Well, it seems that many of the UFun faithful are now starting to ask the tough questions and are no longer drinking the swill of the pimps of UFun as they have in the past. Still a lot still buying the BS, but it is encouraging to see many of the more ardent supporters now finally waking up and realizing they have been had and this is a Ponzi. Remains to be seen how much sway they have with the other who still believe, but now it is just not the "naysayers" who are saying it. They are having an impact. Some are even talking of reporting them to their law enforcement agency as well as the promoters. The tide is turning. I think if I were one of the major pimps of this I would be getting really, really worried.

The good thing is, it no longer matters what the pimps, shills, promoters or faithful say.

It's a ponzi / pyramid and it's been busted, BIGTIME.

Anything else is just froth and bubble.

Here's a brief synopsis of the police report sent to the Public Prosecutor's office today:

It was announced today that the Thai police investigation into UFunClub will be turned over to the Public Prosecutor's office. It is Tuesday in Thailand. The report is 300,000 pages long.

Here is what we do know about the report: More than 300 police officers were involved in the investigation. 411 money transactions were investigated, 36,063 documents implicating wrongdoers, 140 assets have been seized, the greatest amount in police history. In addition, there were nine teams of police detectives that interviewed and completed evidence from 307 commercial bank staff, 20 state officials, three experts and 43 individuals who had firsthand accounts of the wrongdoings. As it stands now, there were 164 arrest warrants issued UFunClub executives and top investors. Of these 164 arrest warrants, 30 suspects are in custordy, 110 are on the run in Thailand, and 20 are on the run abroad.

Now we all know the I'm going to sue him is just the usual braggadocio claim made to fool the members into believing she means it, when the last place she wants to be is in a courtroom trying to defend her role in this massive Ponzi and its lame attempt at re-branding. But some of the gullible members bought it.

Now wouldn't it be a hoot if she was really dumb enough to sue! DISCOVERY would be AWESOME! Alas it is nothing more than empty rhetoric as always.
