Kerry, Len has significantly less traffic and Realscam is growing rapidly! I think there are many threads here that directly address Lenny's stature. His only claim to fame seems to be that he is one of the Three Stooges that valiantly tried and failed to defend MLM across the internet.

And, for your information, those photoshopped pictures on www.heatherdobrott.com are the subject of criminal felony charges and civil action. I weigh 137 pounds and find your attraction to the slime that publishes obvious lies, attacks and smears fascinating. If you MLMers had any legitimate gripe with me you would be refuting me with facts. I don't think the slam site is doing much for your tattered reputations.

Was the chart below too difficult for you to interpret? It seems the obvious always escapes you. Did you sign up with Oceanside yet, you ding-a-ling. You said it was doing fine. Why not pitch your vast MLM fortune into that scam while you take a remedial math class??? I am degreed in Secondary and Higher Education. Want to join my homeschool classes?

It boasts 3 tiny bedrooms in a miniscule 1322 square feet. That will sure get the big executives at those MLM companies he is consulting for and recruits attention of course. Obviously, his new big executive position isn't making him any more money than his laughable court certified expert services, consulting services or Yoli!

Industry News & Updates Industry v. Profession

Before anyone flames me for referring to M.L.M. as an "industry" rather than "profession" (as often happens), let's get this out of the way right up front: Being an M.L.M. distributor is a profession within the industry of Multilevel Marketing. Just like being an actor is one of several professions within the entertainment industry. If M.L.M. was entirely a profession, not an industry, this would imply M.L.M. company owners, distributors, and those attorneys, trainers and consultants who serve M.L.M. exclusively, are all practicing the same profession. Clearly, they are not. They are all different professions within the more broadly defined industry of M.L.M..

And BTW, I was recently asked why I place periods between the letters in M.L.M. in my Alerts. It's to prevent spam filters from dumping your Alerts into your spam folder, or completely blocking their delivery. If you haven't done so already, please "White List" your Alert subscription (simple instructions can be found HERE). This will notify your eMail provider that you wish to receive all Alerts regardless of their content. Unfortunately many eMail servers today flag or block delivery of messages that contain the dreaded acronym M and L and M, or any language that might suggest a reference to our industry (or, your specific profession within it).

Industry Trends

I've been employing a propriety algorithm to track the amount of M.L.M. content on the web for 33 months now. This method also identifies general public opinion and attitude trends by counting various words and phrases that are definitively pro or con towards M.L.M. and tracking the ratio. Currently positive commentary on our industry outnumbers the negative by a ratio of 2.06 to one, with a very slight downward trend. However, overall internet content related to M.L.M. continues to climb. Note in the chart below that even after the national unemployment rate began to gradually fall internet chatter related to M.L.M. continued to rise.

Let's save Mr. Mensa (or not) some time. Monitium is a pyramid scam Lenny. There you go. And, your confused rambling about it is beyond hysterical. First you say the FTC and law enforcement look at the reps motivation for buying the product and then you state, "the ability to meet our quotas by sales to those outside the income opportunity is the concrete that the wall between legal MLM operations and illegal pyramids is built with."

The courts that have ruled seemed to look for at least 50% or more of the sales in an MLM to those not participating in the plan generally. The motivation nonsense Lenny is spouting I believe comes from a letter written by someone with the FTC. I think we should be focusing on how the courts are ruling however.
