WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

Currently Flavour of the Month on both the MMG and Talkgold HYIP ponzi forums where nothing but ponzi and pyramid scams feature is the $25 a month hybrid / ponzi scheme, Worldwidesolutionz.

Worldwidesolutionz is a South African based hybrid ponzi scheme offering an impossible return on interest of a passive 160% after 90 days for each $25 "lifejacket" position purchased by members.

    * "passive" ROI makes this a guaranteed HYIP ponzi fraud

WWSz also implies it uses some of its' income to "support humanitarian projects" although no mention is made of which projects, nor are any charitable organization permit/ s displayed

Worldwidesolutionz is apparently owned and run by a South African based mother and son team, Marelize van Niekerk-Venter and Ruan Van Niekerk-Venter

Ruan Van Niekerk-Venter appears as registrant of the Worldwidesolutionz website which is hosted by the US based CloudFlare Inc

    Hi
My name is Gabriel Helene I am your sponsor in WorldWide SolutionZ and I want to make sure you know what you need to do in order to benefit from your WorldWide SolutionZ membership and a amazing special offer from WorldWide SolutionZ currently running!
There are two ways to earn in WorldWide SolutionZ:
    1) The Kickstart Your Dream Program
    2) The Life Jacket Program
    Quick Summary:
Kickstart is a forced matrix that pays commissions and / or benefits 8 levels deep. Everyone who joins Kickstart will eventually be carried through all 8 levels, regardless of their own recruiting efforts. The timing for this cannot be estimated of course, as it is dependent on company-wide organic growth. If you tell others about the program and they join your team, your progress will be much quicker.
The Life Jacket Program provides members with an opportunity to purchase Life Jacket units in the amount of $25 each. WorldWide SolutionZ uses the Life Jacket funds to support humanitarian projects that assist people who need a little boost to get on their feet so they can provide for themselves and their families. In appreciation for the use of our money, WWSz awards gratitude tokens that can be withdrawn as U.S. dollars. For every active Life Jacket you own, you will receive the equivalent of 5% each week for 12 weeks. After 90 days, your Life Jacket matures, and your original seed money becomes available to withdraw or use for repurchase.
Everyone can earn Kickstart commissions even without upgrading, but the only way to access the earnings is to first pay the $25 Kickstart registration fee.
Registration is $25 for each program, so
You can remain entirely passive if you prefer. Kickstart commission will trickle in (or gush - it all depends) as time goes by. If you purchase Life Jackets along the way, you can create a very nice weekly income with no effort other than managing your account in order to repurchase and withdraw. There are already a number of WWSz members making a living from the weekly Life Jacket pay. Your results will be in direct proportion to the amount of Life Jackets you purchase and your diligence in managing your account for maximum profit.
Confirmed Members Testimonial: Speaking from experience, I can tell you that in the approximately 9 months since launch, WorldWide SolutionZ has paid on time, every time. Withdrawals are paid to our payment processor accounts within 1 - 3 business days. Every week.
WorldWide SolutionZ exists to help people both online and offline. The more money we make as members, the more we can help others. As online members, we can build our accounts to improve our own finances first, and then have plenty to be able to give to assist others.
I am always happy to help, so let me know if you have any questions or need assistance with the process.

    NEWS

    • NEWSWWSz Debit Card Survey (For Real)

