Are they sure the case might be moved to the Supreme court ?
I thought the difficult cases like that can only be moved to the Millitary tribunal :)

It is deja vu time. I remember it well when ASD Cash Generator had their Evidentiary Hearing to determine if their asset freeze would be lifted and ASD would be able to resume business. The ASD members who attended had ASD winning hands down and the SEC attorneys were portrayed as Gomer Pyle, Barny Fife, and Goober all rolled into one. That the ASD attorneys and witnesses won the hearing hands down. Judge Collyer asked pertinent questions that made the SEC look bad, but made the ASD Attorneys look brilliant in comparison. Then Judge Collyer issued her ruling and immediately she was the devil, she was in cahoots with the SEC and the hearing was a sham and a miscarriage of justice, and the list goes on and on of what they said about her integrity, abilities and understanding of the law.

The same scenario is going to play out in TM, and all the same diatribes against this judge will be the same made against Judge Collyer.

But not all believe this is a slam dunk for TM and Charles. As you can read above, some are already saying the SEC has never had a case like this before, and this will end up at the Supreme Court. So much for what they know about the law and how the courts work. But hey, it sounded good and impressive. Yep, the SEC has never been involved in a TRO Hearing nor handled a case like TM before TM is so special.

You can't make this stuff up folks.

I'll finish reading this when I get back...the truck just arrived with more pretzels and beer...!

Since we don't know if the Judge scheduled another court date and she has taken the case under submission while she researches a point of law, could it be that a Notice of Entry of Judgement will be mailed to Charles in a couple of weeks with the Court's decision?

Don't you just love it when the pimps and shills start turning on each other! Makes for great entertainment to see which one can brag they were the most supportive of their Ponzi. My sympathy is all with the lawyer. There he is, fighting a losing battle, and he has absolute twonks like Willy Wonky to deal with.
