Who's judging? All we were doing is pointing out all his lies and the truth about TM, and all of his other 16 Ponzi's. Seems Charles has a guilty conscience all of a sudden. Wasn't he judging Peggy, the Judge, the SEC Attorneys, PayPal and all of us haters just a short while ago? I guess this means he has forgiven PayPal and the SEC for stealing TM's money.

Could a confession be in the future for Charles, say right about the time the appeals court tosses his appeal?

Remember it took almost 2 years before criminal charges were filed against Paul Burks in Zeek. There is no hurry here, and I'm sure they want to see how the civil case plays out first before filing any criminal charges.

Not sure how it work's in US.

In the UK you can use personal accounts for business transactions, however, when you do that you can become personally liable instead of ltd liability.

I know there was little to work with but the vast majority of their contentions in the latest filing are flat out laughable.

Charles is a US citizen using US bank accounts. ZERO members could be in the US & it still falls under SEC jurisdiction.

Is it possible now that Charles Scamville is a "messiah" and a "seer " (according to his facebook page) he has risen above such mortal concerns as citizenship?

If the SEC doesn't have jurisdiction, would he prefer the DoJ, Homeland Security or the FBI to take over the case ???

Is he arguing the US could become the center of internet fraud, where criminals could sit back and run their fraud with impunity, as long as they have less than 20% US victims ???
