It's beyond ridiculous. I challenge ANYONE to cite a case where Diversity Jurisdiction was used, and actually won, ESPECIALLY in a case where the plaintiff claimed libel. You MAP idiots just made yourselves look even more asinine, if that was even possible.

I answered one from a so called lawyer representing Terry The Banker and told him that if he checked the man's credentials, he would discover that his client was nothing but a big girl's blouse.

The lawyer did not issue a libel writ. I wonder why?

No wonder the Mapperoonies say they are going to sue Tara Talks (despite not knowing where he/she lives!). Obviously need a distraction from what is really happening.

He won't publish it until he gets enough pre-orders., which means he isn't getting that many orders for the book like he thought. Sad because I wanted him to spill it all on how he did it. Great tool for law enforcement to use against him.

you and I both know there's no way he was going to do it just for the reason in red. especially given his precious run in with the law

I've been investing in a wide variety of real companies doing real business since the late 70s.
How come not one of them ... not a single one ... has ever had these "banking problems"?

Because they are real companies doing real business as opposed to being total frauds like MyAdvertisingPays and TrafficMonsoon.

I detest the fact that otherwise smart people think it's ok to play the "screw your buddy" aspect of these online frauds for cheap thrills and chump change.

I'm embarrassed that there are human beings stupid and/or gullible enough to believe that this crap is real long enough to lose their money.

I wish that crooks like Mike Deese, Simon Stepsys, Charles Scoville and Frank Calabro were plying their SCAMS in those few countries where you just disappear in the middle of the night rather than inconvenience the taxpayers with an interminable investigation, a protracted trial and expensive incarceration.

I love how the next Google/ Facebook 'mega advertising company' has to justify themselves saying how they're here to stay. No they aren't!
