The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

It is time to get the authorities eyes on this obvious ponzi scam. There are no real products (the typical digital garbage).

Here is the MMG thread Board Message

One sure scam sign is that the biggest ponzi pimp is in it, Ken Russo! Time to get the authorities involved!

The site is here Join The Best Network Marketing Opportunity Online - The Achieve Community

This is the kind of crap that really pisses me off!

    Posted in the MMG forum:

"The achieve community announced today that over $1,500,000 has now
been payed out to its members. This will help more family's than
any other program out there. And it's just getting started!"

BS it is going to help more families. It is going to hurt more than it helps!!!!

As usual, Oz over on his excellent BEHINDMLM.com blog has the Achieve Community opportunity pegged with his Achieve Community review - $50 straight line cycler

    His conclusion ????

But this cannot be a Ponzi or illegal pyramid scheme because Troy and Kristi said so. Honest Injun!

Wow. No wonder I have never heard of this site as an ethical reporting site. A lot of opinions, no facts. Define Ponzi by SEC regulations, I can get you the link. "bogus online products" , what is sold daily for way more money is available for your purchase price. " because Troy and Kristie said so" who ever enters a "business" with such a lack of due dilligence. So far your assesment has been an embarrasement to any "reputable" site. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Make a case you can substantiat. Until then... well there is 100% retention, all members are happy, most are already profitable... So its on you.

And what does any of that have to do with the fact Achieve Community is a fraudulent operation ???

It would be a very strange fraud, indeed, if some random poster came along and said:

"The Achieve Community has been on the HYIP ponzi forums since July and most members are unhappy, there is very little retention, and nobody is in profit"

Sorry to be the one to burst your bubble, Puddles, but it's how the scam biz works.

    * The fraud begins

    * People join and pay their money

    * They tell their friends and family

    * They join and pay in more money

    * Forums such as this notice the increasing numbers of people joining and warn people they are about to become victims

    * The lure of easy money is too great and more people become voluntary victims

    * Some of them come on to forums such as this and say things like: There is 100% retention, all members are happy, most are already profitable...

    * Members ignore the increasing number of red flags the fraud is on the brink of collapsing

    * They go onto forums such as this, throw more meaningless insults and provide "proof" which isn't

    * Others read forums such as this and heed the warnings

    * The number of new members drops and with it the amount of new money

    * The number of excuses given by the fraudsters to explain the slowdown or disappearance of payments increase

    * The fraud collapses

    * "Puddles" disappears, along with the other insult throwers.

    * Rinse, repeat
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

If he / she are near the top or are early joiners, he / she may just con encourage enough people to join after him / her to enable him / her to get back the seed money and make a few bucks profit as well.

There's nothing special about the Achieve Community HYIP ponzi fraud, so the number of new victims with fresh money will be severely limited. The fact Achieve Community has already been exposed on a number of forums and blogs will only further restrict the inflow of new funds.

As is the way of these things, there will doubtlessly be a flood of HYIP ponzi pimps (read: posters like "Puddles") desperately trying to put lipstick on the Achieve Community pig

It'll probably last a few months on the usual suspect HYIP ponzi forums where the desperadoes who frequent them would gamble on the outcome of two flies climbing up a wall, but, there will never be the amount of newbie money required to keep it running more than the few months it's already been in existence

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

Hmm, let's see. The Achieve Community is not registered to do business in Michigan, where it is located, or anywhere else for that matter. You know like all "legal" companies do. Kristi and Troy have been involved in numerous illegal cash gifting schemes and Kristi was a major promoter of ProMatrixPlus which lasted about 6 months before it crashed and burned, no government authorities to shut it down. Kristi did steal some of their marketing content for Achieve, but that is SOP for people like Kristi and Troy. So what could possibly go wrong with The Achieve Community? Yes I am being sarcastic.

Now we are to believe that Puddles has never heard of RS before, but just magically found RS. Kind of reminds you of all the BS that Kristi and Troy are throwing around trying to steal millions. Kind of odd that Puddles is not posting at MMG telling everyone how great of a program this is, unless Puddles is posting under another name there. Which then leads to why not use the same name here?

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

Well, at MMG I was told that this was not a Ponzi because they were using Payoneer as their payment processor, and Payoneer doesn't deal with Ponzi's. No sooner had that been posted that it was announced that Payoneer is no longer available to them as a payment processor. Just too funny! From what I have gathered, they are not paying now after the members were bragging the turnaround was down to 30 days. Talk about poetic justice.

I usually don't hope for people to lose their money, but this is one time I do, especially the idiots in the MMG forum boasting about this "real" company run by 2 gifting scammers! I hope this one collapses in a big way and this loudmouths lose everything!

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

What is truly strange is that Ken Russo has been almost absent from posting. Maybe he is still licking his wounds from the shut down of Genesis Acquisition International and a few others he has pimped that have gone down. He did make a token appearance a day or two ago to try to counter my postings in the thread at MMG with his usual this is a real program and not a Ponzi that he always says. But for some reason I got the impression his heart wasn't in it. It seemed more of a duty to post or was goaded into posting than he believed what he was saying.

