But the Receiver does, and you can bet all of his rants are being recorded to compare with his answers in the subpoena he received, provided of course if he answers it. Seems the brilliant and genius William thinks he can stiff a subpoena from a Federal Court Officer without consequences. He is about to get a rude awakening.

And let's not forget that Sunil upon receiving a request from the Receiver to answer questions and provide documents refused claiming he was a Brit and didn't have to respond to the US Receiver. Another one who is in for a rude surprise as well.

What they William, Sunil, and all the others speaking out vocally don't get is that the SEC and the Receiver are preparing for the trial after the judge rules on the TRO status. Once the judge rules the TRO stands, Charles' only option is to go to trial. This is when the fun will really begin. And this is when William will respond to the subpoena, and Sunil will answer the questions and submit the information requested.

And just think, when he loses the hearing and this is forced to trial, he will really up the BS leading up to the trial. And there is no doubt the trial will not happen until sometime in January or February. Was hoping the Receiver would have filed her response requested by the judge today, but she still has until the end of the day on Monday to respond.

I suspect, the court was probably closed today, so Monday it is.

While William B has been a comedic poster, I can only imagine how funny he is going to be after the judge rules against TM and Charles making this go to trial. Now those posts are going to be over the top entertainment; especially with his strong mind. Be sure to stock up on popcorn because you are going to need it until the trial starts. Between him, Charles, Sunil, Sharon, Darren, Neeta, and a few others, the entertainment will be nonstop! Too bad you can't get kegs of Diet Soda to save trips to the store.
