A person named Sunil Patel was jailed for fraud by Ealing Council in August 2013. He could have served his sentence and been let out to wreak more havoc on unsuspecting people in the local area. Is it TM's Sunil Patel? TM's Sunil Patel posts from Acton College which is situated just inside the borough of Ealing. It is only a short walk from parts of Acton to Ealing.

Cllr Ed Mayne, cabinet member for community safety and regulatory services at the council, said: “Mr Patel committed multiple acts of fraud over a long period of time in the full knowledge that he was committing a crime.

"Fraud of any sort is unacceptable, and we will not hesitate to use all means at our disposal to crack down on it, and get the money back.

"The seriousness of the sentence sends a strong and clear message that if you commit benefit fraud in the borough, you will be caught and you will be punished.”

Patel illegally claimed £4,287.39 in housing benefit from Hounslow Council, as well as £25,094.19 from Ealing Council and £4,305.56 from the DWP.

He pleaded guilty to two charges against him at Kingston Crown Court, and on 29 July was sentenced to 15 months immediate custody on each count to run concurrently. He has re-paid all of the overpayments.

Sorta looking at ads is explained in this video by Monsoon Top 1% promoter and chief clawback candidate Frank Calabro. Frank looks at a banner for 20 seconds without clicking through and jokes how easy it is. No wonder less than 1% of sales came from anything not Ponzi related, frankly I'm surprised it was that much.

Does he think that the men and women at the SEC are going to take a blind bit of notice or what he posts on Facebook or records in a YouTube video? That they are hanging on his every word, and will one day shriek "The scales have fallen from my eyes! That last piece Charles wrote has completely changed my mind! I now understand it all, let's drop all charges straight away!"

On the one hand it is an act. He knows he has to keep as many of the members believing him or they will got to the authorities en masse and he would be facing charges in more than just the US. Another problem is Charles really believes his lies are the truth. He has been lying since day one, but as long as he was paying, no-one was paying attention to them. Even after the initial shock of the PayPal freeze wore off, there were still those believing every word he said. This only emboldened him not to worry about his lies being exposed.

The only reason why he keeps saying the same things over and over is to try and counter the increasing number of members who no longer are buying the lies and have woke up TM really was a Ponzi and Charles is a thief. He bought the line that people were calling him a genius, a trusted admin, and now his reputation is being shattered before his very eyes, and he can't deal with it. He does what all Ponzi admins do....blame the members and others. Notice that in none of his posts has he taken blame for anything. He was scammed and taken advantage of (kind of destroys his being a genius doesn't it), and he was only doing these things to help the members (defending his trusted admin hype).

What has been interesting to me is that he not only was lying to the members, but he was also lying to those he was seeking their guidance and counsel with TM. Depending on which story you want to believe from Charles, there were at least 3 groups that he sought help and advice from, yet they all walked away. Every update he gave about something coming shortly that would solve the payment issues never happened. It was always one excuse after another.

Charles could have gotten a bank loan to pay the members using the money that was frozen in PayPal as security. He didn't. He said the interest rate was too high and it would cost the TM members too much in lost revenue if he had done it. Sounds like he really cared about the members doesn't it. That was the problem, it only sounded like he cared about the members, not that he did. Truth of the matter if it was known was he didn't want to part with the cash it would cost as he wanted to keep it for himself. While guessing this is what happened, his putting $21 Million in his own bank account seems to have confirmed this. Now stop and think about this for a moment. Charles gets the bank loan so he can pay the members. PayPal releases the funds on July 11 instead of August 11. Instead of withdrawing this money to his personal bank account, PayPal would have sent this money to the bank who gave him the loan to pay members. It was collateral for the bank loan and had to be sent to them. Remember he keeps claiming that there was plenty of money to pay what was owed to the members with money left over. More than enough money, if this were true, to cover the cost of the bank loan and pay all the members.

As has been pointed out countless times, TM members have no money coming back to them according to the TOS. They bought "advertising" and Charles owes them nothing. They deserve nothing for their advertising purchases if he was really enforcing the TOS that he is constantly touting as proof TM is not a Ponzi. After all nothing was "GUARANTEED." The truth is the members were not even getting the advertising they bought. They only got 10% of what they paid for. As I told stacy back in December, I believe the moment Charles stopped paying the 110%, TM was over and all hell would break loose. Guarantee or no Guarantee. Well guess what, all hell is breaking loose. The SEC just moved up the date hell broke loose. Given what was happening in TM if the SEC had not acted, and TM was left alone, TM would have collapsed all on its own late September or early October. The rising number of ad packs sold was creating a shortfall to TM that Charles could not pay that was owed. Then we would have heard they needed new servers and payments had to be put on hold until the transfer could be made. and of course there were problems with the transfer so payments have to be delayed longer until solved. Or the story would have been TM was hacked and money stolen. Or it would have been members took advantage of the system and TM paid out more than they were entitled to receive so payments have to be stopped until an audit is done and the excess money could be returned. Or it would have been some other story, but no matter which one was told, if not more than one, in the end it would have been just a story.

Actually all Charles has to do for the hearing on 9/23 is show up with audited financial records proving what he has been saying, and this all goes away. And we know from the TRO, Charles has no such audited financial statements. But it did sound good didn't it.

TM has always been about perception and sounding good. It is why it was able to run as long as it did before the authorities stepped in. The biggest problem Charles had, other than TM never being anything but a Ponzi, was all his lies and hiding what TM truly was all about. Sooner or later the lies and truth is exposed and now we are seeing it in living color every day. Sadly the horror stories are still to come, and there will be thousands of them if they were all known. It happens in every Ponzi. One thing that is also a certainty is that sadly there will be at least one suicide and I would not be surprised if there were up to a dozen before this is all over. If there are clawbacks, so this money can be returned to the victims with the frozen funds the number of suicides should only be one or hopefully none. But if there are no clawbacks, then expect the number to rise. I have seen this in every Ponzi since 2004.

TM and Charles has been an act since day one, and always has been an act. Sadly too many people believed the acting was real. Now the final curtain is revealing it was all an act and has been replaced with reality. And the act is what the first time major promoters and stacy are hanging on to and can't deal with reality, and will defend Charles and TM even if he goes to prison and beyond. Just like they did with Andy Bowdoin/ASD Cash Generator.

Proof if proof needed of what real 'hard work' can get you. I wouldn't worry about booking that flight though, Sunil as something tells me there won't be a world tour of anything going on with TM (unless you mean you or Chuckles doing a runner):
