As I have earlier stated one affect these might have is that given the court decides it is a scam then the scam managers knowing it is a scam were trying to continue duping victims even after the scam had been exposed. This might change the severity of the punishment and make it more severe but other than that I cant see how it is relevant to the court.

Affidavit is not evidence of anything but a statement. As I explain earlyer, it only proves is the statement of a person and nothing else. Those retards dont even realise those Affidavits are not even legal in USA because they made them in UK or some other shithole.


And no it dosent prove 350 ppl think was not a scam, ponzi victims most of the times dosent realise they were scammed or refuse to belive it anyway. You can see their scummy FB page is targeting mid and old age ppl who have no clue about the internets in general.

Well, theya doing it wrong. If they want to prove it was an advertisement platform, they have to list every link they advertised on TM , including their ref IDs . Who knows ? Maybe the judge joins :)

Ernie Ganz has also sanitised his FB profile. Both in the name of "Ernie Ganz" and "Ernest Ganz"

The "Ernie" one has very little. One posting in April 2015, and that was only a religious image. No friends, no groups, no information.

The "Ernest" one has more religious imagery, 27 friends, some family photos. And none of those friends include Chazza, Shazza or Immy.

Funnily enough, there's no mention of Traffic Monsoon or Traffic Hurricane either. Or a call centre in the Philippines.

Don't know why he would take down a 'fightback' (sic) campaign when he now has the perfect opportunity to do so. Surely he's going to fight right? He'll have the SEC as his personal audience.

What is funny is that they think if they delete a bunch of stull on the FB page it is gone and can't be found. They don't realize that people take screenshots of their stuff posted and if law enforcement wants it FB will hand it over. I am sure glad these are astute business people running TM and promoting it aren't you? LOL!

It seems the post Charles made about keeping a secret love was damaging, etc, etc. may have been alluding to his relationship with Neela, and speculation is they are married. If this is true, the Receiver now has another name to add to the list to have a subpoena issued and bank account to freeze. Surely she isn't that desperate and foolish to marry him.

In other news, it seems Ma Scoville got hoodwinked by a person claiming to be wiling to pay for all of Charles' attorney fees. She finally figured it out she was being played, but she did confirm he does have legal representation, provided of course the TM members pay for them. She also alluded that they were preparing for trial, so they know they are going to lose the hearing on 9/23. Wonder if they bothered to tell all those they are begging for them to come for the hearing?

According to a post made by Charles, he is now living with relatives implying that he is back in the US. The problem is Charles is a liar and you don't know if this is true or not. Last word before his post was he was still in the UK and hiding out. Seems there were some people he conned into joining TM with large six figures that are looking or him, just before the SEC froze all the assets and he had moved $21+ million to his personal bank account.
