The SEC is a government department, it doesn't charge a "per hour" fee to answer queries to its' hotline.
The notion that the SEC is going to increase its' staffing level by 50 because of inquiries about Traffic Monsoon is a complete and utter nonsense.
Likewise, the idea that the receivership is going to increase it's staff for the same reason is beyond nonsense.
While Epiq MAY be increasing it's work force and some of that MAY be because of the extra workload involved in handling the receivership of a multi million dollar fraud, it certainly is not hiring fifty staff to handle phone inquiries.
