This is the part in every Ponzi that is the most amazing thing to watch. Anyone, according to Elena/Finix/Abrasax, who dares warn anyone about joining a Ponzi is now a vigilante and worse than the admin running the Ponzi. Then we have the top promoters all of a sudden playing dumb and saying they were duped like everyone else, and they thought their Ponzi was real; and they can't believe they were lied to by the admin. Then we have the true victims who are so confused as to what is going on as they are getting mixed messages from their sponsor, the admin and of course us "haters." What is sad is that all those willing to help them get in, are now nowhere to be found to help them with the truth when they need it the most. Thankfully a Receiver has been appointed and I hope Mary is as good as Kenneth Bell has been in Zeek. If she is, there is hope for all the true victims, and the big winners will have to pay it back.

It is always a time of mixed emotions for me as it is so much fun to watch all the lies, denial, blame game played out by the major pimps, while at the same time hearing all the horror stories from the true victims. The pimps and shills are comedy at its best to watch, while it is painful to hear the horror stories; and their will be horror stories. I bet the guy who dropped 50K in this in December is kicking himself in his arse about now, if he is not kicking his so-called friend in his arse. What is going to be interesting is to see if anyone, like the gent who put in $50K, will sue the person who got them into TM. It is one thing to sue, and another to collect when you win.

But you can bet this is going to get really ugly between the major players just like it has started with Imy and Adrian. Can't wait to hear Charles' explanation of how he is no longer in control of TM now that the Receiver has been appointed. One thing is for sure, his lies will continue trying to cover his arse.

Agreed....and from the looks of it, I'm not even sure he has an attorney. Did someone say he was in the UK? If so he can be extradited. If he doesn't show up they'll do a bench warrant.

I'm waiting for his next installment of, "I'm negotiating with the SEC and we're going to be fine"! What I would really like to see the government do is set up a database of ALL participants in these things, and only offer refunds to first time victims. That could maybe help cut down on players that hop from scam to scam that cry 'foul' if they get burned. jmho

But he does have an attorney, that is if you believe the story he told about hiring this fantastic, incredible, influential attorney who was a former federal prosecutor, was friends with the owner of PayPal and was going to bring PayPal down to its knees for freezing TM's account. But then reality is always different than a story.

What is interesting is that Paul Burks floated this nonsense to try and calm the troops in Zeek. The only person the Receiver is going to work with is the Judge. It won't be long before we know for sure if the Aug 5 hearing has been delayed and the date for the new hearing if this is true.

Right. We already know that Charles has lost control of TM to the Receiver; so, anything else Charles says from now on is a moot point...

This is really crazy. If he did have an attorney, he wouldn't be saying anything, let alone the BS he's spewing now. Like Eagle said, just more juicy stuff for the SEC to nail him. I can't believe how foolish these people are.

His idea is to replace rev-sharing with surfing ads? ROTFL

Let's dissect this latest from Charles. Since TM's inception, Charles has defended TM as being totally legal, that he had been checked out by the authorities and was given a clean bill of health, the attorney he hired to deal with PayPal said TM was perfectly legal or he would turn Charles in himself, and the list goes on and on.

In the TRO it was revealed that Charles had been working with the SEC for several months prior to their taking action. So why wasn't Charles negotiating this deal with them before the charges were filed? After all he was cooperating with them and if it is as he says now they are willing to negotiate with him, they would have certainly been willing to do during the initial stage of their investigation.

Don't forget this same tactic was tried by Paul Burks in the Zeek Rewards case, and Andy Bowdoin in the ASD Cash Generator case. Both were blowing smoke just as Charles is blowing smoke now.

You don't get to negotiate a deal after charges have been filed. You either contest them in court or you admit your guilt. This whole notion is nothing more than Charles scared to death someone might come after him and he is buying time to get out of Dodge before that happens. Of course if anyone did try to harm him, or succeeded, then it will be my fault because I am a vigilante and mislead the public, and I am responsible for what everyone says that was against TM. I know because Abrasax/Finix/Elena told me so.

He's at EMS posting anything that gives a positive spin on what is happening with the SEC, hoping that one of them will turn out to be true. He is scouring the Internet to find anything he can post that he thinks will vindicate TM and Charles and show all of us "haters" up. And then when challenged gives a somewhat defense of Charles and TM. Just not as vigorous as before, but still hoping Charles will win and show all of us "haters,", trolls, naysayers, liars, "vigilantes," and doubters wrong. He truly got blindsided that Charles had been working with the SEC for months and he transferred the money out of PayPal in July to his personal bank accounts. He had no clue that is what happened until it was released. He truly believed the release date was August 11, despite being told it was July 11, but that meant he would have to admit I was right, and we know that wasn't going to happen. He is still in denial and clinging on to hope that Charles and TM will win.

He truly has to be hurting that his hero did not keep him in the loop and he was blindsided with all the information released by the SEC that proved Charles had been lying all along. Accepting it is another matter. After all the vigorous defense of Charles and TM, this had to come as a slap in the face to him and he had to feel betrayed.

Just think, despite all his arguments against us "haters" that he truly felt put us in our place and proved us wrong, turned out to be wrong and all of us "haters" turned out to be right. That alone is like being punched in the gut with a giant sledge hammer from his perspective.

I truly feel for his son, who has no clue what is going on, and I doubt would be able to understand it even when told.
