I personally can hardly wait for Charles' trial. I want to have William, the former serf for TM, Bryant on the stand as Charles's witness using his FB page timeline to prove TM is not a Ponzi. I was just shocked that Charles' attorney did not let him testify at the hearing. Just think, if he had, there would have been no need for an appeal or even a trial. It would have all been over at the hearing. Kind of makes you wonder why they didn't call him to testify isn't it, especially after he kept waiving his arm trying to get their attention.

Doesn't sound like Mom Scoville believes TM is going to win the appeal, but take this to the Supreme Court? Seriously Shirley? The Supreme Court would turn down this case so fast it would make Charles' and your head spin even more than they do now. But where are going to get the $100K to appeal to the Supreme Court?

It won't make any difference how many people show up for Charles' trial. His trial is not a popularity contest. Besides, he would be lucky to get 10 people to show up.

I don't know which is worse, Charles thinking he is a god or Shirley thinking they could appeal to the US Supreme Court. At least the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

I really do think it was her posting this, not Charles pretending to be her. BUT I am sure he had a hand in telling her what to post.
