I joined Achieve in Sept and I’m now going through the matrix. The plan works… or it’s working for me anyway.. Just like they said it would. Yes we had a temp slow down because of a processor but now its back up.

If you really want to talk about a big scammer who’s been in business for years try talking about our US Government. That conversation should last you the next 50 years.

All these seedy little ponzi/pyramid games "work" for a while at least. Charles Ponzi and Bernie Madoff paid as promised, until they couldn't. Does that mean they were perfectly legitimate business men/ investment opportunities while they were able to pay and only became scammers when they ran out of money or were they running a con the whole time?

With Achieve you have to either believe that Kristi Johnson created a "three dimensional algorithm" that magically turns $50 into $400 each and every time OR realize that for every $400 payout there need to be 8+ $50 pay ins. Does it bother you that in the almost full month since Achieve resumed accepting money less than one week worth of positions have "cycled through the matrix"? If Kristi's magic algorithm worked as she claimed why does there need to be any delay in the first place let alone having that lag time continuing to increase. Which by the way is pert near exactly how the numbers would work if it really does take 8+ positions purchased to pay any one $400 cycle.

For any person to take out more money than they put into Achieve several people need to put in more than they take out. It really is that simple. Can you feel good about yourself if you come out ahead knowing that so many of your fellow Achieve members will lose every cent they invested?

All the regulars here and about 20% of the regular posters in the "official" Achieve facebook group know for a fact that it's a scam, what kind of scam it is, how it works and why it will fail. The only difference between us and them is we don't want the Achieve Communities soon to be victim's money. It really is the best part of monitoring a fb group like that, figuring out who is falling for the lies and who is only pretending to fall for them so as better to profit from them. Rodney "Gankans" Blackburn (of whom I will post more later) is a fine example of the later group. He has an amazing amount of experience at pretending to be as gullible as his intended victims need to be to fall for what he's selling. Not enough yet to give up his day job but almost enough to merit his own topic on this forum. My favorite definition of an "expert" is someone skilled at finding people less informed than themselves and with a talent for bewitching them. It is in this sense that Rodney Blackburn is an "expert." Let me leave Mr. Blackburn alone for the moment (but not long), because we know who he is and what side he's on.

Honestly, we don't know that Mr. usatown knows what he's doing. I ain't dropped the dragnet and gone all Jack Webb on him and hardly see the point doing so, he came here as a guest and I'll treat him as such. If he is an honest (soon to be) victim of Achieve then it's for the better angels of our nature to help him see that it isn't his judgment that is failing him here, his better judgement isn't falling for Achieve in the first place. You need a little bit of aggravated greed to fall for a pitch like this one and most people also need a peer group of the similarly willfully unwary to provide the sort of social reinforcement to cheer that little seed of greed to out arm wrestle a lifetime of common sense. This is the real reason anyone posting anything insufficiently enthusiastic about Achieve gets banned from their official facebook group, the group isn't there to provide information it's there to be a 24/7 rolling sales pitch for fresh investment. Watch it become more shrill and paranoid as more and more members realize that their only hope that Kristi's promise that they will get paid can only possibly come true is if enough new victims members can be encouraged to jump off the very same fiscal cliff they themselves already regret diving from.

It's fairly astonishing to think about but some animals will actually gnaw one of their own limbs off to escape from a trap. It's kinda nauseating to realize that some humans will gnaw someone else's limb off to escape from a financial trap if it will put a few bucks in their pocket.

The only thing we know about Mr. usatown is that he has money in Achieve. For anything past that I would beg his indulgence in sharing with us. This doesn't need to be an adversarial process. Hell, imagine we're wrong about Achieve, he and anyone else is invited to come here a year from today and scoff at us for our doubt. Or, as is far more likely, a finite number of weeks from today Kristi joins Troy in the ranks of those referring to their involvement in Achieve in the past tense, I want him to feel welcome in coming back here to share his experience. He doesn't have to of course but even as we are right here is one very important point: We still have a mega crap load to learn about how to productively talk people out of these schemes while they're still running. Anyone and anyway we can get better at that is worth significant effort on our part. Including being kind to all but those who prove they aren't worth being kind to (but more on Mr. Blackburn later).

This is such an amazing group of people, you have always been and continue to be the best community in our industry! I hope you all enjoyed your holidays and are ready to Achieve in 2015.

The programmers, accounting, legal and underwriting staff will all be back at work next week so that we can see where we are and what to expect next. I know everyone is looking forward to that, so be sure to watch for the updates.

Most of the issues with our merchant have been resolved, although some people are still not seeing their positions in their back office right away.