    • DATE2014-03-29

    • MESSAGE

    • WorldWide SolutionZ Greetings!
Finally - the long awaited Debit Card Survey is here!
By now you have all heard that we have plans to offer our own WorldWide SolutionZ Debit Card.
Whether that is sooner rather than later depends on a number of factors.
One of those factors is cost of implementation.
Before we decide to take this on, we need to know there is a certain level of commitment from our members to use the services.
In very basic terms it goes like this:
      · The estimated cost per member is $70.
      · We need commitment from a minimum of 1,000 people.
      · Commitment means you are promising to order and pay for your card as soon as approval of the debit card is announced.
      · Following such an announcement, there will be a window of 7-10 business days in which we must receive these payments.
      · Payment options for purchasing the card will be STP, i-Payout, and bank wire. E wallet funds cannot be used for this purchase.
If it turns out we have the commitment levels we need, we will move forward with collecting the promised payments.
Each person who sends their payment will receive an agreement outlining conditions regarding their purchase, including provision for short fall of promised funds needed to complete acquisition of the WWSz Debit Card platform and management services.
The cards will likely become available within four weeks after we have collected the promised payments.
Fees associated with using the debit card (loading, withdrawals from the debit card, and so on) will be released as soon as possible following approval of the debit card.
Your responses are confidential. However, there is an option for you to fill in your WWSz username if you would like to let us know right now that you want to be counted among the first 1,000 buyers. Of course if you do that we will know who you are.
In any case, your responses are kept within WWSz's confidentiality to be used only in this decision making process and will not be shared with anyone else for any reason.
One cautionary note: We know there is a lot of enthusiasm and support for this project, and while it might be tempting to try to persuade others to "vote yes" for the debit card, or to in some other manner inflate the response, do realize that the only "yes" that counts to help us take action is the one that has $70 attached to it. Please we need to be accurate and honest, this is a big step for all of us.
Let's have a meaningful survey so that we can move forward with accurate information.
The survey will close at 8am Program time Monday April 7, 2014 and the decision based on the results will be announced in the conference room Tuesday April 8, 2014 during our usual Tuesday morning meeting (4 am program time).
Here is the link for the survey: WWSz Debit Card Survey
This link may work best for mobile devices: WWSz Debit Card Survey
You will also find it on a pop-up after logging into your WorldWide SolutionZ back office.
Thank you in advance for your input and support!
      Love, Light and Gratitude…

    NEWS

    • NEWSAs we grow we have to keep updated... PLEASE READ

    • DATE2014-02-19

    • MESSAGE

    • Dear WWSz Members,
Thank you for your time and commitment to read and follow our updates.
Today we have four important items to bring to your attention.

      1. DO NOT SHARE ANY DOLLAR AMOUNTS for money received from or paid to WorldWide SolutionZ. Ref: https://www.worldwidesolutionz.com/nb.php

Please know, understand and accept that we are seeking clarification of what we can and cannot publish, in order to remain compliant and not put any member or the company at risk. While I do understand that publishing income proofs can be attractive in marketing, the fact remains that it is considered enticement. This is a critical issue for us, but with the right advice, we expect to be able to give you strong guidelines in the near future about what is safe to publish and what to avoid. Really appreciate everyone helping with this.
      WWSz Affiliates May Not:
State verbally or publish online or offline, any income claim other than affirming payment is being received. Any affiliate found to be publishing proof of payment or making any income claim, whether true or false, verifiable or not, risks immediate termination of their account. This is STRICTLY prohibited and will be rigidly enforced.
Effective immediately, there is no tolerance for members found to posting figures or dollar amounts. This has previously been addressed in updates sent in email and we have spoken of it several times in recorded conference sessions. Now we are through talking about it and will take immediate action to protect our members and WWSz.
Please DO share the following as much as you like:

      • I got paid.
      • I get paid every week on time.
      • I got paid on time as always.
      • I purchased Life Jackets.
      • I made a withdrawal request.
      • My withdrawal was paid in record time as always.
      • My Kickstart downline is growing.
      • I received commissions.
      • My Life Jacket account is growing and generating income.
      • I received spillover
      • I PIF’d today and helped to feed the children.

