As of the time of your post, it was 12:15pm Utah time, so court probably still in session. Do't know what the judge's case queue looked like so can't guess when there will be news.

Last word was court was still in session. It is only 12:35 in Utah, so not expecting anything for at least another hour or two. Someone tried to claim that TM won, but that got shot down when it was posted the court hearing wasn't over. Talk about giving false hope.

I saw that over on the Traffic Monsoon Refund Support group too. You gotta love 'em. BS'ing is so ingrained into the nature of some of these people, that I don't think they'd even know HOW to be straight with everyone else.

Saheed Chaudhry has been living under a rock if he thinks there haven't been any cases like Traffic Monsoon. The Judge in this case WILL make a decision. A Civil Trial judge doesn't decide if it's Supreme Court case. Cases don't move through the court system from a Civil case straight to the Supreme Court...LOL!

And now comes this from Pinakee Naik, William, the serf for TM, Bryant's co-legal guru, and I quote:

This is wrong on so many counts but it just goes to show you how truly ignorant these people are. This was a HEARING, not a civil trial. The civil trial will never, ever see an appeal to the US Supreme Court of the Utah Supreme Court. Delusion at its best. The court has never seen a case like this before? Not that had me rolling, but I'm sure that William, the serf for TM, Bryant will agree whole-heartedly with Pinakee's assessment this will end up at the Supreme Court. So according to Pinakee, the SEC has never, ever tried a fraud case before, and the TM case is a ground-breaking event.

What really happened is the TM members who were there got a good dose of reality and saw that TM is going to lose this hearing and Charles will have to defend TM and himself at a civil trial. They just won't admit it yet. You can bet there are not a lot of happy TM faces after today's events in court.

Sunil has made another stupid choice for his gathering. On Saturday Australia is playing the UK in a huge rugby match at Twickenham. The stadium only holds 82,000 and fan who can't afford the £500 tickets meet up in the special rugby fan pubs along the river to watch it on the big screen. About the worst day in the year to travel by train.

I do agree with Chirley Scamville that this could be a long haul just to get the jurisdiction issues worked out.
After that is settled, the SEC has TM cold on the fraud, etc but who knows when.....

Better to bled the Scamvilles $ on the civil side before the criminal case.

It is deja vu time. I remember it well when ASD Cash Generator had their Evidentiary Hearing to determine if their asset freeze would be lifted and ASD would be able to resume business. The ASD members who attended had ASD winning hands down and the SEC attorneys were portrayed as Gomer Pyle, Barny Fife, and Goober all rolled into one. That the ASD attorneys and witnesses won the hearing hands down. Judge Collyer asked pertinent questions that made the SEC look bad, but made the ASD Attorneys look brilliant in comparison. She was hailed and applauded as being brilliant and a sharp judge. At the end of the hearing the ASD members were elated that ASD was going to win the case with ease. It was no contest. Then Judge Collyer issued her ruling and immediately she was the devil, she was in cahoots with the SEC and the hearing was a sham and a miscarriage of justice, and the list goes on and on of what they said about her integrity, abilities and understanding of the law.

The same scenario is going to play out in TM, and all the same diatribes against this judge will be the same made against Judge Collyer.

But not all believe this is a slam dunk for TM and Charles. As you can read above, some are already saying the SEC has never had a case like this before, and this will end up at the Supreme Court. So much for what they know about the law and how the courts work. But hey, it sounded good and impressive. Yep, the SEC has never been involved in a TRO Hearing nor handled a case like TM before TM is so special.

You can't make this stuff up folks.
