How could "false checks" be involved? The money had been sitting in PayPal for SIX months...I'm assuming that the checks had cleared ages ago?

Sometimes I report SEC hearings in Los Angeles. I've been turning them down because they're usually pretty brutal, but I would SO volunteer for this one. Wish it was here instead of Utah.

But I loved the line where he says a "real" Law Enforcement Agency is taking a look, and then in the next post spouts the story from gwenda about how the FTC got it all wrong with HerbalLife and HerbalLife won the case. Hmm, guess she missed the part about Herbal Life having to totally revamp their business model.

Charles does not have enough brains to keep his stupid mouth shut, but I am so glad he keeps posting and doing his videos that the SEC can use at his hearing on Aug 5.

Sharon is going to ride the wave of denial a little bit longer...

I now have to wonder if Charles' own attorney turned him into the SEC? After all he did say that if he was doing anything wrong, his attorney would turn him in.

Never mind the pesky attorney-client privilege rule, for if Charles said it, it has to be true. Charles does not lie as stacy has told us over and over and over and over. But when he does, it is OK as the haters lie so he can too.

I think Our Chazza is in the UK. Sunil Patel posted this picture, and assuming it's not an old one, it lists Charlie Boy as being at some TM meeting in Wembley (near London) only 17 hours ago. Chazza also apparently married a girl from the UK (Oxford) only a few months ago. And Chazza has been popping up at meetings in the UK recently. When not siphoning funds from PayPal inot his own account, of course.
