    "Going" down ???

Would that mean he hasn't already "gone down" ????

Does anyone who has been in, on or around the MLM industry for more than 5 minutes listen to ANYTHING the guy says ???

Even on MLM.com no one even bothers to comment on his shenanigans any more.

His new employers must be wondering what on earth they've got themselves into.

If reading his unctuous ranti....err....posts wasn't so fascinating in a "watching a trainwreck" sort of way, young Lenny would long ago have been consigned to the irrelevant category along with his mates from the Flat Earth Society

    It's Time ...
    For Network Marketing

It's time for a hip, hot, knock-out book about how great network marketing is. A book that blows the lid off... sets the record straight... tells the true story... No BS. No hype. Passionate. Exciting. As relevant for anyone new to the business as those who've been here four-or-forty years... and perfect for all your prospects

Len Clements MLM Expert Extraordinaire and Hero of the MLM Industry?

Len Clements has been involved in the MLM industry for 30 years. Is he the MLM expert, industry watchdog and inspiring voice of the industry he claims to be or simply another clever promoter?

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
    (Free-Press-Release.com) March 2, 2011 --
Len Clements has been involved in the MLM industry for 30 years. Is he the MLM guru, industry watchdog and inspiring voice of the industry he claims to be or simply another clever scam promoter?

The consumer advocates of Realscam.com are asking the tough questions. What experience and education does Clements boast? What MLMs has he been involved with? What experience does he really have as a court certified expert on the MLM industry? What kind of success has he had in the industry? Why was he made an Administrator at Scam.com then removed and banned? Should he have supported Broker Jones of Oceanside Network?

Is Len Clements the industry watchdog he paints himself to be? Has he been a positive voice for change in the industry? Has the MLM industry boomed as he predicted? Has he successfully refuted his many online critics? Does Len Clements have an online reputation he can be proud of? How well are the MLM companies doing that he has been a representative for or worked for in the corporate office? Is he truly the picture of MLM success?

The answer to these questions and more can be found at Realscam.com. We invite you to join us and read, post and decide for yourself!

    Sweet!

    Kerry
Kerry, Len has significantly less traffic and Realscam is growing rapidly! I think there are many threads here that directly address Lenny's stature. His only claim to fame seems to be that he is one of the Three Stooges that valiantly tried and failed to defend MLM across the internet.

And, for your information, those photoshopped pictures on www.heatherdobrott.com are the subject of criminal felony charges and civil action. I weigh 137 pounds and find your attraction to the slime that publishes obvious lies, attacks and smears fascinating. If you MLMers had any legitimate gripe with me you would be refuting me with facts. I don't think the slam site is doing much for your tattered reputations.

Was the chart below too difficult for you to interpret? It seems the obvious always escapes you. Did you sign up with Oceanside yet, you ding-a-ling. You said it was doing fine. Why not pitch your vast MLM fortune into that scam while you take a remedial math class??? I am degreed in Secondary and Higher Education. Want to join my homeschool classes?

Re: Yoli.. Is it about over?

Kerry Lee Hein, destitue ding-a-ling, posted this response from Len Clements concerning Yoli's illegal advertising:
Originally Posted by MarketWaveInc.com Len Clements

But this is not only a minor, insignificant infraction, the fact it is the only claim the FDA might find questionable in the entire Yoli presentation places them well within the top 2% of all health & nutrition companies in degree of legal conformity (as far as medicinal claims). Furthermore, of the hundreds of FDA Warning Letters I've read I've never, in 20 years, seen a single one that was based solely on an inflammation claim, probably because the FDA would have to hire a full time staff to do nothing else considering the thousands of product brands over the years (in and out of MLM) that make anti-inflammatory claims. The FDA sends such letters when there are far more, and more egregious, disease treatment claims where they will sometimes add "anti-inflammation" claims to an already long list of other claims.

Picking this tiny little inflammation nit is meaningless, and Bodhi is only focusing on it because he's got nothing else of substance to attack them on. And obviously nothing else better to fill his day. He's just another smarmy, anonymous coward looking for some sense of power and control that he can't get in his real life. He's a troll who needs to be fed.
Len Clements is too dense to comprehend that the identity of the poster does not effect the veracity of what they post. He just admitted the poster was correct about Yoli putting up ads that are illegal. If he had the IQ of a head of cabbage he would just STHU. When is Yoli going to do the necessary damage control and lose this total clown? Len Clements just can't stop blabbering!

    Very true,

Happily for me, at least when I wake up tomorrow morning, I can choose whether or not to be a "hyena"

When Lenny awakes, he'll still be "Lenny" and there ain't nothin' he can do 'bout it.

Re: Clements jumps ship yet AGAIN

Len Clements is definitely making the big bucks and living the MLM dream. I checked the tax rolls again and the old homestead there in Las Vegas, Nevada is worth a whopping 85 grand. It boasts 3 tiny bedrooms in a miniscule 1322 square feet. That will sure get the big executives at those MLM companies he is consulting for and recruits attention of course. Obviously, his new big executive position isn't making him any more money than his laughable court certified expert services, consulting services or Yoli!