Hello Achieve Community!

I have some bad news for the Community. GCC is not going to work with us after all, and that is not the worst of it. We have to restructure our Achieve organization. I don’t know yet what that will mean entirely, until I speak with my lawyers tomorrow. All I can tell you is that I fully intend to have us up and running again as soon as possible and that I know there are many options for doing this. But at this point I need expert advice and I’m not going to guess at what that will be. Instead I’ll let you know when I have real information about what this is going to take and how long it will take.

I know that Achieve is not going anywhere, no matter what we have to do – and you will know what our future will be as the solutions are put into place.

There is a lot of work for me to do….I’m very sorry I can’t just be online and talk with all of you….but this restructure needs my full attention now.

Nothing is going to stop me. This Community is changing the world and we aren’t going to let a few set backs stop that.

In response to this, I sent them back a screenshot of the update on Dec 18, 2014 saying that GCC would be our payout processor, and again Joe replies …

It always amazes me when the slightly tattered lower-middle-class reality of these Ponzi pimps comes to light. How Rodney Blackburn made it through an M.B.A. program to peak in his 40s as a manager at Bob Evans is an interesting story, I'm sure.

At least he's not tide to one career path while his 90 grand of monopoly money is tyed up in Achieve Community. Oh well, he tride, eh?

Hello Achieve Community!

We are going to stop sign ups and repurchases for a few days beginning in about 30 minutes, so that our merchant can get caught up. And we won’t be doing more sign ups until we have more information about payout options for us.

I hope to have some good news on that in the next few days! Thursday I’ll be meeting again with the lawyers and that will give me a better time frame for when Achieve will be completely ready to go again. I will keep letting you know how things are going as the information becomes available to me.

In the meantime, while this process is going on, there is very little that I can tell you without risking hurting the entire process. So please, keep the speculation quiet, you will hear everything, just be patient please. Although we won’t be doing sign ups, you all will still have access to the members area, your banners, the Forum, and your products. Thank you all for taking care of each other!

Hello Achieve Community!

Everything is set up for Achieve to be structured for our long term future! There is a lot of work for me to do this month, but it is all laid out and looks very good for us. As always, I’ll keep you informed as we go, for now we have our back up systems coming in place.

We will have the temporary processors to get everyone paid until all the permanent processors are in place. I’ll know more about the particulars tomorrow.

Now for a bit of end of the year detail – as most of you in this industry know, 1099k forms are sent out from the payment processors that we use to pay you. For the members of this community who have already been paid in the matrix that means Payoneer of course. I know I don’t have to explain that to you, given the information you had to give them to get signed up! I just want to remind you all to look for that in the next month.

We have tried to figure out the best ways to organize this Forum, and in order to have everything load more quickly have changed over to pages. It will be more difficult for conversations, we just don’t have a lot of options with this. You can always follow posts by clicking on the bottom for email alerts, they come with a link that will take you to the post you want to see.

I received the preliminary approval for our temporary payout processor last night. Very exciting. They are telling me three weeks to process us, I’m pushing for quicker! This will be more expensive, and it gets you paid. They offer Visa or MasterCard and they have an unlimited option for those making more than $10,000.00! They are International and the cards can be used anyplace there are ATM’s. I’m going to recommend that only members who purchased through September sign up initially. This will be voluntary, you will have the option to wait until we have restructured and have permanent solutions. I’ll give you more detailed instructions as we go.

Our poor support staff has the flu! I will work on getting support tickets answered this weekend, give us a bit more time now though please.

Hello Achieve Community!

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend.

This is my message for you this weekend –

I am not your enemy. The design of the Achieve program is not the problem.

The enemy, the problem, is the financial structure of our industry, and our global economy. This has been around for decades. It says that only 3% of people can make money, 97% can not. Only a few can do well. And they can only do well by hurting everyone else. And it must be that way!

Nothing else works!

The Achieve Community came along and said – we don’t believe that! It does not have to be that way.

Getting agreement is difficult, we are fighting all those decades of thinking in terms of scarcity and inequality. We are fighting industrialized fear of success. We are fighting institutional mind sets that haven’t changed if lifetimes!

What people are saying against us is just their indoctrination in the system.

The difficulties we have with financial institutions is just their indoctrination in the system.

And we are changing minds, and creating something that will change that structure. And we have much more support today than we did when we started.

There is no need for us to fight that mind set, no need to even respond to it. All we need to do is keep showing them a different way to see things. Over and over and over. And we are doing that.

My wish for all of you is that you find peace in this change, that you find hope for yourselves, that you can relax into a new way of seeing the future and just enjoy the ride.