Just remember to do it without showing figures or dollar amounts.
This is the last warning. As from now, accounts will be closed if this is breached. Please help me, we are doing everything in our power to help and to protect WWSz and our members.
      2. Conference Room Times
More sessions will be added to the schedule. Please check the schedule on the home page for additional times as well as additional hosts and speakers.
      3. PIF’s
PIF’s are doing great and we have been delivering within less than 3 days. Thank you so much for all the support you give by PIF’ing offline members. It is such a difference in their lives that someone cares to help them get on their feet and get a new direction.
About PIF's: We have group leaders that are trained in how WWSz works, what our goals are, how it will help them and how they can work themselves up to either get a permanent job as they grow stronger and get more qualified in different areas of their lives, or start a small business.
We include them in lollipop runs and we started a volunteer team to help out in various community projects. They then go out and sign up new people and explain to them how WWSz work and what we do. The applications they bring back are put through a qualification process to double check that all is good. If all is confirmed, the application is approved.
At that point, the new applicant is invited to come to the Training Center to receive training, or they get more help from leaders as some of them live in far off areas and transport is prohibitively expensive for many.
We are busy creating peer support groups to help with this. The process is expensive and slow and takes a lot of hard work. Remember these people do not build their own down lines - they work with WWSz for all of us. That is the reason your PIF's are slow growing but please keep in mind this is a brand new system which, just like most things we take on in WWSz, is the first of it’s kind. We will all work together to make it work, as we have no templates or short cuts.
I know and understand it is difficult to have to wait for results, but people please keep in mind, we as a company have a lot to work against. People are just as scared offline as online, if not more so. They are mostly very poor and not used to being offered help and are suspicious. As days go by they realize we are here to stay and trust grows and we get more signed up.
They are all committed to PIF 25% of their WWSz earnings and the people who started PIF'ing early and who have their downlines PIF'ing are now starting to see the difference as some of the first PIF recipients are now able to PIF as well.
In the last week we had 60 PIF's coming from the first group and you can think for yourselves what that means - the snowball has started rolling!
Please be patient and help me make this what we all know it can be; a way to feed thousands, a way to get WWSz across borders, a way to help people with little or no hope and a way to be part of something so amazing that it is literally changing people's lives daily. Each PIF makes WWSz stronger while helping us feed more children, thank you so much as this is the core of this dream coming true as we grow.
Again, thank you, thank you, and thank you for every PIF!
      4. MMG
I think we all need to understand; we are a new breed of business. We have to realize that there are many people out there that are caught in what they have been offered because it’s all they know. They get caught up in that and never get the opportunity to get involved in anything real.
MMG is a marketing platform that can reach many people needing WWSz, as well as people with the potential to help us get WWSz to more people. I can see a positive difference in how people act and react towards WWSz and that is creating a ripple, we want to help more people and that will help us feed more children.
We are the “not HYIP” business that can give hope to people who need a way to get involved in something real. I agree there are negatives involved but there are negatives involved in all the areas we deal with. The reviews in there for us is positive and we have created a positive following, it is good to see people realise and accept that we really care and that we are here to stay.
We have to make sure the info that go on there and any other HYIP related forum is clear and transparent and invite people to join something different and caring that is here to stay, not a HYIP but a Angel support system with so much more…

Interesting that a familiar pimp "closedcircle" is pushing this. She can not be doing very well because she is touting another US free ads

There are just three things needed if we are to make money.

    1. We need to be positioned where enough people are.
    2. They need to have money to spend.
    3. They must be starving for what we are selling.

An example is a sales stand the stadium at the superbowl.

Would setting it up in a quiet alley around the corner generate any sales?

No because we are not where any people are.

Do the people have money to spend? Yes, at least enough of them
to make it very worthwhile setting up the stand.

So how would our sales stand separate us from other stands selling
    other things?

There is only one thing that matters: Are the people starving for what I am selling?

The answer would be yes if it were a hot dog stand.

The internet is like the Superbowl.

    -Lots of people
    -Money to spend
-Starving for something to spend it on

Which is why I like USFREEADS. We don't have to look for people
and we know they have money to spend.

We just need to give them what they are starving for.

If people are hungry enough they WILL buy - provided
we are where they are and give them what they want.

One of the most popular places around with groups
    of buyers is USfreeads..
    .

NEVER regard online programs as investments.
They are NOT investments. Treat them as INCOME

Guess their survey about the debit card did not go too well. Last info was:

4/21: Progress is being made with the debit card, we will be proceeding but it will take us longer.

Translation: We did not get enough people to sign up for it.

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

Well, the faithful are not going to like my last post at MMG.