Re: Clements jumps ship yet AGAIN

Lenny must not be doing so great with this gig. He appears to be scrounging for referrals and blathering nonsense yet again:
MarketWave Alert #: 177 Print Version Email to a Friend

    5/19/2011

Industry News & Updates Industry v. Profession

Before anyone flames me for referring to M.L.M. as an "industry" rather than "profession" (as often happens), let's get this out of the way right up front: Being an M.L.M. distributor is a profession within the industry of Multilevel Marketing. Just like being an actor is one of several professions within the entertainment industry. If M.L.M. was entirely a profession, not an industry, this would imply M.L.M. company owners, distributors, and those attorneys, trainers and consultants who serve M.L.M. exclusively, are all practicing the same profession. Clearly, they are not. They are all different professions within the more broadly defined industry of M.L.M..

And BTW, I was recently asked why I place periods between the letters in M.L.M. in my Alerts. It's to prevent spam filters from dumping your Alerts into your spam folder, or completely blocking their delivery. If you haven't done so already, please "White List" your Alert subscription (simple instructions can be found HERE). This will notify your eMail provider that you wish to receive all Alerts regardless of their content. Unfortunately many eMail servers today flag or block delivery of messages that contain the dreaded acronym M and L and M, or any language that might suggest a reference to our industry (or, your specific profession within it).

    Industry Trends

I've been employing a propriety algorithm to track the amount of M.L.M. content on the web for 33 months now. This method also identifies general public opinion and attitude trends by counting various words and phrases that are definitively pro or con towards M.L.M. and tracking the ratio. Currently positive commentary on our industry outnumbers the negative by a ratio of 2.06 to one, with a very slight downward trend. However, overall internet content related to M.L.M. continues to climb. Note in the chart below that even after the national unemployment rate began to gradually fall internet chatter related to M.L.M. continued to rise.

Industry trends are updated monthly and can be viewed on the MarketWave website HERE.

    Earn a Substantial Referral Fee

As most of you know, training, speaking, start up consulting, compensation plan design & analysis, and expert witness services are my primary profession within this industry. If you refer anyone to me who becomes a client I'll reward you with 10% of all fees billed. For example, a typical compensation plan design project can run anywhere from $5,000 to $9,000, and an expert witness job will usually bill within the same range. Also, consider sponsoring an "Inside Network Marketing" seminar for your group (we'll split the profits 50/50).

Favorite Company Contact Listing Fee Going Up!

Due to the popularity of the Contact Listing for those on the Favorite Company Vote ballot, the monthly fee to be the exclusive contact for your company will rise to $12.95 beginning July 1st. If you're not familiar with the Favorite Company Vote, or Contact Listing, check it out HERE, and please vote. Each listed company only has one contact, first come first served. One company already has over 70 people on the waiting list (and no, it's not the top one), and two others have more than 25! But if you lock in your $9.95 subscription (auto-billed monthly) or pay annually at $99.95 (soon to be $129.95), you will lock in those rates for as long as you keep your listing active. Those of you who already have active listings will retain your current rate as well (no price increase, ever, as long as you remain active).

    And Finally - Monitium

A couple of Monitium reps have written extensive rebuttals to my critical Monitium review (Alert #170), which I am preparing a response to. I'm really trying to have an open mind and give this concept a fair shake. To that end, if you are a Monitium participant please let me know how it's working for you - good or bad. Please be candid, and include your join date. Let me know if it has been profitable for you, how many member companies you've joined, and about what percentage of your downline activated their position in each of those member companies. Also, what percentage of your total income has come from products sold through the member companies and how much from the Monitium bonuses and contests? Even those of you who haven't joined, let me know what you think. Your comments and identity will be kept strictly confidential.

Thanks. I appreciate your help, and your feedback.

    Len Clements
    Founder & CEO

    __________________________________________________ ___________
Let's save Mr. Mensa (or not) some time. Monitium is a pyramid scam Lenny. There you go. And, your confused rambling about it is beyond hysterical. First you say the FTC and law enforcement look at the reps motivation for buying the product and then you state, "the ability to meet our quotas by sales to those outside the income opportunity is the concrete that the wall between legal MLM operations and illegal pyramids is built with."

The courts that have ruled seemed to look for at least 50% or more of the sales in an MLM to those not participating in the plan generally. The motivation nonsense Lenny is spouting I believe comes from a letter written by someone with the FTC. I think we should be focusing on how the courts are ruling however.

Ah yes, the expert witness! Jumps again. I clicked on some of those links in Clement's website (under podcasts) and most of them are dead links. "Networknook" is a mess too. Maybe Clements should focus on just a few things and stick with them for a change.

Welcome to the forum. I do miss our forum buffoon, Lenny. I guess he just doesn't have the moxie to spar with us here any longer. His meltdwon diatribes were quite something to read. Seated and with plenty of refreshments naturally!

Clements is the big VP still of Yoursolutions.net. Those forums are still a mess. It certainly isn't the MLM Social Nook promised. Lenny, the meltdown king, hasn't posted a single word. The last post was 800 days ago:

    Orca :: Interactive Forum Script

His own traffic stinks as well. For the self-proclaimed savior of the industry with allegedly 12 million members in the U.S. alone he is virtually ignored:
