In his tiny ponzi pimp mind, the fact people signed the terms and conditions absolves Charlie Scoville of any blame or responsibility for what has happened.

The TM terms and conditions are null and void because it's illegal to sell unregistered securities...

I can understand people outside of the US not understanding the SEC and what they do, but I'm starting to think Charles doesn't get it either. He keeps popping up on his Facebook page....still....going on about "working it out" with the SEC. Unreal!
