re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

    1. Mistakes were made? A mistake is something you genuinely didn't mean to do.
Saying that you've signed over access to millions of dollars of affiliates money to people who they thought of as 'friends' isn't a 'mistake'. It's Fraud.
    2. Mr. Robinson of GPN Data says it supplied VXGateway with the Ewallet facility to process millions of dollars. Firstly, you would have thought that some due dilligence would have been applied by GPN Data before accepting VX Gateway? My first google search of VX found a Linked-In profile of both Celia and Timothy that had cartoon characters as Avatars and a Head Office run out of a PO BOX.
Secondly, both GPN Data and Mike found 'that for reasons that were not apparent,' millions of dollars of processing dwindled down to nothing?
'Reasons not apparent'? By his own admission, Mike signed a document saying that VX could open as many Bank Accounts as it liked and would provide him with no documentation on these accounts.
This isn't a 'mistake' Mike. It's stupidity and incompetence on a grand scale. Or just good old fashioned FRAUD. Take your pick .
Both GPN Data and Mike say they only found out about each other when Legal Action finally started. We have to take their word for that.
GPN Data is going to handle all of the affiliate transactions for TAP.
    In conclusion:
'MAP Corporate are 100% convinced that the money stolen by VX Gateway will be recovered.'
How can they possibly say VX - a company they claim deliberately set out to swindle them - have promised to return every penny of the money stolen? Where do you think this money has gone? Into a nice 'high earning interest paying Bank Account?
'Tony Booth announced that it is has been decided and agreed by Corporate that whatever funds are recovered or produced will FIRST be used to repay those members of MAP who have never withdrawn any funds'.
...which relies on Lynnes Financial Record Keeping.
The woman who was supposedly in charge of the purse strings?
Who let $60 million just slip through her hands?
    ...good luck with that one.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Here the translation and summary of the lecture by Jim Robinson, executive vice president of GPN Data, during his performance at the 3rd anniversary of MyAdvertisingPays December 17, 2016 Manchester (translated and summarized by Vera Vallentin-Price)
Jim Robinson welcomes all With the introduction that he feels honored to be here. He often speaks at conferences organized by businesses who make their profits all over the world dealing with traders have to do with banks, but this is the first time he speaks before members of a merchant's client .
First, he would like to give a brief overview of what "processing" is (actually) processing. Many think that there are different things, VX gateways would this or that ...
Processing has been around for the credit card business has begun. Companies such as Visa , MasterCard , etc. consider us as "payment service provider", ie a provider that handles all payment processes. We are licensed, we have financial licenses in 4 different countries, including one in Littau, which is Pan-European and thus covers the entire EU market. We are compliant with all standards in the market. We are the ones who see the actual transactions, so if a piece of plastic ( credit card ) is drawn through a card reader or someone typing at the computer, the (transaction) led by us. So we have to ensure that all security standards and licensing conditions are adhered to during the execution of a transaction. We do this, but we do not store your credit card number, we do not store the security code, we do not store the expiration date. According to the credit card provider scene, it would be a violation of our licensing if we did.
I can not speak for ... how should I tackle this with VX Gateway? I can not speak for their processing because they were not licensed, they were not in any way certified. But, we've also worked with VX Gateway. They were for us a dealer. We've made edits for MyAdvertisingPays for ... hm ... almost 3 years, but all we knew is that VX Gateway has an eWallet and that they had a client MyAvertisingPays. That was all.
We too, and you might ask yourself, how can companies be so deceived by something like that? They were very good in it. And, if you understand the term "Conman" ("Hochstapler, Betrüger") ... ok ... Everyone who has ever been put down ("has been conned"), when asked afterwards, say the "but they were so Credible! " Well, that is the nature of a Conmans! If they were not, they would not be successful.
They have passed ... the ... We do a lot of partner reviews, and the (VX) have passed that. We have made a conscientious check-check with VX gateway, so that have met our standards, which concerns background checks etc., better than the (industry) common. And, the (VX) had a dealer system, and we made a "curtesy background check" with the merchants they had (VX), ok, so we talked directly with the dealers. That came through. So, for everyone else, everything was fine.
We started with the processing (for VX), and we were overwhelmed by 2 things: 1. the sheer volume of orders, I mean, it's jumped ... they said "oh it will be this amount per month" The hands a certain vertical height) and everyone has heard that, yes. They think they might get a better rate if they figure the numbers inflationarily. So, we were very aware of the fact that they say "yes there will be millions a month ..." and yes, next month it will be 35,000 in reality.
So, we always take such a thing into consideration that there are false estimates. First of all, they said "here is the sum that we will have over this period of profits." Yes sure ... And ... they have really surpassed that! And then it has grown more and more! Ooops!
And here is another aspect of credit card processing: The thing you may or may not know is the so-called "charge back" (the recalculation). A rebooking is when a cardholder can inform his issuing bank "oh, this company has me wrongly debited" or "I was not, I did not make this booking", etc., these are repayments. And rebookings are like ... which concern everyone! If traders are concerned, if a certain percentage of rebookings are reached, they may lose their "Aquiring Bank" (the bank that pays outstanding claims) saying "we refuse to process your processes further" which may close your account , Which can lose their processor, all sorts of things can happen when their return rate becomes too high. So, as a payment service provider, one of the things we make, we try ... we have different programs that evaluate recalculation rates ... and they (VX) said "our rebooking rate is ... we expect that Less than half a percent ". Yes (ironically)! Refund rates are not half a percent, no ... that's ... that's a fairy tale!
And ... and then we looked ahead and we were waiting for the first time we were back. This took about 6 months before the very first rebooking came! And the rate ... if we take that to the ..., and we distribute that over the Aquiring banks with which we have started for MAP, which were concerned because we have such a huge order volume with those, so, we Were worried and that is why we opened an account for the Aquring Bank to spread the risk, and when a bank gets a problem, then we must act at first. And so we have opened a new partner account, we are partners for about 30 aquiring banks. And this is how we are developing our partnerships, which tell us, hey, we will make an X-lot business with you, it will be so-and-so-so per month, with this growth rate and this return rate. Anyway ... yes, sure (ironically)!
We have used VX Gateway, MAP to do just that. And we measured it because we went to our banks so they know about the rate (rebooking rate) that we thought we were going to lie, but no, that was exactly like our pre-assumption. I know the (VX) said the return rate would be less than 0.05%. The (banks) said yes, sure (ironically)! That did not impress them, they are always at least 1%! And ... no, you do not understand, according to our transactions, the highest thing that occurs in our entire records of MyAdvertisingPays in any months, that has risen only once to 0.023%! The average was 0.009%! This is completely unprecedented ... in this industry!
And this is because you guys have confidence in MyAdvertisingPays. It took a while, you know, and that goes to the people VX Gateway, "oh, you do not understand, have this program ..." - yes, yes, but, we've seen it!
And here I continue with the business decline.

