IF Sharley had some facts to regurgitate it would be refreshing, but he keeps spewing the same tiring irrelevant effluvia! Now he's comparing himself to Amway and Texas AG Paxton ? Will he ever realize that what he defines as a ponzi is irrelevant, it is what the court defines as a ponzi that counts?

Because Amway has a product meant for consumption and/or resale requiring effort to profit it isn't viewed as an investment, let's explore. First perhaps we look at the test for a Pyramid Scheme using the Koscot Test as applied to Traffic Monsoon.

Amway fails the fourth test under Howey as the affiliate must either resell the product they have purchased or recruit others to purchase yet more product for them to make money. No one buys Inauguration Bundle. Item #: 259234. Retail Price: $338.45. and expects that magically it matures in sixty days for $500. (Which would be more like Traffic Monsoon Ad Packs)

This is not so say I think the MLM model is a great one unless someone has a knack for endlessly recruiting others and can stomach that 95%+++ of their downline is destined to lose money. Recruiting however is not a "passive" activity as Scoville portrays, in fact to the contrary which is why so many lose in these schemes.

Looks as if Weird Willy Bryant is about to get a lesson in the realities of life as a ponzi pimp in the aftermath of the prosecution of a "next-big-thing" scam / scheme

His last post at MMG was on Feb 17,2017, so you can basically list him as MIA!

I reached out to him and he responded. He told me he was done, well at least for now, with any programs. So don't expect to see him back until he changes his mind. In his mind TM is not a Ponzi, and NOTHING is going to change his mind.

Sometimes the best wake-up calls cost you your life-savings!

What I find funniest about this, is that people in these schemes seem to have the universal aim of giving up the day job. They dream of living off their online "earnings".

Yet here they are pleading with people who have day jobs to help bail Chazza out!

Presumably they don't see the irony of the situation.

See what happens when people spend too much time reading "The Secret" and similar books and start to believe they can somehow alter reality with positive thinking and focusing on what they want, rather than what's actually happening.

None of them seem to realize, none of the huffing and puffing, beach protests, petitions or thousands of Facebook posts has made the slightest bit of difference to the (entirely predictable) outcome.
