The sad thing is, there will be some members who won't speak out for fear of being banned.

Denial is a very real and powerful force

What is truly sad is that many will believe, as this post above, implies that TM and Charles are going to win. This has happened in every Ponzi where the authorities shut down a Ponzi. The admin and promoters all portray the event as a temporary setback and that when the admin explains the program, or an in this situation negotiates a settlement, all will be well with the world. When in reality this is only delaying the inevitable. The promoters know it is over, but have to play the game to keep the members in line from a revolt.

What Charles has not figured out yet is that he thinks this SEC action is all he is going to face. He hasn't even given it a thought he could be facing criminal indictment. His legal problems have just started and he is too vain to realize it.

She was delighted when I informed her that she was speaking to Soapboxmom. So, yes, they do read and the amount of internet buzz is one factor that determines what "opportunities" they go after. We all know law enforcement is too underfunded and understaffed to address all the scams out there, so they have to focus on the ones generating the most complaints, causing the most economic harm, getting the most media attention and the most internet buzz among the factors weighed. And, Ignite was forced to start publishing annual Income Disclosures, so we made some progress on that front.

When I file complaints with the reporting agencies, I always include the links to news articles, RealScam, Behind MLM, etc.

The anger and sad stories will only continue to get worse...

Only if the authorities shut down MAP as that check is from MAP. He didn't get in TM until MAP shut down in the US leaving the US members high and dry.

Frank was kind enough to tell his followers that the issue with TM and the SEC is just a verbiage issue. The SEC didn't like the terms TM used, and thus this is what this is all about. Guess Frank has problems reading and comprehending the TRO just like every other major pimp of TM does.
