    Bit Club Network - bitclubnetwork.com

Here is the thread started by Brian Spatola (big time ponzi pimp) on the MMG forum
    Board Message

This is also being pimped by some other MAJOR scamming pimps such as Strosdegoz, Ken Hammond and T. LeMont Silver!

Here is a great review by Oz at behindmlm: BitClub Network Review: Zeek Ponzi veterans at it again...

Hello. My name is Steve, I am a Vice President and I work for the Federal Reserve Bank for over 30 years. I personally know Brian Spatola and find him to be a very honest person. Calling Brian a "ponzi pimp" I find to be a very inappropriate statement.

Re: Bit Club Network - bitclubnetwork.com

Then why does he live on a messageboard that only promotes scams and joins scams with other known scammers?
How will his involvement in ZeekRewards and the clawbacks due to it being a ponzi (hence, he promoted it and that makes him a pimp), affect his recent $550,000 house purchase?
What does allegedly being a vice president of a federal reserve bank have to do with your ability to evaluate people and their character? You are clearly incorrect so it has no bearing whatsoever.
Even more interesting is how you would even know to come here to defend him.

Does joining an online program or promoting a program that fails make you a scammer. Hmm. Not sure if I agree. If he was the Admin then I could see that claim as valid.

When it is a scam it sure does. Just because scammers call it a 'program' doesn't mean it's not a scam (as much as they like to think it makes it somehow legit). What exactly did he do in the way of due diligence to determine it wasn't a scam? Why does he hang out on a known scam messageboard? What have you done to vet his honesty?

Whip: wow. Thought this was a fair message board. Clearly it is not. I think I am good judge of character since I manage large operations and work with monetary policy. You kind of learn these things over the years. Again, I have know Brian for a long time and I personally vouch for him.

Re: Bit Club Network - bitclubnetwork.com

It is fair. Just because you say he's honest doesn't mean he is as proven by the scams he's involved in - hence, you are proven wrong. Are you denying he's not involved in scams and ponzi zchemes? Just because you say you do what you do doesn't make it so. I'm the president of the united states. Prove me wrong.

You seem to be avoiding siimple questions posed that can help you make your case.
Exactly how did you manage to find an obscure anti-scam board with your "friend's" name on it?
What did he do to vet ZeekRewards and determine it was not a scam that he joined anyway?
Since you allege to be almighty and powerful in the banking/integrity fields, what did he show you about zeekrewards that you thought it would be a good idea for him to join? He did consult you didn't he? Seeing you're his good friend and all.

Re: Bit Club Network - bitclubnetwork.com

Sure, what did the Federal Reserve *really* say about Bitcoin?

large irrelevant in the near future as currency due to existing payment processor's economy of scale.

isn't it an criminal offense to impersonate a Federal official?

18 U.S. Code § 912 - Officer or employee of the United States
Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Very serious, man. VERY serious. Tsk tsk tsk.

A "Federal Reserve Vice Chairman" to visit a no-name message board to defend a no-name HYIP claiming to be a bitcoin mining op. Hahahahaha. I have a better chance of being struck by lightning.

Even if he is what he says he is, it means nothing to the topic at hand. Just another smokescreen much like his scammer friend uses to avoid the true topic which doesn't say much for him anyway.

Let's not forget the Federal Reserve's code of Conduct.

    Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis (pdf);
    4. Use of Position

    4.1 For Private Gain

An employee may not, directly or indirectly, use the employee's position for his or her own private gain or that of any other person.

    4.2 Endorsements
An employee shall not use or permit the use of his or her position or title, or any authority associated with his or her office, to endorse any product, service or enterprise except in connection with Bank products and services or as otherwise authorized by the Bank.
    minneapolisfed.org/about/careers/code.cfm;
    Reporting Violations; Disciplinary Action

It is important that the public have confidence in the honesty and integrity of all Bank staff members. Therefore, we encourage you to report violations of the Code of Conduct to the Bank's Ethics Officer.

A violation that involves corruption, fraud, or theft should also be reported to the Bank's General Auditor. Employees that violate any provision of the Bank's Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary action that can include dismissal from the Bank.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge: it is those who know little, and not those who know much, who so positively assert that this or that problem will never be solved by science. -C. Darwin

    Welcome to RS.

I found your statement most interesting since you claim to be a Vice President and have worked for the Federal Reserve Bank for over 30 years. Personally I don't believe a word of what you claim about your working for the Federal Reserve Bank let alone for over 30 years.

What I do believe is that you are making an attempt to try to convince us that you are who you claim you are and we should immediately stop exposing your friend Brian Spatola based solely on your claim of position. Try again.

Prove you are who you say you are and give us your full name, office phone number and address. Otherwise you are just another shill trying to defend another shill. I look forward to your proving me wrong about you.

Really? Check out his Ripplin thread in closed section Money Maker Group. 5 seconds of a Google search showed anyone rational the gang behind Ripplin had gone scam in every program they had started. Your "very honest person" led many into that program and defended it over and over . MOST never got a single payout..(even the ponzi pimps)

As an aside: its I WORKED. Hard to believe someone with such "experience" makes that type of error.

    1st
Judging from multiple common english as second language errors in his posts...."Federal Reserve Bank" (where he worked for 30 years) is a restaurant somewhere outside the USA.
He washed dishes as he built up $ for his next ponzi try at untold riches.

    2nd
With the salary and contacts built for 30 years in a Fed. Reserve Bank position you DONT need cheezy money games.

Hey kid, did not your mom tell you not to do stupid things online ?

The only chance you can "work for the Federal Reserve Bank" is if you were a janitor, and I doubt even that :)

So how much did Federal Reserve invest in this ponzi ? :)

    More gems from your 'friend':

    Four Corners Alliance
    Ultimate Power Profits
    Riptunes-Igg.me
Talked about here over a year ago. Where was the alleged banker then?:
    TGIGO - thegrassisgreeneronline.com

    Dsdomination
And thanks to JustTooMuchTime, we have this explanation of the scam your 'friend' is in:
    http://ethanvanderbuilt.com/2014/02/...-scam-opinion/

cash gifting cycler from the looks of it
    cash quest gifting scam
    cash fortune gifting scam

The 'banker' I'm sure knows cash gifting is illegal or he wouldn't be in the prominent position he allegedly holds. Seems your 'friend' really, really has a bad run of running into scams thinking they are legitimate 'programs'. lmao! Yeah.....he's not a scammer.

    You're entirely correct, of course.

SERIAL ponzi pimp would be better.

IMMORAL serial ponzi, get-rich-quick AND pyramid scheme pimp would be even better

    Don't shoot the messenger, Fedman.

If Brian wants to play loose and easy with the law and operate at the fringes of society, you can hardly blame others for pointing it out.

Judging from your grammar and phrasing I find it hard to believe your claim WRT the Federal Reserve...Next contestant!

Let's not forget Brian's big winner UltimatePowerProfits/GlobalOnline fiasco. Never launched after a year of promises. He was pimping it very hard and I'm sure he got his investment back plus a little more, but as usual the vast majority lost their shirts.

He really can pick them can't he.
