink? Air conditioning? The conditions look appalling. They are crammed in like battery hens and I bet they are paid very little for their pains. Talk about exploitation! It really makes me cross!
Leaving everything else to one side, if Monsooners start to congratulate themselves, or anyone else, for this so called "proof" of TM's bona fides and "longevity", they ought to be ashamed of themselves.

this place looks like the place the MAP scammers tried to claim as theirs not long ago. That little yellow conference room in the back left reminds me of it.

I have to say that I am not sure exactly what this means, or what she is getting at. How does this show that the "business is on fire" exactly?
She also has the support centre video up and says that she is "so excited" because TM has "taken support to a new level". Well she's right about that. A new LOW level IMHO!

Yes yes sad and all that, but why aren't they using their meager wages to buy adpacks and click their way to prosperity? They have a J.O.B mentality, did you see any motivational posters in their cubbies, I think not. Certainly winners at the end of a 15 hour day can squeeze 5 minutes to click 10 ads if they want out of the lawn chairs so bad.
It's a brave new world Della and there are two types of people:
1. Those that dare click 10 ads per day and live in prosperity.
2. Broke losers like this that can't see a good thing superimposed on the wall right in front of them.

I think it means the are $55,000,000 short of the money already owed to affiliates they claim Paypal is holding. And because it's a Ponzi they will soon owe about another $1M on those "reserves".

What's really happening - Charles needs to pay Snoork Hosting to increase the bandwidth for TM and he's buying an external harddrive....
And happily, blocking or termination accounts will educe liability to pay out to the punters. Result!
how exactly is anyone trying to scam the scam? who cares if they submit fake IDs? There really is no way they have to verify them. And who cares if someone has 100 accounts? It's a real business right? They are pumping 100 accounts worth of money in.
