As usual with any of Charles' statements, it is what he doesn't say that is more important than what he says. Of course his attorney is very clear on what is a Ponzi. You would be hard pressed to find one that didn't. But what he didn't say was not only is his attorney very clear on what a Ponzi is, he KNOWS TM is not a Ponzi and is going to prove it at the hearing.

Charles you are starting to sound very, very, very desperate. Even your members are getting tired of your same old mantra over and over and over and over and over. I hate to think what you will be saying this time next week.

What is really going to be interesting is to see if you will really take this to trial, because you are going to lose on the 23rd. If he was smart, he would get you to do a plea deal in the civil case so it might go easier on you for when you are charged criminally. After all that is why you hired a criminal attorney.

That's funny, 'cos if my memory serves, back in Ad (s)Hit Profits which is / was the EXACT same Ponzi, sorry I mean 'business' model, you absolutely 100% promised the same thing and that's why I joined along with a lot of other people at the time back in 2013. And then on that magical day when we logged in to find all our balances, some with actual real money involved (I stuck in about $700), had all but vanished into thin air.