As the chargeback rate has increased and we have then compared to the previous month, all have wondered what's going on?
When there was a slight decline in business in May 2016, they began to scrutinize the previous month by analyzing the recalculation rates of the previous months in such situations. This must have been the time when VX, after almost 3 years of steady growth, must have decided to misappropriate funds and have passed GPN Data, the beginning was the decline and 3-4 weeks later they have the dip in the growth curve Clearly. The deal seemed to be going, we (VX) run the business in growth and then, suddenly, we're gonna take all the money and cut off. This seemed to have been planned in a very short time, first, a slight decline in business, and then the distinct dip. There are good and bad news about it. One has then seen some things in some blogs that the processor, in the case GPN Data, in which it was claimed that GPN data funds should have withheld. But first of all, we DO NOT hold any money from some of the merchants. Our contracts with Merchants Agreements, whose transactions we process, are running so that all transactions of the week are concluded on Saturday night until midnight, and the dealers get the statement for the business of the previous week, which is proof, What we did last week. And in some not so trustworthy traders, the transactions are collected up to 4 weeks, and two weeks later they are paid, some traders will pay about 2-3 days later, depending on the dealer.
In the case of VX, they got their statement on Mondays for the last week and on Monday they got the money for exactly the statement. The rolling reserve of all Aquiring Banks working in the credit card business makes a difference to the POS (point of sale, the point of sale), where one stands in a shop and what buys, that is completely different. The SEE the customer, if the paid, see his card and they know, therefore, with whom they have to do it. Our business is different. You see programs on a computer screen and you do not see who is behind a transaction. Could be a 13-year-old using the map of his parents, we do not know. So, the Aquiring Banks require a rolling reserve which withholds 10% of all bookings from the 1st month's business, which will be withheld for 6 months, then pay off in the 7th month. We do not keep this back, the banks hold that. They pay it to us because we're in the middle, and we transfer it (the money) immediately to the merchant's account.
When the business began to decline, and that is the bad news, we had already processed and transferred transactions of 1 or 2 weeks, and because it was declining, and that violated our dealer agreements, we stopped by until we did Would get a response from those. We have only worked very slowly and did not pay for it, but we had just transferred the rolling reserve for the previous phase, the 7 months old 10%, so they got (VX), but after that we got them from the Following rolling reserves. So the 10% of the last 6 months of business sales are still holding at the Aquiring Bank, but it is still there (and available). We're going to work with Mike, and I'm going to discuss later why it took so long.
If you work internationally, you have to have different branches in different countries to work in. And it takes in the countries 2-4 weeks to 3 months, until one has established its corporate identity with those, in order to open at all an account with those. We have a huge amount of transactions to be done, and hopefully we'll get the account open by Friday, so we can transfer everything to the MyAdvertisingPays account. So, it took step by step to get this all together / work out.
He (Jim) has the philosophy that you can do things quickly or accurately. And if you choose between quick and accurate the fast way, this is the last decision you'll make as our employee. You can always "recover" from slow edits, even if people are pushing, but if you made mistakes because you worked fast instead of accurately, when funds are out, they are no longer under our control and they could not Under your control. So you make sure you always work accurately and that takes longer.
The other thing that VX Gateway has done is that have not documented where the money is.
They said yes, we have all these different bank accounts for the different categories for MyAdvertsiingPays, so they could conceal what exactly happens, money is transferred here purely because they have transferred out all these things, and they began to play these games To drive. Yes, the money was in banks, but all accounts were on behalf of VX Gateway, not on behalf of MyAdvertisingPays. I hope that explains what happened and why it took so long to figure that out.
VX gave us access to their backend, so we could see all transactions and how much went into their accounts, and yes, that was all accurate, but the accounts were VX accounts, not accounts on behalf of MyAdvertisingPays. We have an eWallet, but our eWallet is not licensed in any country, so we chose not to offer eWallet for MyAdvertisingPays. We will not build anything around which is not licensed. And also because it has left this bad taste with some MAP members, oh no, not again another eWallet, so it was also a question of trust.
We then talked to Mike's developer team and said I believe we know what your members want and here is how we can help achieve that. We have developed this internal developer team, that only banking software (Megatron? - phonetically not understood), some for Canada, USA etc. and which works like any online banking software. When you log in to your account, you can see statements that show every transaction in your account, and when you print a screen, you can also compare your expression with the online statement in 3 months and see that the two are still Exactly match. Because, this is exactly how bank accounts work.
He reminds of his early days as an accountant with large paper runs and everything must be written in ink. If a mistake was made, you could not delete it unseen, the error had to be written down elsewhere in the accounting and counted against. And this is very important in accounting, that all entries are permanent and comprehensible. This integrity of your accounting is so important.
