This has the makings of a ponzi. Not only are some of the most notorious scammers online, ie: Ken Russo etc, pimping it, there is no real product. DOUBLE UP DOLLARS is their latest marketing ploy. If that doesn't scream, PPPPPOOOOONNNNNNZZZZZIIIIIII, I'm don't know what does.

@littleroundman, if it was directed at you I would have used your name and not busttheblock, who apparently started this thread. It seems busttheblock was asked to initiate this thread (as a member of QES) by those involved with QES. Btw, this entire forum is by far the most blatant example of cyber bullying on the net. From personal attacks (which are a violation of YOUR rule #9) to unfounded badgering of anyone who even attempts to defend or reconcile his/her position. Each of you clearly has a personal agenda far beyond protecting the general public from schemes and fraud, which is to defame, discredit and virtually molest the character of those you attack. There has yet to be a fact based entry into this particular thread regarding the damaging effect of Double Up Dollars or it's owners.

I am also intrigued by how all of you hide behind your user name, while the people you call out are fully exposed. I doubt that if you met any of these people in person you would have the stones to do anything but whimper.

Since you have named this thread Quattro Education System-Quattrolearning.com. Lets go ahead and have some discussion about the titled organization shall we? Anybody, Bueller, Bueller?

Ponzi Scheme "A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation." I don't see where "returns on your own money" are even mentioned.

The above is only one of two things critically wrong with your post. The second is Dr Bob has nothing to do with Quattro. I thought there might be something informative here, but I have yet to read a post that offers anything productive or fact based. If you have facts, not moronic self serving opinions, then post them! I would like some real information, and certainly didn't expect to find a 3rd grade food fight when I came here.

I have done my research on Quattro and would like to discuss it with those that would like to stay on topic. Is there anyone here willing to discuss this?

There are probably a lot of people here who are members of QES. Their motives for signing up are not known. I think it is "busttheblock" who has been investigating a program which automatically signs people up into scams on behalf of a friend of his.

@MLMWatchdog, yes myself and many others were members of the QES program. The list of reasons for leaving is long and distinguished but to cut it to one it would be integrity. I can explain in detail if you would like. Btw, I was there when Dr. Bob left QES and encouraged others to do the same for the aforementioned lack of integrity.

Soon I will be starting an investigative blog about blogs that investigate. Of course we will have no facts or proof just a lot of empty rhetoric and name calling. Should be fun!

@myguitar I looked around and as I said before did my research. I try to stay on topic as much as possible so with that being said I want to discuss Quattro.
To make sure I have the information correct could you confirm the info below?
Who created Quattro?
I have read the creator of Quattro was running an outside telemarketing placement service. How did that work?
What is the relationship between Dr. Bob and the creator of Quattro?

I have come here to discuss facts while you have come here to throw away your credibility. I will again ask you to live up to your role as "administrator" and discuss the topic at hand. I would be open to posting this on my blog to have others decide for you.

@MLMWatchdog, Joe Schwalenburg is the creator of the Quattro Education System (a FACT that seems to have gotten lost here). Not sure if ti was an outside placement service but he did bill his opportunity as pseudo-passive due to the placement program. Dr. Bob was a member of Quattro but broke away after finding out that Joe was not fulfilling his stated promises and obligations. Many members have spent several hundred dollars for what was termed by Joe to be Guaranteed Prepaid Sign-ups. No GPS's were provided within the 60 day guarantee time frame and after 90 days many of the members became disenchanted and felt cheated. The integrity issue arose when Joe continued to collect money for the GPS service after admitting the deficiency of the program. This resulted in the subsequent departure of thousands of members.
