    BV Malls / Boss Venture

This company operates in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China, Vietnam, etc

They have a compensation scheme that you don't require to work. Just invest. And you get multiple of your investment. They shy away from using the word investment. But allow you to buy a lot of virtual mall (staging up your stocks) And after collecting several hundred million they are unable to pay. They are in Central bank of Malaysia watch list.

Now members are chasing after the owner Billy Lee and Richard Lim for payment. And they are into hiding. With their body guards.

They still conduct their business with unsuspecting investors. And Billy Lee cant and don't dare to fly into China For fear of arrest.

This is the watch list posted by Central Bank of Malaysia. BV Mall is listed inside. They try to explain that watch list is because many of their competitors are complaining about them. This is far from the truth. Many company can be delisted from the Watch list. But BV Mall has been inside the list for more than a year. Obviously it is unable to justify to Central Bank to delist it.

They are listed in item 26. (Cash Deal Sdn Bhd)

Geebus, ponzi, gifting, pyramid and identity theft all wrapped up in one neat package:

No wonder the organizers are on the run

No wonder Bill Lee can't go to China, this sort of fraud will get him executed

Even thought they say 1.5% daily sales incentive payout is not confirm and is dependent on sales, once declared it is deem to be earned. 100 thousand members did not get paid on their declared daily sales. Where did the money go?

It is not save to invest if they cannot handle profits earned and declared to their members.

As a creditor of BV Mall, I beg an open answer from BV Mall ( Richard and Billy) and BV consortium to answer accounting wise, the sum due to us are profits declared (DSI declared can vary and can be below 1.5% or even zero). The declared DSI is profits that should set aside and paid to members. Where did the money go? If no profit, BILLY alsways says that the company will not declare any DSI which also mean no profits and no profits to withdraw.

In summary, if it is profit and set aside, than where did the money go?

It is a normal question as a creditor of BV Mall to ask. Please provide us a simple answer.

Merchants are asked to accept 30% of PP wallet exchange products in the form of vouchers that are legal tenders of BV Malls. This are also from profits declared for withdrawal but in the form of products. They are earned money. Where did it go. This I am asking as a merchant and a member
