Sunil has spent many tireless hours exerting himself beyond the limits of many. He's stood up when others sat down. He made videos hours in length, organized people, and lead them in submitting proofs and things he believed would help in the case.

I can truly see that Sunil is going to fight until we win, and he's going to stick with this through thick and thin. He's encouraged and inspired people to keep holding on. Keeping hope alive for many people became Sunil's purpose and source of personal fulfillment.

And I can truly see that the Judge will demolish TM in four days time and Sunil will quickly disappear faster than an ignorant commentary from Charlie.
Winning is the only option here. There's no such thing as "what if we fail" -- For Sunil it's always been about what we will do when we win. It's been about his personal goals within this business he wishes to accomplish when we win.

We've all been through a lot of tough challenges because of the PayPal limitation last Jan, and the SEC lawsuit which started 26 July of last year. We've come this far already-- let's make it to the end together!

Yes it will all end by next monday and the mouths will scatter and when the dust settles thewy will be facing jail or will have disappeared and wont be mentioning TM but promoting other schemes.

Filing of this motion will not cause a public hearing. The judge will ask the prosecution to respond and then take both sides arguments into consideration and make her ruling on this motion. But what do I know as William, the serf for TM, knows more about the law than Charles' attorneys and the judge.
