Scoville with his rationalizing, backpedaling, and outright lying has served a good warning for those that followed the thread and ones like it. Clicking ads isn't a "business" that pays outsized returns and people that didn't trust the veracity of that statement before should now. As with Banners Broker, My Advertising Pays, Digadz, et. al. time has shown a fickle master proving there are no "trusted admins" and law enforcement or no the dance ends in tears.

If Charles were to confess there would be some that said he did it under duress. The ones that unwittingly moved to Traffic Hurricane or other equally dubious programs can't be helped. In that vein Scoville's time in prison will create a vacuum for other "trusted admin" to create new "Home Based Businesses" thereby fixing a need certain people have to be parted from their money.

Another love-in was held today with an online gathering to show support for TM and Charles. What they don't get is that the Judge doesn't care how many love-ins they have in support of Charles and TM, how many revolution days they have, how many video testimonials they do, how many affidavits they sign reciting how TM is not a Ponzi and they were not investing but buying advertising. The Judge only cares about Charles defense team being able to cite case law that supports the business model that rebuts the SEC case law upon which the temporary TRO was granted and the four counts against Charles and TM. It is these four charges that the Judge will rule upon on 11/30, and nothing else. Not one case law cited by Charles' attorneys supports the removal of the TRO and the charges filed.

But the TM members are going to find out just how insignificant and immaterial all their videos, affidavits, online support rallies, and revolution day truly were in this case on 11/30.
