Paul Burks took in just over $900 Million and he was charged criminally.

My personal belief is that it makes no difference how big or how small a Ponzi is, it deserves to be criminally prosecuted. The more that are the better the deterrent to stop others from doing it. Just as I have been saying for more than a decade now, if you want these programs to stop, go after the promoters just like the perps running them and it won't be worth taking the chance you are next to be charged.
Not only that but there is a trail of scams from this shitbag. What's worse is the feds know it.
