If that's all you are here for, I'll be nice and save you time in your data collection effort: RS's point of view can in principle be proven and yours can't be.

What proves Traffic Baboon is not intended to be a scam is the way prepayments are accounted and reserved for, since Charles does all the reporting in house you have no idea where those funds went. Absent substantive proof, as opposed to the filibustering we have seen thus far I am going to say it goes in the same pocket as all the other money sent to Scoville.

This money should be segregated and not touched until the deferred advertising liability has been satisfied. I would even venture many states have laws about holding these funds such as those that exist with rental security deposits. Of course this is where the "independent auditor" comes in, so we are not just taking Charlies word that everything turns up tickles and hot dogs.

    Two things:

As someone that took care of both of my parents as they suffered with Dementia I witnessed firsthand the bad money decisions that can come along with it. This extends to people I know both on and offline that have parents with similar aliments that have made some very tragic money moves. Since you are taking care of your mother as well you can probably appreciate the need to protect her money from predators. You think Ken Russo would hesitate for a second to earn a commission getting your mother involved in this dreck? Further, I don't know that you would find my responses much different if we were talking about TV Preachers, Telephone Boiler Rooms, or Rubber Chicken Dinners touting the latest and greatest.

The above dovetails with the second in that I would not consider these things "online websites aka opportunities" absent the OWNER making the proper disclosures, which in this case Scoville has not. As Eagle mentions this, like all the other ad clicking scams meet the Howey Test | Legal & Compliance, LLC and as such MUST be registered with the SEC. This would include, wait for it, independently audited financials. It's not up for discussion, any person recommending an investment should be licensed and know about Howey. Scoville can claim TM is not an "investment", in the same vein I can call a whorehouse a bed and breakfast or a coat check. The authorities best guess would not sign off on my little play on words.

ANY situation where the investment guru has full access to the funds and creates the account statements showing the "profit" is a recipe for fraud. Even if it doesn't start out that way, history is replete with people that got into jams and thought just this once I dip into the cookie jar. It's a commonsense way to protect your investment, anyone that doesn't follow this basic tenet either is not qualified to be giving money advice, or is a crook themselves. Just ask this fella http://www.realscam.com/f9/my-advert...html#post93436 who wasted two years gushing at pretty numbers on a screen.

There are people that can't make good decisions, there are people that can but need to learn the why and how, plus this is so much damn fun. Some version of those keeps me hanging around.

Both categories of people are Stacy's and other MMG members' source of income. They can rationalize this as an innocent hobby til the judgement day and drive themselves crazy in the process, but blood money is blood money no matter which way you try to look at it.

why would one try to limit a purchase have you asked yourself that ?
it was not paraded by anyone i found it out by trying to buy something that's already booked far too long into the future for me to spend money on...
There is the "real" value of a product and there is the "perceived" value of the product....
By limiting availability you can increase the perceived value...
Limited stock is a great tool to help close the sale.....Nobody wants to miss out...
It also allows you to easily raise the price when you do make more stock available...
It creates the illusion of demand being higher then supply and demand breeds higher demand and leads to more sales...

When Apple brings out a new product there is never enough stock.....Easy for them to have ample stock....But it's a deliberate move to create scarcity....
When you hear on the news that it sold out in 3 hours people start to think it must be awesome and I just have to get one.....Sales increase...

Scarcity is an awesome sales tool if done right and not over done....Scarcity + time limitation is a proven method in online sales.....

So you're only playing the ponzi aspect of Traffic Monsoon and not the pyramid part.

    Of course I am,

that's why you're here, so we can keep pushing your buttons until you come clean about the fact you're a serial ponzi player who knows EXACTLY what you're doing and where your money is coming from and everything else is the usual froth and bubble ponzi players' justifying and rationalizing of what you do.

Why is that? If it's legit advertising, as you say, why not let them profit as well?

Do they even know what you are doing with your spare time online?

Would the approve if they knew?

I wouldn't even call him a player. A true player trusts no admin and defends no admin. Certainly doesn't come to anti-ponzi forums to argue with the other side.

As inferred by other posters I don't see why not, isn't the "revenue share" a legitimate part of this operation? Can't some guy put $2,500 into this program and magically turn it into $10,000, why on earth would you keep your F&F from this bounty of prosperity?

Dude is even going to "try" and borrow $7,000 to take this thing to the next level. Scoville must be thankful for people like this.

Here's his sponsor, busy busy for someone that shows people how to make this much cash passively, would have thought he'd have retired long ag.

This is the most amazing thing about online fraud - no one cares about the traditional roles or division of labor any more. You have an all-American-working-class-taking-care-of-elderly promoting ponzies to the public as a hobby. The admin himself is a stay at home dad and a role model to his preschooler.

The public is definitely not ready for the technology that is available to them. The terrorists must be jumping with joy. Why bother bombing anything if you can subvert the economy and channel the population of the enemy into the online easy money streams?

I'm still not sure if it is a 'scam' or not?! I can see that the money will probably dry up soonish but somebody I know is withdrawing traffic monsoon money from PayPal but I am still not convinced?! The 'scam' is being hidden under the guise of 'affiliate marketing' which I expect may be a workaround in legal terms...?

I'm finding plenty of traffic monsoon reviews but they all seem to sing from the same hymn sheet... That one starts off well but is ultimately just getting you to sign up. So it kind of confirms that the money only comes from new members, therefore it will not end well for anybody dumb enough to pile in loads of cash in the beginning.

Who knows with this online money making subculture any more? Sometimes you think they are a fraud and they turn out to be a brainwashed cult member.

The result to the economy is the same no matter what they are. Someone has to farm, some has to build, someone has to do other productive things. If everyone becomes an internet marketer, the world is doomed.

Well you really couldnt make this up....from the facebook group:

We have the best CEO online I feel. I was going to buy him and Taylor a gift for Christmas but then I thought about it I am sure many members would like to give gift also. So I think we need to send him and Taylor somewhere nice it is the least we can do for all he has done for us.
Let's raise enough to send him to Disney World. Any donation is welcomed and your name will be on the gift when presented.
Do not share this with Charles I want to keep this secret and surprise.

Oh yes, a effing gofund me to send him to Disney as a thank you!!!!

That's exactly what happens when you start cross-mating criminal subculture with general population: a theater of the absurd.

Of course people are thanking him, they have never seen that much money made that easily in their entire lives.

They probably think the government and the corporations have conspired to keep money making secrets from them and Charles is now their God and Savior. Little they know where their money is coming from.

how mindnumbingly stupid can people be. and these are the same buttwipes that condemn 'corporate America' and real jobs, that don't ask their employees to pay to work there, to contribute to the 'boss's' vacation fund.