, we have worked with some of your accounts last night, and some of you will receive it next week emails from a MyAdvertisingPays email account which will confirm that your account is ready to pay now, and the mail is a link To MyAdvertisingPays, and a temporary password that allows you to log in to your bank account, and you must first change your password, and then you will be able to access your account and see what's going on with your account.
The Megatron? Company is a pure softwarmers who have absolutely nothing to do with bank accounts. We will have nothing to do with bank accounts. All bank accounts will be on behalf of MyAdvertisingPays. So, whenever money flows into the accounts, this is not our money, not the softwar forge, it will be strictly only MyAdvertisingPays funds. And I guarantee that if after 30 to 60 days, after we have verified all transactions from you, can you go to any auditor, KTMG? (Phonetically not understood), every auditor ... we are audited by different auditors in different countries. They do not look at our bookkeeping and we wonder whether we have passed their examination, whether we have made them happy? No, we do not want to make anyone happy! If there are problems, we want them to identify them and draw our attention to them. We want the reviewing agencies to tell us that we have done everything right!
So, it takes time to work it all out, but next week we'll start by notifying you when your bank account is online and how to get it. This will even come to the point that every time a new member is registered, the bank account is also included. This will be totally different and transparent for you. The payment side you've got so far was quite different, you have operated your account via VX gateway, passed funds there and VX has also got your payment page transmitted, ie they could see with each transaction your credit card number, the expiration date, the security code On the back, just everything.
With our merchants, we do not refuse to create their own payment pages unless they meet the same security standards we are subject to. So the software, hardware, backup procedures of the merchants must all be verified and licensed before the payment pages are allowed to transfer.
GPN does not preserve any data at all. Once a record has been audited by auditors, the data is taken from the server and sent to the dealers. So GPN is safe from hackers and no one can organize the massive data gadget of credit card and customer data with those who recently took place at other big companies.
With your new bank accounts no payment pages will be sent to us, we will process the naked transactions and if the transaction is finished, this data set will be destroyed. The transaction is used in your bank accounts, we do not store any transaction data. We can store data, but we chose not to do it, because we would not be more compliant and would lose the appropriate licensing. So, if our accounting is done with the audit and everything has been found to be correct, all data will be destroyed. We do not store any data! So if someone is snooping on our website and looking for your data, they simply can not be found because we do not store them.
To get to Megatron? (The internal software company). We have decided to use a 3rd party because the systems that already exist in several European countries are performing with enormous security, including in Littau, Poland and then in Sweden. The servers are partly underground and sit in cages, nobody can pull into the premises and any plugs without special permission. GPN Data can not bring their own people into their own server rooms, security is more strict than we can imagine. He himself has to bring a technicker listed as an authorized, if he wants to enter the server building at all. All doors are secured with retina scans, and each open door is closed behind one before a next can open. Even in the case of a fire, he can not even go out without the whole security scan.
It is not like in some films, where you just break with a screwdriver and quickly in a short time the entire data can steal.
Looking back to the question why they could fall for VX Gateway:
The started 3 years ago to negotiate with VX gateway. They have shown good looking software and GPN even copied parts of it. He compares this with an autokauf, if one comes to the car dealer, that one not only looks at the paint, but also sit down and look, the bonnet open and everything to inspect and the dealer always tells you, no you do not need the engine Is ok, the seats are fine, underneath everything looks good, the customer weighs in safety and guarantees that everything is good until the trust is built up and the customer is gegelabert. And that has made VX just so skillfully, that one has only just seen the painting, not the intentions of VX.
    -------------------------------------------------- -------
    The rest only briefly summarized:
    ------------------------------------- --------------------
Until GPN ever spoken to the lawyers and with Tony and Lynne, GPN has never heard the name Michael Deese. They even thought it possible that he did not exist. Until they met him. They were so relieved when they saw him and invited him to join him because they wanted to see him not only, but also that he was seeing GPN. He wanted Michael Deese to see his CallCenter, their entire operation, how they could also handle calls from customers and help with questions about transactions, etc. He was relieved to see that Mike really exists and has been in the last few months as well Often with him, Tony and Lynne and the lawyers. And he went back to how impressed the members' trust in MyAdvertisingPays and that they (the members) have remained faithful to the company through these times of Hater blogs, all the difficulties. He has never experienced this before, which is simply unprecedented! He wanted to tell us again that they (GPN Data) admire the fact that we have remained true to MAP. And he says "WE are part of the company (MAP) and look forward to a future together".

