Sorry I should have said won the criminal case for fraud. If unlicenced investments are fraud as well then I accept your correction. But assuming no crime is asserted and TM assert they had legal contracts with "affiliates" then he is still in a whole host of civil problems even if no criminal charges stick.

Yep, even if he evades fraud charges (which is imposible), he still facing fines and C&D order for unregistered securities, in any case TM will not be allowed to continue/return as the brainwashed hope.

The SEC isn't alleging "returns / profits / payments are guaranteed"

In fact, the SEC acknowledges Scoville and Traffic Monsoon say "returns aren't guaranteed" and uses that fact to show the difference between what Scoville / TM says and what they do