Personally I think what is happening to Faith Sloan has him scared to death it could happen to him, so he is laying as low as he can trying not to draw attention to himself. Hopefully he is next on the authorities radar to take out of action. Seems some agencies are now starting to go after the HYIP Monitors as accomplices in promoting these Ponzi's. Hopefully the U.S. will start doing the same.

Poodles, I think I see what is going on here.

You blog for another scambusting site and are jealous of Real Scam's history of calling scams correctly sometimes years before they implode. Zeek Rewards, Profitable Sunrise, Flexkom, and Banners Broker just to name a few. It's ok to be in the little leagues and work your way up, no need to pretend you are just some "casual observer".

Believe it or not, we get a lot of members of competing anti-scam sites who are simply green with envy. SOME of the biggest dopes actually pretend to be business people who are personally evaluating the opportunity. Clearly you are too smart for that.

This is so true, everyone knows that scams never start out by paying people. Madoff failed to pay people for 17 years and everyone referred their friends cause let's face it nothing gets anyone more excited than not being paid. The fact that "payment processors" in foreign jurisdictions are being used lends mucho credibility.

Another plus is that it involves endless recruiting. It is a well known fact that 99% of the people in Amway and Herbalife make $100,000 + each year, more if they go ALL IN. In fact, these days I am suspicious if something does not involve recruiting and ebooks. But that's just me, you know how cynical looking at scams day after day can make a girl.

Anyhow, no need to hide. You come over here and start as an apprentice scam buster, small stuff at first but you really have a nose for this stuff.
"It's virtually impossible to violate rules ... but it's impossible for a violation to go undetected, certainly not for a considerable period of time." Bernie Madoff

    Let's Achieve!
    Hello Achieve Community!
Without prelude….the good news is we will be able to continue with the Achieve Community!
We have come to some preliminary agreements, and the pieces are coming together, so that we can continue with our program for generations to come.
We do have to make a few changes….these changes will NOT affect:
    1. the matrix
    2. the cost per position
    3. the earnings
    4. the program
Everyone will stay exactly where they are now in the matrix when we continue….everyone in the matrix right now will be paid when we have our payout processors up and running and you get signed up with them.
We MAY have to limit the per transaction purchases to $5000 (100 positions) but you will be able to continue to purchase without limits - by doing more than one transaction if you want to go beyond 100 positions.
We WILL add a product to our website that everyone can use and Troy will update you about that next week.
It is going to take a little more time to get everything done, but I expect to know as soon as Monday what that time frame is likely to be….and of course I will update you about that then.
Right now I'm just so happy that we still get to do this, and so proud of our members for standing for Achieve and so honored to be able to put this next phase together for us all knowing we will have the right people with us to grow, and Achieve our dreams, and make this difference in our world.
Thank you all so very much for being here to make this happen!
    To your success

    Myriad Farce,

Have you forgotten the level you embarassed yourself on here with Profitable Sunrise?

Your pathetic ravings raised legit questions concerning your developmental and mental health status.

How are you spending your Profitable Sunrise millions? At least your not headed to jail like Ponzi (Nanci) Jo Fraser...

Achieve is a scummy little program that is made up of ponzi pimps who have made their money and will move on and SUCKERS.

Anyone who uses a fraction of the sense they were born with knows Myriad Force doesn't do "legal" or "sustainable" only HYIP ponzi pyramid schemes.

It's a good thing he is back and still full of p*** and wind.

Makes our job a lot easier.

All we have to do is point and say "Myriad Force is pimping it" and normal, non HYIP ponzi playing people just KNOW to keep clear

It is good news in a sense: it increases the odds that a state will issue a summary cease-and-desist order and other states will follow suit. Complaints that follow may say that Achieve, waylaid by Payoneer, didn't take the clue. Instead, it dug a new trench. Examples of schemes that dug new trenches include AdSurfDaily, Zeek and TelexFree.

Wow! A "purchase without limits" cycler trying to stay under the radar by drafting participants (knowing and unknowing) into a conspiracy to engage in structuring transactions! You can't buy 200 positions all at once for $10,000. Instead, you have to make two separate $5,000 transactions to get the 200. Just wait until the troops start making Facebook posts (and such) advertising this "approach."

31 U.S. Code § 5324 - Structuring transactions to evade reporting requirement prohibited | LII / Legal Information Institute

BTW, the Massachusetts Securities Division raised the issue of structuring in its TelexFree complaint.

TelexFree allowed and encouraged “participants to structure deposits in order to avoid heightened bank scrutiny,” MSD alleged.

See United States v. Carlos Wanzeler and James Matthew Merrill. (They had a "product," too. So did Zeek. See United States v. Paul Burks.)

    PPBlog

P.S. If a Ponzi wave hit Mayberry and Sheriff Andy Taylor had to deputize Gomer Pyle, Goober Pyle and Aunt Bea because of a shortage of investigators, all three of them could spot a modern MLM structuring scam.
