Heres a blast from the past.JPG

Nice to see Stacy still alive and well, let's visualize his version of success.

Taking a stroll down memory lane my eyes mist as I read part of his first post.

A more or less sincere holiday message for the people I truly do this for.

I believe Stacy, William, and many other pimps take too many liberties when they define your success as losing 75% of your money. Remember, they didn't lose it you did.

Outside my "hating" activities I really do make decisions with my own money. As year end approaches like many I will make choices about which charitable organizations I will be donating to. If donating more than a token amount I read and interpret the Form 990 to see if the numbers make sense. On the other side of the spectrum I trade/invest my own money and have since I left the business world. To a high degree I can read financial statements, but if they are too complex they go in the trash. Mystical thinking and accounting gimmickry don't pay the bills for long. I would never imagine putting myself in a position where I lost 75% of my net worth. I don't need to take to Youtube to make ends meet, and Real Scam certainly isn't cutting checks for my input. I happen to enjoy it along with a few other endeavors.

Life has afforded me knowledge and experience that transcends writing about scams which is why this works. Exactly the opposite of what the Bryants and Stacys of the world are feeding you. Yet in this case opinions, beliefs, and very little facts were obviously satisfactory in identifying the scam formally known as Monsoon.

In the real world as I have previously written I probably look at 10 investments a year friends and associates bring to me. I'm not a financial adviser, I enjoy the subject of money. It does present a series of challenges since if something works and you've told someone not to invest you're an asshole. Conversely, if you tell them to invest and it doesn't work your an asshole. If you tell them to sell and it goes up you're an asshole, if you tell them to hold and it goes down, an asshole. With scams 100% of the time you get to be right, at least there they label you a hater.

Recently I had a friend bring me an investment in a restaurant he was looking at making. The first thing I told him was he was going to have something very uncomfortable occur in a place he might didn't want it to occur. Through the rest of the conversation I made drowning noises every time he tried to sway me. He invested despite my theatrics. It was about 5% of his net worth and he recognizes that he may lose every dime he put in. Even someone as dour as me can live with being wrong on 5%. Of course when he loses I will laugh, still an asshole.

How I or other haters "feel" or "pray" when one of these things implodes takes a backseat to the fact that we warned you not to participate. That most of us do not define "success" as losing almost all your money in some destined from the start to impolde venture. Do I enjoy seeing some people lose their money and/or go to prison, an emphatic yes. I don't however define their loss as "success", but "failure" as I think most people outside the Ponzi world would.

The Bryants and Stacys of the world are not the ones who need to be explaining what they are "praying" for, instead what their real world (un)qualifications are causing them to dispense such piss poor advice from the get go.

The Bryants and Stacys of the world remind me of the quote by Isaac Asimov:

“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”

Speaking of our friend stacy, he posted his explanation of how the purchase of ad packs and returns works using his calculations. Along came Belated and he used the convenient formula for calculating TM returns from TM's website. In short, Belated ate stacy and Charles' lunch using TM's own formula to do it. Not only did he show it in an Excel spreadsheet but also in a couple of graph illustrations to boot. Just too

You can bet that stacy will come back claiming that he changed the formula somehow that created the numbers and they are false. Can't admit the truth was right in front of all the TMers from the beginning. Can't wait for Charles to weigh in, and we all know he will. This is going to get good!

The only way "there is enough money to pay everyone" in Charles mantra is that you were promised nothing, nothing was guranteed ,you were only buying the nonrefundable advertisement trafic, therefore "enough money" in his own words is nothing.
Or you were thinking that $700m in liabilities and $70m in assets is enough to pay everyone?
or that those liabilities have not yet matured and somehow they will be paid once there is new money coming in ? Think again.

Reminds me of a story where a Hindu, Jew, and Stepsys were driving down an old country road when the car they had on a weekend test drive to take pretend pictures with broke down.

They ambled for a while until they came upon a farmhouse. The farmer says you can stay the night but I only have two beds so one of you will have to sleep in the barn. They draw straws and the Hindu sets out for the night.
A few minutes later there is knock at the door and the Hindu explains because there is a cow in the barn his religion forbids him from sleeping there for the night. The Jew volunteers to sleep in the barn, and moseys out for the evening. A few minutes later there is a knock at the door and the Jew kindly explains there is a pig in the barn and his religion forbids him from sleeping with pigs.

Simon at this point hems and haws, comes up with excuse after excuse but finally relents and heads out to the barn to sleep. A few minutes later comes a loud knock at the door and its the pig and cow.

Sad to say... making a few hundred $ from and illegal and evil ponzi (that ruins many lives) IS success to a scumbag misfit like SCAMey Williams.