In listening to the last conference call, Marelize did not sound too happy that several members were coming for a "visit" to see her. She not only sounded tired, but somewhat scared. After she did pick up when she started showing all the "products/services" WWS has to offer. Even then she opened another can of worms I know she had no clue she was opening. The more she talks, the more people are beginning to see through all the BS and hype; except the die-hards of course.

The numbers on the calls and followers on FB and Twitter, and the Alexa ranking are proof no way they have 11,000 members. in fact most of the time at MMG there are more guests reading the thread than there are members.

It is starting to die and it won't be long until there are "payment issues." Of course the standard excuse will be they were updating the website and there were problems, but be patient as things will get worked out. And where have we heard that before?

A quick update: There may be a ray of hope to make this last a little longer as Ken Russo just announced that he is joining today. Another Ponzi we can add to his list of Ponzi's he pimps.

Indeed even the numbers viewing the YouTube updates. I have clicked on the latest update a few times today and you have at least once.
So less than 60 affiliate views today.

    • Greetings Awesome WorldWide SolutionZ Team!

It seems we are a bit overdue for an update so let's take a few minutes to catch up!

First, I am happy to report that our Johannesburg trip and meetings were productive and successful. We look forward to filling you in on details as certain items are finalized and ready for implementation.

Meanwhile, I am still working through a bit of pile up in emails and hope to be completely caught up with those very soon.

We did get all of last week's PIF's caught up in time for the weekend pay run. Thanks again to everyone participating in the PIF's. It makes such a huge difference for so many people!

This past week Thursday we completed training for distributors and group leaders. We had several intense days of training - mixed with fun and laughter - and I am more than pleased to say we have an enthusiastic bunch of people eager to promote our products.

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

On May 30 2014 Somebody calling himself Willem Laubscher claiming to be the CFO of WorldWide SolutionZ posted this over on the MMG forum WorldWide SolutionZ thread in answer to Lynndel's questions.
    http://www.moneymakergroup.com/Worldwidesolutionz-Worl-t437266.html&st=4245

Now also posted over on the official WWSz blog here

Conference May 29, 2014, Willem Laubscher

    Hi Lynndel

Let me start by saying – I have a very high regard for the work you do (and the others on this forum that support your work or those that do similar work) in trying to expose all sorts of illegitimate schemes. I applaud your efforts and can clearly see that your mission is to help people across the globe to NOT fall victim to scams.

And also then, to all our WWSz supporters out there (or the supporters of any other legitimate MLM business), think twice before attacking people who are asking questions – not everyone has the wrong agenda.

At current, our drive at WorldWide SolutionZ is to immediately be more open and upfront with as much information as possible, short of damaging the proprietary information of the company.
    - I think it goes without saying what all the dangers of exposing too much of our dealings, would be.
(A similar website has already been detected that tried to reproduce a lot of our ideas and products, even down to the usage of a Life Coaching Program etc.)
But then as well – if we cannot answer the correct questions in an orderly fashion, we clearly have something to hide other than ‘proprietary information’, and with WorldWide SolutionZ, that is NOT the case.

Now – To answer the questions…

    On your first question
(I will answer it in different sections.)

    - Where does the 5% gratuity per week comes from?
It comes from the company’s profit sharing from the small entrepreneurs, which Marelize (pre-company registration) and the registered company, WorldWide SolutionZ [4RQandD (Pty) Ltd] has trained and assisted to start their own small businesses.
    - But to go even deeper than just that statement –
And I have actually touched on it in the conference call of yesterday (29 May 2014) - but I know the sound has broken off at some point in the conference, so you might not have listened past that point, but at time interval 36:40 to 38:40, I gave an example that will answer your request for “specifics”. (or as it was written in one of the previous posts – (not sure who wrote that one), someone used the words - $ for $)
Now please note, this is just one scenario. (for each type of entrepreneur that gets assisted, a total different set of figures will need to be applied)
In my example – we need roughly $100, to assist one Entrepreneur, and require him to also come up with the same amount in start up capital. This gives us a 50% equity share in his small business operation (it will be different for each type of entrepreneur). What I have not said in the conference, is that we also assist and supply him with products that he sells in the rural communities, and he is also able to appoint marketers that will function as his team of sellers, thus increasing his monthly turnover exponentially.
So you can do the calculation – if he only generates a profit of R600 per month, in which we share (in this example), R300 ($28), we have enough to justify the 5% per week.
The contracts with the entrepreneurs depend on a lot of factors.
With some of them it is a much bigger start up scenario, with some of them it is ongoing at only a 10% profit share with certain set minimum royalties to be paid to WWSz. With others the equity holding is short term (12 months) with a larger profit sharing percentage. So it depends on a lot of aspects and was always a tricky question to answer and supply inside knowledge to this extend.
    I hope this suffice.

