It's inconceivable that people are still asking Jose Nunes anything other than when and how he will be returning the money he cost them. Some epic concepts in this:

• Judges make decisions not based on law but based on whether it will be popular enough to get them appointed to to higher court

  3. Appeals to higher courts are made on the basis of "saving face" rather than the penalty needed being higher than the court can impose or the implication being broader or the accused being entitled to appeal or a legal basis being submitted ( e.g an immediate dismissal and appeal grounds might be a judge who made a decision based on career path or saving face)
  4. Obama's presidency is somehow linked to the SEC and if they made any mistakes it can be traced to Obama??
  5. All scammers put in Proson would have to have their cases reopened and retried if an SEC case was not successful
  6. If a case does have groundsw for appeal Judges can just "hope it is forgotten" and ignore it
