As was reported in June by LAW360.com Ohio attorney Steven Scudder, 62, of Centerville was Sentenced to 14 months prison for his part in facilitating the Genesis fraud.

  Rebekah Fairchild
• $1,699.32 paid jointly and severally with related case defendant,
  Rebekah Riddell
• $224,747.90 with related case defendant, Connie Apostelos