    - Since WWSz launched in February 2013?

Without going too much into the history (as was done in previous attempts to answer this question), I still need to emphasize something of the past.
Long before the company’s registration in late 2012, Mrs Van Niekerk-Venter had already established a large network of all sorts of different entrepreneurs, whom she has assisted to become self sustaining.
She thus already had hundreds of small entrepreneurs in different areas operating, and making small profits on a monthly basis, some of them even in their own small referral structures (Peer-to-Peer support). The profits of these entrepreneurs were utilized to create more and more such entrepreneurs, thus not enriching herself or any other specific entity, but by pouring all that profits back into a continuously growing network of self sustaining entrepreneurs out there in the rural communities of South Africa.
When she decided to sell her Life Couching Program online via the MLM structure, she also explored the ways in which she could generate more equity for the entrepreneurial drive.
In comes the “Life Jacket” (Entrepreneurial Support) program.
The final answer then to your question – where did the gratuity money came from in the early days of the “Life Jacket” program – it came from her existing entrepreneurs that were already active in the field, as well as from own capital that she could introduce into the business.
Also bear in mind – the program started slow and small, with less than 200 people buying “Life Jackets” in the first 6 months, so the gratuities that needed to be budgeted for was not that plenty to begin with.

It always was, and will continue to be, one of our highest priorities to monitor the amount of equity raised vs. the number (and profits), of the entrepreneurs, very closely - to prevent us to never get to the point where the weekly gratuities will exceed the combined profits that are generated via our sharing in the profits of all the entrepreneurs.

You are correct in stating that it did not come from the partnering with Ubuntu Connect / Mojocap (Pty) Ltd.
    - Please note – WWSz is not a “franchise” of Mojocap (Pty) Ltd – there is just an official business partner arrangement since March this year.

Also bear in mind – (as already stated before) Mrs Van Niekerk-Venter has already started teaching entrepreneurs some years ago, to sell all sorts of products (refer to the website for more info on this) – including telecommunication and pre-paid products and to make profits from referrals to companies such as Mojocap (Pty) Ltd etc.

    - Who are the subsidiaries and affiliates of WWSz as stated in the Members Agreement?
Strictly as per SA Company Law, a “subsidiary” would mean a registered company in which WWSz has more than a 50% share. There are none such registered companies that can be called “subsidiaries” of WWSz.
The term were more loosely used to indicate the existing small entrepreneurs in which WWSz has an equity share.
Affiliates – those would be the thousands of people across the globe that has registered in the MLM structure.

    - Who are the companies/corporations that hire WWSz clients as contractors to perform their cleaning and security needs?
Without trying to debate the correctness of that sentence, and also to not infer that it was never said like that exactly, it seems that an impression was created that needs correction.
I will try to answer this question again then as straight forward as possible, with disregard of what was said before.
    - Nobody hire WWSz “clients” as contractors to perform any such needs.
WWSz trained and enabled entrepreneurs (running their own small business), will either have their own client base to which they will offer their services, or they will render their services to other companies with whom WWSz might have an arrangements of some sort.
At best, WWSz will benefit from the profits that the individual entrepreneur will generate in his/her personal capacity, as per the different agreements with the entrepreneurs.

    - What is the registration and license number for WWSz to provide security services?

WWSz does not have any such registration or license numbers to provide security services
    – WWSz do not “provide” such services, but only assist people that are interested in that field to get going and be successful as entrepreneurs.

