If he is so broke and homeless how is he still living in the London area or in the UK? Mom and Dad will take him back in, but that means he would have to return to the US. Now if you were homeless and penniless would you not go home so you would have a place to stay? Charles your lies just keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger. Guess he forgot his attorney told him to keep his mouth shut, which makes one wonder if he really has an attorney? He could have hired him, as it only takes $1 to put him on retainer; but if he can't pay him he will quit.

If Charles shows up Sunil is going to need more than him for security based on recent posts on FB. I think you can count Charles as a no-show, but I am sure he will text a message to Sunil that he can read telling how TM is not a Ponzi but an advertising company, and everyone only bought advertising and was not investing for the millionth time.
