When i was not getting paid at mcdonalds it was my local store managers bad decision to steal our money and not mcdonalds. So i cant really blame the company other than they hired a crook.for a store manager..

Despite the SEC’s case against him and Traffic Monsoon being civil in nature, Charles Scoville has hired a criminal defense attorney to represent him.

According to a 15th of August filing, Scoville is now represented by Edwin S. Wall.

Charles hired a criminal attorney because he's anticipating that the SEC will recommend that the Dept. of Justice file criminal charges against him.

Even if Charles is able to settle out of court with the SEC, he's still at high risk for class action lawsuits being filed against him...

Just one little problem. IT'S NOT A BONAFIDE ADVERTISING COMPANY. How do we know this? Because people only purchased ad packs to make money. How do we know that? Because a mere .4% paid for advertising outright without the money incentive.

You can't just go making businesses up to shuffle money around.

Nope mcdonalds did not allow overtime if overtime was worked which the night crew did reguarly the store manager had to pay it out if his own pocket.. Instead of paying us he decided to change the hours to look as if we only worked 39 hours .. I already had that many hours by Wednesday.. Then we worked thursday and friday for free basically.. The night manager and i were close friends .. Hell i was the only one with a car .. I asked him to print out my hours .. 39.63 by wed night .. Worked thursday 10 hours friday 11 hours . when the store manager turned in my hours it had 39.93 hours.. He had shown i only worked 5 hours first 3 days ..4 managers got fired for being caught doing that.. Needless to say i got 2 years worth of overtime backpay.6 hours per week average. All employees current and that had worked with me over the past 2 years all got a christmas bonus . next day i quit.. Oh and my lawyer got his fee paid as well.. He said i could have sued for more .. I just wanted my money along with all my co-workers back pay nothing more..

He wants attendees at "Revolution Day" to prepare a two minute speech on how much suffering has been caused by the SEC and Paypal actions.

I've been talking to the journalist that wrote the Sunday Times piece on My Advertising Pay's and The Telegraph piece on BeonPush regarding writing a much wider article on the rise of the TM/MAP's type Ponzi/pyramid schemes due to people finding it harder to pay bills and needing more income alongside the rise of technology and businesses that many people don't undertand. She is looking to lead the piece with the demise of Traffic Monsoon and wants to be able to include the stories of one or two actual TM'ers who can now see the wood for the trees.

If any posters here can help get those, or feel that they can also contribute, please can you DM on here?

We need something big that can sweep away all of these ad surf scams. I'm bored now of Gary Strong, Sunil Patel, Sharon James, and all the other scammers that keep making awful and cringy videos.