    - So how can WWSz be offering these financial services products through their franchise with Ubuntu Connect/Mojocap (Pty) Ltd?
(just again – not a franchise, a business partnership agreement)
We are very cautious not to offer any direct financial services to anybody.
In South Africa, we have very strict laws in place to prevent anyone to deliver services in the financial services industry. A company has to be FAIS compliant (that is, compliant with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act – Act 37 of 2002 – please see http://www.acts.co.za/ and look under the section “Financial” for those of you that might be interested in more detail)
But what we may do, is to find people that can be referred to properly registered financial institutes and/or banks, and assist those people to apply for loans or other financial services in need. (or in this case - get them through to Mojocap (Pty) Ltd for them to assist further) The Bank or company that will deliver the final servicing of the client in need of such services, will need to comply with all the provisions of the law, (for example, to meet with, liaise and consult with, and even investigate the individual’s personal circumstances, to determine whether the individual can afford the products offered etc)
At best WWSz will benefit by referring such clients to the servicing delivering bank, by earning referral commissions from the final Financial Services Provider. (or from Mojocap (Pty) Ltd in this case) with whom we partnered for this purpose – and in turn again, this will happen via WWSz trained entrepreneurs, who will run their own entrepreneurial business in this field.

    - What are the license and registration numbers of WWSz with Absa Bank and First National Bank to provide the banks financial services?
The previous answer actually applies to this question then as well.
WWSz do not provide these financial services, we only enable entrepreneurs to get going in referring people in need of certain financial services, to get through to the companies that are registered and compliant in delivering those services, and WWSz show them how they can earn referral commissions in this area as well.

With regards to the questions not previously answered to your satisfaction – we as a company would like to rectify it immediately and go on in a new way this regard.

We thank you then for the purpose that you serve, and we truly commit to the public and all our members out there, that we will go on strong. We will keep on doing what our mission statement say, and if ever we need to become even more compliant and adhere to other legislation (as might be different in other countries), we will do what is necessary in that regard.

    Thanking you

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

Here's the latest update from Marelize:

This will be a quick update just to keep you informed of progress in several areas.

As those of you know who attempted to attend our conference earlier, the meeting venue was less than cooperative so we did a recording today.

    WWSz-Update-9July14 - WWSz_Tink's library

Here are the highlights we need to cover at this time:

    Private Membership Association (PMA)

Arrangements are coming along nicely. Details will be sent to all current members and the PMA process added to the website ASAP.

    WorldWide SolutionZ Payment Gateway

Our payment gateway is under construction. We will send out dates and instructions as soon as testing is completed and confirmed, no confirmed time frame available at this stage

    Upgraded Website - Change Over

In a few weeks we will launch the upgraded website to include the PMA and the Payment Gateway. We will send out a notice ahead of time so that you can be prepared for the site to be down a few hours for the change over. Nothing is stopping. Everything will be tested and we will make sure all is backed up and the cross over done smoothly just like we did last year October. We will be in the conference room during the down time to keep in touch.

    Western Union and Bank Payments

For those who use Western Union or Bank Wire, please be aware that we handle these payments once a week, on Wednesdays. When limits are reached we will send out a notice and connect with people involved.

    Ezybonds

Ezybonds sent out a notice that they are still working on their problem. We have received emails from members demanding that we pay their funds to another payment processor. As stated in the Terms and Conditions all agree to when registering to participate in WorldWide SolutionZ, we cannot do this. Members who funded via Ezybonds can withdraw to Ezybonds. We suggest you contact Ezybonds from your side to ask if they are honoring withdrawal requests from their members.

We are trying to find a way to help, but we are also stuck. We have never received any money from Ezybonds. All of the money that our members sent to Ezybonds to fund their WWSz accounts has been stuck at Ezybonds from the start. We are looking into possibilities to see what we can do to support our members.

    HYIP Forums

This is now an official request that all members discontinue posting anything about WWSz in any forum that is associated with HYIP's. Our original intent for posting in these types of places was to reach out to people who frequent such forums in hopes of finally finding something that is truly legitimate.

