Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

You have to feel sorry for many / most of the MAP victims.

They STILL don't realize the extent to which they've been defrauded and they're are being given false hope of regaining their money by those to whom they've turned for help.

This is the sort of thing being seen on a Facebook MAP members support page

    1) Banks and credit card companies are under no obligation to accept chargeback liability for money sent to a payment processor.

Why should they take a loss ???

If a customer transfers money from one bank to an account in another bank then makes a purchase, why should the original bank be held liable for something which happened later???

The same applies to money transferred to a payment processor

    2) Shady payment processors are PART of the fraud.
HYIP ponzi and pyramid frauds couldn't exist without their co operation

There's several reasons why MAP / TAP and similar HYIP schemes use unregulated, non mainstream payment processors

    a) They do not refund clients. There are no chargebacks or transaction reversals. Therefore, there are no fees or penalties for the owners of the scam.

    b) Unregulated payment processors aren't stupid. They know exactly what HYIP ponzi and pyramid schemers are doing. That's why they charge higher fees, both to the business and the participants, to cover the risk they know they are taking.

    3) These unregulated processors can't lose.
They can (and do) confiscate account balances if they even suspect fraud.

    Don't believe me ???

    Check this out:

    4) Payment processors know the great majority of customers using their services to participate in online money games don't read the User Agreements before they sign up.

If they did, they'd know customers haven't got a snowballs' chance in he*** of winning a dispute, even if they knew who and where to sue.

Victims haven't only been conned once.

They have been scammed by the whole HYIP ponzi / pyramid "industry" which includes the payment processors.

In fact, I wouldn't mind betting that before MAP most of them didn't even know STP, Payza or Perfect Money even existed, didn't read the processor User Agreement before signing up and STILL think their bank or credit card company will refund the money they transferred into whichever payment processor they used.

LRM, you are so right when you said:-

In fact, I wouldn't mind betting that before MAP most of them didn't even know STP, Payza or Perfect Money even existed, didn't read the processor User Agreement before signing up and STILL think their bank or credit card company will refund the money they transferred into whichever payment processor they used.

Before I became interested in finding out about scams, the only payment processor I had heard of was PayPal.

I know I would never have joined a scheme, BUT, if I had considered it, and if someone had told me that the payment processor (say, Payza) was genuine and real and that "everyone uses it", I think I would probably have believed them.

At last our old Ponzi pimping chum
Richard Arblaster has finally found a way to make some coin online.
He seems to be doing rather well at it as it happens.

If Simon Stepsys or Mark Ghobril are involved it's 100% a SCAM!

Oh for goodness sake! There's no helping some people.

Look Gordon, the only way to be safe with these schemes is NOT TO BLO*DY WELL JOIN THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Then you cannot and will not lose any money!

Pay to watch? You could make a lot of money with the beer and popcorn concession at that event!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

    Yep,

all this talk about paying lawyers and suing TAP / MAP / VX Gateway is a total waste of time.

Unless an official agency moves in and declares MAP / TAP a fraud, they're all whistling in the wind wasting time and money.

You'd think he'd be a bit more imaginative with his pictures, wouldn't you? Using the same one multiple times, dear me!

In the meantime, our old friend Claire H-J, who I think was an ardent Mapperoonie, is off to Questra World.

    CHJ 1 Mar 17.jpg

Based in Spain, but with roots in Russia, and bank links to Cape Verde (where coincidentally Our Tony and Lynn have been a lot recently - just saying), what's not to like about QW? I see Leslie Carter, who gave up his job as a bus driver to be a full time Mapper, has already jumped in.

With MAPs/TAP going down the tube every day, these people need something else to do, How fortunate that there are so many happy, jolly schemes out there!
