Perhaps someone could help me out with something here? I am mystified as to why they keep on calling each other "Boss". Why is that? 'Cos a lot of these people don't seem capable of bossing their way out of a paper bag to me.

This is painful to read. Unless he is playing a dupe, I'm not certain William understands how Case law legal definition of case law and Precedent legal definition of precedent work.

The civil and criminal nuances of this matter aside, Traffic Monsoon was a virtual carbon copy of Ad Surf Daily. To use "case law" to support his civil/criminal defense Scoville would have to find a case with a business model virtually identical to Monsoon and a court that sided with the promoter's position. So claims like the "state of Utah said" are meaningless since the matter has previously been tired in court. To really solidify things he would need to find a situation where that decision was upheld on appeal. None exists or we would have more than homilies from the TM camp.

I told that dupe if he could click 10 ads a day he could make money. When the SEC shut TM down I blew him off like a BOSS claiming he should have read the TOS and was just buying ads.

The more Charles talks, the more he reveals that the TM members were not aware of and he was lying with the information he was telling the TM members. Case in point is that Charles always was bragging about his charge-backs or reversals were never more than 1%. In one of his latest exchanges on FB he let it slip that charge-backs or reversals were at least $20 Million, if not more, and that is a lot greater than 1%. Try 10% Charles. This is the real reason why PayPal froze his funds. It wasn't because TM was growing too fast too quickly, it was because his charge-backs were growing too fast and too high. Can't wait for the civil trial and even more dirt comes out, and it will come out.

Actually, just had a thought. Why are they going to the USA via Amsterdam? Surely there is a direct flight from the UK? Amsterdam is probably only an hour's flight away from Heathrow (I would guess), so why has Sharon been awake for 27 hours? I know she maybe flew down from Manchester, but blimey, that's hardly a million miles away!

UK to the Netherlands is a short hop. Even UK to USA isn't that long - what, 8 hours or so to the east side of America? They are making it sound like they are on some epic, heroic journey rather than just getting on a plane for a few hours.

And surely they are all so fabulously rich, thanks to TM, they can fly first class or even charter their own jet?