As it turns out, even though WorldWide SolutionZ is a real-world business, is not an HYIP and has no similarities to an HYIP, to present our business in such forums is just confusing people and subjecting our members and our business to irrelevant discussions that are not helpful for anyone.

Some have asked if it is possible to remove certain threads from certain venues. The answer is, we must let the threads die off - meaning that if people stop posting and enough time passes without anyone posting, the thread will naturally disappear. So again, please focus your efforts elsewhere and let the doors close on this part of our history. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.

    New Conference Room Venue

As we're all aware for some time now, our current conference room platform leaves a little to be desired in the form of reliability and functionality. We just want to let you know that we are exploring other options and will inform everyone as soon as we settle on our final decision.

We will attempt to proceed with our current conference schedule and venue in the meantime.

    That's it for now!

Have a magic week and make every second count!

    Love, Light and Gratitude . . .

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

When Willem posted at MMG answering some of my questions (he did not address all of them), many thought I would stop posting or go away. It only raised more questions, but at least I was exchanging comments with an adult unlike the children who post there trying to be an adult.

But shortly after this exchange where I pointed out that WWS was indeed an investment according to US laws, Willem said he would have to look into this claim and read up on the Howey Test. He hinted that WWS would be filing with the SEC, or at least looking into it. I knew when he found out what all was required to get registered and licensed, let alone have someone from WWS be licensed and registered to sell securities that wouldn't happen.

Instead they announced they are going to become a private membership association. Guess they didn't like the heat on the "public forum" at MMG, TG and here. So now they are telling all their members not to post at MMG as they want the thread to go to the closed, inactive or offline forum thread. Not going to happen, even if the 'faithful' do stop posting there. Right now both MMG and RS show up on Page 1 on Google when you search for WorldWideSolutionZ.

Not only do they have issues with their own filings and registrations, they joined Ubuntu Connect/Mojocap (Pty) Ltd as a business partner which itself may have compliance issues. All the programs and services that WWS has been touting since their launch back in 2/13 are services that UC/Mojocap provide. Only one problem: WWS didn't even become a business partner of UC/Mojocap until March of this year, and they are in the process of adding these "services" to the people that WWS says they are helping.

But the one thing they tried to claim in the latest update is that they are not a HYIP. Now that is funny on so many fronts. So I took the comments of Cyber Ceo who introduced WWS on MMG and quoted him that proved WWS is nothing but a HYIP. Didn't sit well with the faithful. When I pointed out all those statements were made by Cyber Ceo, and not me, of course the focus then become on me not wanting people helping starving children as WWS is doing. I was even accused of not doing any charitable giving or assistance to charities. This from someone who has no clue who I am or what I do personally, but claims to know. Joe Shmoe called this person out on MMG and they suddenly disappeared, but not before the faithful admonished the members not to engage us trolls, negative people, jackasses, and the list goes on and on.

You can bet that the exposure on MMG has hurt their recruiting and Cyber Ceo has been very absent of late on the forum thread, before the warning came to stop posting. I think he got taken to the woodshed for a link he posted that was to do nothing more than try to discredit me. I think this hurt WWS far more than anything I could say because Willem praised the work Eagle does trying to mitigate the damage Cyber Ceo did with his attack against me. I am not saying Willem was not genuine with his praise, because I think he meant it, but there is no doubt it was partly damage control.

As Joe has pointed out above, they are still talking about "things to come" while the only two working programs they have are investments (KickStart and Life Jackets). Going to a PMA program is not going to change this, and there is no way they can cancel these programs or all the money players who are members will be gone. This hype they are doing it to help the children is just that...HYPE. They are in it for the money. A few have admitted it at MMG. At least they are being honest unlike the others who won't admit it.

Another interesting development is that before all their conference calls were available on YouTube. No longer. Now they are using Screencast. Seems YouTube got complaints about WWS being a scam and thus the broadcasts were taken down. Marelize made a very brief comment, but did not go into detail. Rather odd for a company that claims it is so transparent. Hmm, going to a PMA enhances your transparency I guess.

