* It's not legal. It's all bluff
Having said that, if people choose to deal with unregulated payment processors, this is the sort of thing that happens.

Maybe this will give you some sort of idea of the sort of payment processor to which Achieve Community members will be entrusting their money:
Not quite in keeping with the charity and Christian centered image Kristi and Troy like to project, I wouldn't have thought.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
Todays' nonsense update:
* Members are now reporting strange unauthorized deductions being taken from their credit card.
* Members are now fully exposed to credit card fraud. There are reports of at least three different virtually unknown payment processors handling Achieves' sales including suyingshop.com, weiweishop365.com and ruiqiushop.com and one, ruiqiu.com which isn't even a website, just an expired domain placeholder
* Once again, members can send money to Achieve, but Achieve isn't paying members
Serious problems ahead for people here, without a doubt

Unverified as to its' authenticity, but this was posted on BEHINDMLM.com as being a comment from an Achieve user:
OMG!! My bank account was hacked this morning at 1 pm by WEIWEISHOP365*COM for two payments of $509. Last payment to Achieve $500.. I’m not trying to be negative and i’m so grateful for this opportunity. Just wondering ig the website is 100% SAFE.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
This is getting messy. Kristi's latest update:
News Feed
Kristi Johnson

Hello Achieve Community!
It's so exciting seeing how our matrix is moving again! And I know it's frustrating for those of you who have had your cards declined. Good news is we are working on a few things that should help and be in place in the next few days.
Most importantly just understand that with these limits you can only make three attempts per day before you will only get declined no matter what you do. So please just wait another day if you are declined. You are limited to 3 transactions per day per card, 6 per week, 9 per month for now.
Your address information and all other information must match the card you use when you sign up.
This is giving us better security but it means you can't sign up someone else with you card and no one can sign you up with their card.
I know some of you paid and didn't go through the entire process and do not have your login info or do not have your positions in your back office. Just send your receipt to support please. It's going to take some time to get to you, but you will be taken care of and have your paid positions and access.
You will get an odd code as the payee instead of Achieve on your card statement - that is just how these clusters of overseas merchants work - and it gives Achieve our higher limits so that everyone can continue to sign up all day and night. Please make note of it from your receipt so you know what the charge is when you get or look at your statement. Your bank may also charge you a small processing fee now as the accounts are overseas. As it's your bank making that charge we have no way of knowing what it will be.
These people are working very hard to help us all and to grow with us so we have everything we need to continue to create the income you deserve. Achieve is going to give you everything you want and do it better than anyone else can.
Thousands of you are successfully signing up and moving our matrix and Achieve is doing fantastic!
I will let you all know when the payout processor is ready and you will get an update and an email with the information about how to sign up to it and how it works.
Please continue to help each other - in the end this will look like a very short transition and everything will be business as usual. We have a wonderful program and a wonderful community.
To your success,
Kristi
That bolded section is an admission of credit card fraud. Kristi admits they are using other people's merchant accounts to give Achieve "higher limits" on daily transactions.
Factoring - Credit Card Laundering
What is Factoring:
Credit card factoring is essentially processing transactions through a merchant account for a business or
entity other than the specific business that was screened for the merchant account. Credit card factoring,
also known as credit card laundering, or even money laundering, can exist in many forms. The most basic
form of factoring would be a business processing transactions for another business.
<Snip>
Why exactly is factoring bad?
First, factoring is used as a method to launder money via credit cards. A business would theoretically
process payments for illegal products or services and end up with a clean deposit in their bank account a few
days later. It is rumored that a huge amount of terrorist activity is funded illegally with credit cards.
<Snip>
Repercussions for being caught factoring:
Simply put, Visa and MasterCard will have your merchant account shut down, and you can be substantially
fined, and placed on the TMF (Terminated Merchant File). Depending on the severity and intent of the
factoring, there may be legal repercussions as well. Since deliberate factoring often qualifies as money
laundering, there are a variety of laws that are also being broken when a business is guilty of factoring.
Also, depending on whether the factoring took place across different states there are federal and state
penalties, for factoring. In many states factoring and money laundering are felonies.

So if Kristi knows it or not, she's breaking the law (again). But worse still the people she's dealing with, iPayDNA have no excuse not to know this is not only illegal but also in violation of both Visa and MasterCard's terms of service AND THEY SET THIS UP FOR HER. SO we can take it as given that these are people comfortable with both bending and breaking laws And Kristi is having all her members hand them their credit card and social security numbers.
At this point Achieve Community members will be lucky if they only get ripped off once.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.
Open up your heart...
Welcome to

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
This is now madness.
Achieve members are positively begging to be ripped off and have their identities stolen.
They have no idea where they are sending their money and even less idea who is going to end up with their full credit card information, including the vital CVV number.
As if that's not bad enough, they are willingly giving the same unknown people their personal details, including their address.
Everything needed to completely strip their account and steal their identity.
On top of which, they're not even getting paid for their trouble.
Madness personified.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
The problem is that Troy and Kristi are wannabe crooks. They have now gotten in bed with professional crooks and they are way out of their league. They are going to be eaten alive along with their members, and they are too stupid to realize it. Of all the Ponzi's that I have seen over the last 10 years, this is going to be the ugliest and most disastrous Ponzi ever by the time this is done. This is a major train wreck in the happening and it is happening all in slow motion. The members have no clue the train has run off the tracks and is going over the cliff.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
We bring you this weeks' round of excuses:
Still no good news, only a lot of excuses AND Kristi has introduced the "somebody has died" story, so you just KNOW the end is near.
Next week before payments even begin to be made means there are only how many days until Christmas ???
Anyone intending to use their profits from Achieve to buy presents or pay for the Christmas turkey and ham is now officially **** out of luck.

They are doing the same money flashing thing used by scammers the world over. The sad part is they are in denial and won't admit they've been scammed. Much like battered spouse syndrome or cult brain-washing victims.

Reminds me a lot of the old Soviet joke...
Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Nikita Khrushchev and Leonid Brezhnev are all travelling together in a railway carriage. Unexpectedly, the train stops. Lenin suggests: "Perhaps we should announce a subbotnik, so that workers and peasants will fix the problem." Stalin puts his head out of the window and shouts, "If the train does not start moving, the driver will be shot!" (An allusion to the Great Purge.) But the train doesn't start moving. Khrushchev then shouts, "Let's take the rails from behind the train and use them to lay the tracks in front". (An allusion to Khrushchev's various reorganizations.) But still the train doesn't move. Then Brezhnev says, "Comrades, Comrades, let's draw the curtains, turn on the gramophone and pretend we're moving!" (An allusion to the Brezhnev stagnation period.) A later continuation to this has Gorbachev saying, "We were going the wrong way!" and changing the train's direction, and Yeltsin driving the train off the rails and through a field.