    Or... 'we nicked the money'.

With all of the nonsense coming out of My Advertising Pays lately, it's all to easy to forget that, as Oz, over on his BEHINDMLM.blog points out, this is now the third "reboot" of the MAP ponzi scheme, and that with each reboot, another group of members has lost its' money.

At this rate, MAP will be lucky to make it to January 3 for the "relaunch"

Anyone who joins MAP or TAP now might as well save themselves the time and trouble by just flushing their deposit down the toilet.

For those of you who don't understand Simon-speak or Ponzi-speak, let me define what Simon said in his last sentence:

Our IT team has been working days, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure that this new platform is something we can all be proud of going into the future = We bought a new script and put some flashy pages on the website.

I'm not familiar with legal documents, but it strikes me as odd that the attorney for MAP signs their complaint as "Attorney-in-charge for defendant". Surely MAP is the plaintiff here. Is this a Freudian slip??

Yup, looks like Gary "Thirsty" Strong is back in the MapsTaps fold...

    Maps 528 Dec 16.jpg

The photo is interesting. If this is the sum total of people who turned up for their 3 year party, it's not an impressive number. I have counted very roughly and make it abou 65 people. I can pick out Claire Hartman-James, Richard Mead, Jules Davies, Leslie Carter and wife Eliane, Dave Finney, Denise Garrity, Cecilia Chapman, Francisco Linares, and one or two other familiar faces whose names escape me at present.

    So....ROUND UP THE USUAL SUSPECTS!!

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Ever notice when somebody says "trust me" it's usually a signal that you shouldn't?
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

100% of time: "trust me" leads to how could I have been so stupid to trust them?

Another rule: never buy anything from a business called HONEST ______.
    Ex: Honest Used Cars.
"the owner seems really confident and even promises this one won't be going anywhere"

Right up there with when you ask, "If you are so rich, why are you doing this?", and they respond with "I want to give back or some such horse effluvia.

Having Know Your Customer documents on file sure helps the Feds recognize who is involved in money laundering...

Oh look. When the Mappers start Tapping, they are going to have to do tasks......just like dear old Banners Broker! Didn't they have to start blogging and placing stuff on Facebook? I seem to remember that they did. What an amazing coincidence! Not entirely sure what is the point of spamming everyone with p*ss-poor adverts, but hey-ho, what do I know?

Plan on seeing most of the TAP members get their Facebook personal profiles shut down for posting ads...
