    If I had to guess, I'd go with the former.

    All the evidence points to VX Gateway and MAP being one and the same, or, at least with the same criminals behind both.

    The so called "lawsuit" is and always was guaranteed to fail on procedural and jurisdictional grounds.

    It was never going to proceed past the filing of the original documents.

    What it has done, however, is provided the fraudsters behind MAP with the breathing space to tide them over the Christmas / Black December period which is traditionally when members seek to withdraw their
    winnings earnings.

    So, for a couple of grand (which is members' money anyway) they have effectively shut down the panic which would have ensued as members discovered the account balances they were saving for the festive season were long gone.

    Happens every year.

    I'm wondering the very same thing.

    For collusion.

    Initially I thought VX Gateway was in cahoots with MAP since they didn't appear to have other customers.
    Why wait three years to abscond unless they were trying to build up a large "float" in the MAP account.
    The timing seems awful convenient on the heels of all the problems MAP had paying people converting to Euros.
    MAP was well past its prime as an internet Ponzi scheme which also makes the timing of this "theft" suspect.

    Against collusion.

    MAP is a real business built to last by genius and true renaissance man Mike Deese

    A third option exists where MAP is using VX Gateway as the patsy for the losses.

    Does VX Gateway really has a receiver for more than ID theft? I am not holding out hope, but possible.

    Why respond using a Texas based attorney when VX could simply walk away? That MAP is outted for not providing any proof the money exists is pretty damning if you are trying to Dfleece your flock. If colluding it would have been a sounder strategy to get the case tossed based on jurisdiction alone.

    I agree. The whole lot willingly sent money somewhere they will never see it again and have zero recourse.

    Yes. Not a lot of hope they will cancel them though since it is a party, not a recruiting event.

    Does this result occur for anyone else when they search MyAdvertisingPays.com at https://www.sec.gov/index.htm ? Somebody tell me its my cache and not that the SEC has jokes about Mapper cash.

    what.JPG

    What are some Ponzi scheme "red flags" that sound absolutely nothing like MAP?

    High investment returns with little or no risk. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.

    Overly consistent returns. Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.

    Unregistered investments. Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and finances.

    Unlicensed sellers. Federal and state securities laws require investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.

    Secretive and/or complex strategies. Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.

    Issues with paperwork. Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.

    Difficulty receiving payments.
    what.jpg

    Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to "roll over" investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over. Sometimes they even file pretendy lawsuits if they really want to insult your intelligence.

    Itsago Properties llc (Mike Deese) formed in June 2015. House bought in Feb. 2016.

    I suspect he paid cash as the deed only shows $10.00. Thoughts Ribshaw?

    When did Maps start having problems?

    to me that reads that Businelle is holding a mortgage.
    banks won't give a mortgage when you can't show income and running a scam isn't income.

    I'm pretty sure the Grantor is usually the current property owner and the Grantee is the person receiving the property. Unless there's some type of ownership interest in a property, like 50% interest in a house, for example...

    True. Just used to seeing 'grantor' describing the entity lending money and 'grantee' the one borrowing.

    Without more documentation it's hard to say for certain.

    The $10 is boilerplate along with "other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of all of which is hereby acknowledged."

    For this couple's sake I certainly hope "valuable consideration" means cash. If that "consideration" is a note or ad packs they will soon be turning to Simon for updates.

    The tax records have not reflected a change in ownership Jackson County Mississippi

    This may update at some point in the future, as that stands I would guess the sellers are holding a note. If they received all cash back in February I can't imagine why this wouldn't show a change in ownership.

    Unless...

    Badges of fraud

    Evidence of actual intent is rarely available to a creditor for it would require proof of someone’s inner thoughts. Because of that, creditors often have to rely on circumstantial evidence of fraud. To prove actual intent, the courts have developed “badges of fraud,” which, while not conclusive, are considered by the courts as circumstantial evidence of fraud:[citation needed][4]

    Becoming insolvent because of the transfer;
    Lack or inadequacy of consideration;
    Family, or insider relationship among parties;
    The retention of possession, benefits or use of property in question;
    The existence of the threat of litigation;
    The financial situation of the debtor at the time of transfer or after transfer;
    The existence or a cumulative effect of a series of transactions after the onset of debtor’s financial difficulties;
    The general chronology of events;
    The secrecy of the transaction in question; and
    Deviation from the usual method or course of business.

    I did find that owner Businelle had a 2011 loan on that property 110k that was satisfied in early March 2016. Seems they did receive at least some cash if not all of it.

    MAP certainly stole enough to pay cash for a house for Mikey Deese. Truthfully I never saw him as anything more than a beard for the real scammers. Heretofore my assumption was he working off something like a gambling debt or something equally dubious. It surprises me anyone would let him have this much cash on an unsupervised basis.

    The use of a Wyoming LLC to purchase the house is interesting. Appears Deese is trying to do a half-assed-ill-informed-end-run with the money MAP stole. Fortunately the law isn't on his side, and the US is relatively hard on this manner of shenanigans as opposed to say recovering $60M from Panama.

    Wyoming Supreme Court Makes Piercing Single Member LLC Veil More Difficult

    for purposes of imposing liability on any member or manager of a limited liability company for the debts, obligations or other liabilities of the company, a court shall consider only the following factors no one (1) of which, except fraud, is sufficient to impose liability:

    (i) Fraud;

    (ii) Inadequate capitalization;

    (iii) Failure to observe company formalities as required by law; and

    (iv) Intermingling of assets, business operations and finances of the company and the members to such an extent that there is no distinction between them.

    https://www.incnow.com/blog/2016/03/...ware-llcs-now/

    Don't listen to anyone trying to sell you on the idea of incorporating out-of-state in Nevada or Delaware. More than likely, it's a scam.

    You probably will have to pay state taxes in your state anyway. Several states, including Nevada or Wyoming, don't have personal or corporate state income taxes. Scam artists will use this fact to talk small-business owners into incorporating in these states. The reality is that if you are a resident of or doing business in a state with state income tax, then you and maybe even your company will have to pay taxes on the profits you earn anyway.

    You could endanger your personal assets. To have your personal assets protected from business-related liabilities, your business must be registered in the state where you are doing business. If you're registered out of state, there's no protection. Your personal assets are still exposed.

    Mappers had better wake up and start filing your complaints with the SEC.

    re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

    Well, the big anniversary day is upon us, and if my sources are correct they had a lot of unsold tickets. One has to wonder if they were able to get a smaller room so they can claim it was sold out? Of course I am looking forward to Mike announcing just who all the blue chip companies are that will be advertising with MAP. He did promise he would be making that announcement at the party. Can't wait to see how Mike deals with the VX Gateway joke of a lawsuit.

    Here are my predictions of the great news that will be announced by Mike at the party: 1. Mike will announce that the blue chip companies will be buying advertising with MAP but can't until the payment processor issue is resolved. Also he can't name them until this happens. Of course they will BS about the VX Gateway lawsuit, but their crack legal team is working on resolving it, but it is going to take more time than they thought. Of course you need to buy ad packs in the new MAP 2.0 so when the payment issues are resolved you will have untold wealth accumulated to start receiving when payments can resume. They are launching into Asia and India that will increase revenues significantly for all MAP members, and of course new products will be coming in the months ahead, but you will just have to be patient to learn what they are and when they will be released, but they are coming. No matter what is announced it will all be BS anyways.