I admit, I didn't see the end of this coming - I was expecting to read something at the end there about a rat and whatever would go with that analogy

I told Belated that stacy would challenge the formula he used, and right on cue stacy replied with this gem, and I quote:

"i never used this calculator it always showed me making more than i was ..and as far as basing your findings that things always collapse you can never really predict that with any real math as you have to base this off what people might or might not spend we can find out and calculate what already happened and try and use this for future events as an estimate but thats also based on what people already did and may not do.. thats all my example was for was what happened and made an estimate off of that using the math from my own account as thats the only real numbers i have to go off of.. i have no idea what your spreadsheet came up with on total earnings or did you repurchase 100$ did you withdraw anything as this all makes a huge difference.. all i see is math equations and future graphs that just show an upward trend..

the spreadsheet im using i cannot change the parameters away from repurchasing with 10$ the format is locked so i have to reduce the days from 55 back to 52 days for adpacks to expire
    Start Date 10/20/2014
    Initial purchase Value $3000.00
    Recurring 0.00

$ 197.80 daily earnings 10/21/2015 $9890.00 total adpack value total adpacks with 100% repurchasing no withdrawing creates 197 adpacks. $57,780 total earnings over 365 days

now why someone would repurchase for a full year would just show a need for the service and not the money i doubt this person would ever feel like they were taken to the cleaners. unless they did not like paypal freezing their money and their services.and the only way that accounts can increase is if the sales support this amount if money is not spent money is not shared .. kinda hard to go bankrupt if you only share money after you get it .. now if you share numbers not backed up you can collapse.."

well, he somehow thinks a judge is MIA just because she didn't rule when he felt she should. unfortunately, as he has no doubt found out in the past, the legal system doesn't revolve around him.

Charles Scoville and Amin Forati - The CFO Story.

The story I'm about to tell you has been relayed to me by two separate sources over the last few months. There are a few pieces of the jigsaw missing, but overall, enough of the story to see a picture.
    ***********
Many months ago, a gentleman I'll call 'X' gave Amin Forati a considerable amount of money to invest, but returns on this investment were not forthcoming.
'X' complained to Amin in January 2016, so Amin showed 'X' his personal PayPal account - containing several million dollars - to prove that he had the funds available to repay 'X' his money.
'X' however, refused. He wanted his money to be repaid from the business account he thought he was investing in, not a personal account with money in it from unknown sources, so he refused the money and told Amin he was going to the Authorities.
'X' was then threatened by Amin. A threat he took seriously after an attack on the CEO of Swiss Space Systems (S3).
Amin had been a guarantor ($30 million Swiss Francs) to S3 to prevent the company going into Bankruptcy. The full story and Newspaper Article from 'Le Matin Dimanche' is here:
    https://taratalkstoday.blogspot.co.u...ti-traf…
    *********
In December 2015, 'Y' was at a party where Forati and a member of Traffic Monsoon were introduced to each other. 'Y' realised, as the night continued, that Traffic Monsoon was an obvious scam and wanted no part of it. 'Y' warned Forati against getting involved with Traffic Monsoon as he was afraid it may interfere with his business at S3 and Mubadala (an investment and development company in UAE). He also warned his friend against being involved with Traffic Monsoon, but it was too late. His friend had already helped Charles to establish a TM subsidiary in UAE, which entitled Charles to a residency UAE Visa as a partner. The company ( TM Middle East ***) was to be used so that funds could be wired directly to it without additional government monitoring.
Several days later, 'Y' learned of a meeting at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel between Charles, a Traffic Monsoon lawyer, Amin and a couple of other gentlemen.
'Y' was surprised to hear that this meeting resulted in Amin entering into a contract with TM which made Amin the CFO of Traffic Monsoon.
A few weeks later, in February 2016, Charles, for whatever reason, no longer wanted Amin to be the CFO of Traffic Monsoon and asked him to attend a meeting so they could part ways on friendly terms. The meeting was held in an outside Restaurant in open view.
Charles was reported to be looking sad and upset to the point of tears. An English gentleman was with him as his advisor.
At this meeting, it was revealed that Charles had employed Amin to be his CFO so he could use Amins supposed connections to get PayPal to release all the millions it had frozen.
But Amin had not managed to do this. Funds from PayPal were still frozen.
Amin then informed Charles that many accounts had already been opened around the world to deposit funds into, which had involved numerous team members and many lawyers.
Amin also told Charles that he had set up a Payza Account and moved around $2 million of Traffic Monsoons money into it.
A heated argument then broke out. Forati refused to sign any resignation documents releasing him from the Traffic Monsoon contract.
Eventually, they all agreed that Amin could calculate his expenses etc; so that Charles could buy him out.
What happened next, or how much money was exchanged between Amin and Charles, is not known.
    ********************
Just like 'X', 'Y' had also been in business with Forati and by now, had also decided he wanted his money back. But Forati refused. His behaviour was loud and threatening and
'Y' felt he had no choice but to start legal proceedings against Forati for Fraud.
The problem now however for both 'X' and 'Y' is that Amin has fled the country and can not be located.
He was last seen on September 20th 2016.
Amins company D&B is still active even through he isn't present, so he is still able to continue his business activities, where ever that may be.
This note has appeared on Amins apartment door as evidence showing he has abandoned his residential property in Dubai. A Dubai court has issued a 30 day warrant for unpaid rental for more than a year, which was issued on 30 Oct 2016.
The Full Story with pics is on this link:
