Look at the facts: Scoville went to Dubai and proudly announced that a Finance Superman named Dr. Amin Forati President of D&B was new TM CFO and a TM bank would have been opened soon in Dubai. LOL, it was just a parade for investors while some money (17mil $ !!!) "floating" to Amin Forati paypal account to be cashed through assets that Forati/D&B has in Europe, like Switzerland or Austria were it is possible to link a paypal account to banks account. It seems now that Sec investigating on Scoville relatives to recover Tm funds while should investigate on the fact that Amin Forati as TM CFO could have managed all money!!!!!!

civil trial but if SEC wins, be shure federal presocuters will push criminal charges. I belive that "civil" trial can also become a penal trial incase of ovious federal penal laws broken. He can face 20 to life, a Judge can give a prison sentence regardless if civil or not

The SEC can only recommend criminal charges. Criminal violations are prosecuted by the Dept. of Justice/US Attorneys Office; and, they can decide to prosecute without a recommendation from the SEC...

A judge can give prison sentences, dosent matter if tiral is civil or not.

There is a difference between jail and prison. Jail is for civil cases and prison is for criminal cases.

These are civil / administrative proceedings, which cannot result in imprisonment.

Instead, the SEC has asked for civil money penalties,(fines) disgorgement of any "ill gotten gains" (I.O.W, any money taken in since TM began) the appointment of a receiver and freezing of all his assets.

The criminal action will follow later with a different set of charges and penalties i.e prison sentence

Yes and remember OJ Simpson was acquitted of a criminal charge. But it was the damages that he had to pay in the civil case that bankrupted OJ.

Charles, you are going to need people who had more than just people who generated "SOME" sales. Your problem is that less than 1/10 of 1% can actually verify anything as far as "SOME" increased sales are concerned. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. You are going to need 100% of your members claiming they made sales from using TM services, and not the majority of their income from referral fees and ad packs. Good luck with that.

Rather interesting isn't it that Charles did not ask for the UK members to send him their affidavits and videos. Now I wonder why that is? (sarcasm off)

The disconnect between the charges vs Charles and his defense seems on the insane side.

All the testimonials, etc make some sense after he is found guilty, (In order to determine higher or lower level of sentence under the guidelines ) but have ZERO mitigation on the actual ponzi/unregistered securities, etc charges.