What it totally unclear is just how many members they really do have in WWS. If you go by the number of people who view Marelize conference calls, Cyber Ceo's training calls, and hits to their FaceBook page, it is nowhere near the 11,000 they have claimed. I don't think Marelize has had more than 275 people view her call in a month after it aired. In trouble, you bet despite all their claims. It remains to be seen if the South African authorities will take action against them. Willem has alluded that they have had discussions with the authorities, he just didn't mention which ones, and knew what they had to do to get legal. But wait, WWS claimed they were legal and transparent when they launched about 15 months ago. But the faithful could care less as long as they get paid. All hell is going to break loose when they stop paying.

Now the only question is: How much longer can they keep this afloat? They have a lot of issues that they are not willing to tell their members about or are refusing to tell them. Remember, they are a totally legal and transparent company.

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

calebjor: I want to thank you for posting the latest update from Marelize and WWS.

So let's analyze this update. We have a for-profit company that is doing charitable works that says it is earning outside income to pay the investors in the Life Jacket program 5% per week. Instead of filing as a nonprofit charitable company, which is the work WWS says they are doing, they filed as a for-profit company. One must ask why? Simply put, as a nonprofit charitable company they cannot pay the 5% per week for people investing in the Life Jacket program. So we have a HYIP for-profit company claiming they are not a HYIP and their sole business model is charitable works. And people are just supposed to buy this story because Marelize says so? Well, we know that the HYIP players got in for the 5% weekly rate of return, not for the charitable good works WWS says it is doing.

Marelize said back in late March that WWS would be releasing their financial statement within 2-3 months. So where is the financial statement? You have no proof that any of the money that is being put into the Life Jacket program is indeed being used for the purpose they claim. You can be assured it is being used to pay the 5% per week return on the members investment.

What is also interesting is that WWS has been online for 15 months now, and they have the same amount of children on their waiting to list to be helped now as they did back in Feb of 2013 when they launched. Rather odd don't you think with all the members buying life jackets that his number has not gone down after 15 months? Wanna bet that Marelize won't address this issue if asked?

This program is in serious trouble, as they cannot get enough new people joining to play this charade much longer as doing charitable works with the money invested in to the Life Jacket program. This is a HYIP house of cards and like all house of cards it is going to come tumbling down. The only question is how soon?

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

    Never changes, does it ??

Smart HYIP ponzi players recognize the clues.

Newbies think it's a good thing

HYIP announces it is going private = HYIP is about to stop paying.

Going private means less new members,

less new members means less new money

Hyip ponzis cannot last without new money

Smart HYIP ponzi players have snatched their profit and left Worldwide Solutionz already.

Meanwhile, newbies are feeling all warm and fuzzy because they think they are going to be one of the chosen "private members"
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

Re: WorldWide SolutionZ - next big thing or another HYIP ponzi fraud

    - Where does the 5% gratuity per week comes from?
It comes from the company’s profit sharing from the small entrepreneurs,

    ================================================== ================================================== ===============

There are several things here that seem unlikelyesque !

    The math

I buy a life jacket for $100, my weekly nut is $5 or $260 for the year.
Profit from the venture ($28 * 12) $336 for the year.

I can't think of a business in the world that will take all the risk of a venture and then give away 77% of the profits. Maybe this is the one and only, or maybe the numbers are total bullshit.

    ================================================

    Other unlikelyesque things.

If the entrepreneur can come up with $100 and his returns are so massive, $28 per month, why are outside investors needed? It would only take 4 months to return $112($28*4). Only an idiot (or liar) would take in outside investors and return them 60% when they could just reinvest the money themselves for 4 months

Who hands over 50% of their business and busts their ass selling door to door just so a few outside investors can earn above market profits? Keeping in mind they allegedly have the $100. Would they not be smarter to just buy the "life jackets" themselves and let some other mope ride the shoe leather express?

The venture claims they supply the business owner products to sell in small rural communities.

    1. Why are they not just hiring their own workers and sending them out to sell? Is there any other company in the whole world that follows the model they claim, with the profits they claim?

    2. The answer to 1 is they are lying. There is no retail business in the world that delivers the type of margins they are claiming, and this is not the first and only.
